We are Datadog's in-house product experts. The technical solutions team enables Datadog's worldwide growth by educating potential clients and ensuring that existing customers are happy and successful. A Technical Account Manager (TAM) will continue to provide hands-on technical services to our largest customers by supporting, adopting and providing guidance over the comprehensive suite of products and features available at Datadog. A TAM is held in high regard as an expert and trusted advisor for how IT Operations translates to business value.

What You’ll Do:

• Advise on technical support and product adoption for customers in line with pre-sales, post-sales and the renewal processes
• Analyze customer’s IT Operations environment on a regular basis and provide recommendations that will maximize Datadog’s value.
• Be the customer’s advocate by knowing their goals and use cases then suggesting process changes, product adoption, configuration and additional features to meet their requirements
• Participate and prepare for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with customers
• Collaborate with Datadog’s product management, engineering and technical services teams to help identify new features and products
• Continuously evolve best practice to technical product adoption and customer success

Who You Are:

• Someone with a solid technical grounding and hands-on experience of IT Operations
• Confident in your hands on experience AWS, Azure or GCP
• Comfortable scripting languages like Python, Javascript, Ruby, Perl, Go, PHP, or Chef/Puppet etc.
• Skilled in using CI/CD tools e.g. Jenkins, Gitlab etc.
• Knowledgeable about Containerization tools e.g. Docker, Kubernetes or Rancher etc.
• Able to travel via auto, train or air up to 30% of the time
• Previous experience working as a TAM supporting mid-market and/or Enterprise customers in the cloud space
• Experience working with cross functional teams Sales, Support, Engineering
• Experienced using Datadog and/or other cloud monitoring tools
• Thai language proficiency is a requirement as this role focuses on Thai speaking clients in the region

The Opportunity:

As BI Manager, you will lead a new scrum team dedicated to supporting the B2B entity. Your team will own the end-to-end process of designing, building, and operating the B2B data lake and its associated data products, enabling financial reporting, operational analytics, and data-driven decision making across the organization. You will partner closely with Finance, Planning, Revenue Operations, Data Engineering, and Analytics stakeholders to ensure that data is discoverable, auditable, performant, and fully aligned with organizational and financial reporting requirements.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the full lifecycle for the data lake: ingestion, storage, cataloging, transformation, validation, and access provisioning.
• Define the data model, schema standards, and partitioning/retention strategies that support financial reporting, forecasting, and partner operations analytics.
• Establish and enforce data governance, lineage, and auditability practices critical for financial reporting (including source-to-target traceability and reconciliation).
• Implement scalable ingestion pipelines from multiple upstream systems (transactions, bookings, settlements, partner contracts) ensuring timeliness and correctness for reporting cycles.
• Build and maintain transformation pipelines (ETL/ELT) to create clean, reproducible datasets and aggregated marts used by reports and planners.
• Lead the team’s dashboard vision and quality, leading design reviews and making strategic decisions that shape how the business consumes data.
• Drive performance and cost-efficiency for the data lake: query optimization, data compaction, caching layers, and lifecycle policies to meet performance SLAs.
• Set up automated data quality checks, reconciliation jobs, and alerts, to surface anomalies before they impact reports.
• Provide self-serve data access patterns and APIs for analytics teams, planners, and finance consumers while enforcing role-based access and separation of duties.
• Collaborate with Finance and other business stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into deliverable data products and schedule data delivery aligned with financial close and planning cadences.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery governance for the scrum; hire and mentor engineers and data stewards for the team.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years experience building and operating data platforms, data lakes, or large-scale data pipelines; 3+ years in a leadership or engineering lead role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Scala, or Java) for ETL/ELT development and data validation.
• Experience with large scale data platforms (Hadoop, Impala, Spark, Vertica)
• Experience with data storage and processing technologies such as Delta Lake, Apache Iceberg, Hive, S3/GCS, Spark, Presto/Trino, or equivalent cloud data lake components.
• Solid understanding of data modelling for analytics and financial reporting (star schemas, slowly changing dimensions, partitioning, compaction).
• Demonstrated experience implementing data governance, data lineage, cataloguing (e.g., AWS Glue, Data Catalog, Amundsen), and role-based access control to meet audit and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with orchestration and workflow tools such as Airflow, Prefect, or similar for scheduling and dependency management.
• Proven ability to design and run data quality frameworks (reconciliation, anomaly detection, SLA monitoring) with automated alerting.
• Experience with performance optimization for large datasets: partitioning, indexing, caching, query tuning, and cost-management strategies.
• Leadership in dashboard strategy, driving quality and experience in running effective design reviews, making strategic decisions that shape data consumption.
• Strong stakeholder management skills — able to translate finance and operations requirements into prioritized data products and delivery plans.
• Excellent communication skills in English — able to produce clear documentation, lead cross-functional reviews, and present to finance stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to data accuracy and auditability for financial reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Snowflake and familiarity with Snowflake-specific features (clustering keys, materialized views, Time Travel, zero-copy cloning)
• Experience with software development processes for Agile/Scrum and CI/CD utilizing technologies such as GIT, Jenkins, Terraform
• Analytics, business intelligence, or data visualization experience
• Knowledge of compliance and audit requirements for reporting systems.

We are looking for a QA Engineer with experience in validating Java codebase migrations, specifically upgrading systems from Java 8 to Java 21.

This role is execution-focused and suited for QA engineers who can ensure system stability, correctness, and performance throughout the migration process. You will work closely with Backend Engineers and DevOps to validate changes, identify risks, and ensure production readiness.

*This is a fully remote role, working under US Time zone.

In this role, you will get to:

• Design and execute test strategies for Java migration (Java 8 → Java 21).
• Validate functional and non-functional behavior of migrated services.
• Identify edge cases and compatibility issues introduced during migration .
• Develop and maintain automated test cases for API and backend services.
• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing across the application.
• Collaborate with Java Developers to understand code changes and define test scenarios.
• Set up and maintain test automation infrastructure (test runners, CI integration, reporting).
• Execute API testing using tools such as Postman, RestAssured, or similar.
  
• Log, track, and support resolution of defects with clear root cause analysis.
• Maintain test documentation, test cases, and validation reports.

You’ll be successful if you have:

• 2–4 years of experience in QA, test automation, or backend testing with at least 1–2 years in a Java-based testing environment.
• Familiarity with Java and understanding of Java version differences (Java 8 to 21).
• Strong experience in API testing and backend system validation.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, or similar).
• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (Jira, TestRail, or similar).
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Strong English communication skills both in written and spoken to communicate with the US team smoothly.
• Willing to work remotely in the US time zones.

• Experience testing REST APIs using tools like RestAssured, Postman, or similar.
• Familiarity with performance/load testing tools (JMeter, K6 or similar).
• Exposure to containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
