Strategic Partnerships is a team of creative entrepreneurs that develop solutions for Agoda’s and other Booking Holdings brands’ non-accommodation partners. We design tailored business and product solutions with our partners and help them generate measurable value. 

As the backbone of this function, the Finance Operations team acts as the critical line of defense for Agoda’s Strategic Partnerships. We ensure financial integrity by validating partner claims and optimizing operational efficiency. We are a data-driven unit that moves fast, prioritizing accuracy and partner trust. 

The Opportunity 

You will manage the Disputes & Finance Operations function, acting as the operational lead for resolving complex B2B payment discrepancies. This role requires a hands-on leader who can investigate high-stakes claims, ensure accurate financial execution, and drive automation to shift the team from reactive dispute handling to proactive prevention. 

In this Role, you will: 

• Lead Investigations: Verify high-value payment claims against internal data to ensure precision in financial processing. 

• Resolve Disputes : Drive alignment across Tech, Finance, Account Managers, and Partners to close complex cases. 

• Data analysis & insights: Deep-dive into dispute and operational data to identify trends and root causes, track productivity KPIs, and translate findings into clear, actionable insights. 

• Mentor the Team: Lead or mentor a team of specialists, fostering a culture of accuracy, speed, and ownership. 

• Drive Optimization: Spearhead initiatives to automate manual workflows and reduce future dispute volumes. 

• Prioritize Resources: Independently analyze risks and data to align team priorities with shifting stakeholder needs. 

What you’ll Need to Succeed: 

• Minimum 8 years in data-driven operations, disputes, or specialized support; 3+ years in people management. 

• Excel proficiency required; ability to validate data-heavy claims. 

• Strong analytical and communication skills: Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and communicate them effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

• Ability to balance contractual obligations with partner relationships and business goals. 

• Exceptional English fluency to manage high-stakes discussions with internal and external stakeholders. 

• Detail-oriented and hands-on, with the agility to navigate ambiguity and deliver speed with accuracy. 

Great to have: 

• Experience in B2B partner operations, Vendor Management, or Payment Disputes.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).

The Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

Your Role & Responsibilities

HR Operations

• Use HR software to manage payroll and employee benefits, including bonuses, leaves, and conduct absences administration
• Organize soft copies of employee records

• Provide support in all government related claims submission
• Employee onboarding and offboarding

Recruitment

• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent across various roles and industries
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners

Policies & Compliance

• Ensure compliance to all government/statutory regulations under the Employment Act.
• Update the Employee Handbook, HR policies and related procedures.
• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human requirements and conducting investigations
• Support industry standards certifications ie ISO, DPTM, etc

Learning & Development

• Plan onboarding strategies and perform new employees’ orientation to deliver an exceptional early experience
• Organise company’s material learning and sharing
• Coordinate and track employee trainings/certifications  

Employee relationship

• Coordinate employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees’ experience
• Support employees with efficient problem-solving when any human resources issues arise
• Recommend and develop employee relations practices to foster a positive employer-employee relations
• Conduct and analyze exit interviews and make actionable recommendations based on data
• Reinforce the company policies, rules, and procedures to ensure employees’ safety

Performance Management 

• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to performance evaluations
• Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions according to HR objectives
• Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews

Skills & Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment.
• Proactive working attitude; Able to work under pressure.
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
• Likes to interact with all levels of people.

The Opportunity:

We are launching a new B2C Product designed to make travel spending seamless and transparent for all travelers.

As Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in taking this product from early stage to scale. You’ll own growth strategy and execution across acquisition and retention, working closely with product, fintech, and cross-functional marketing teams. This is a unique opportunity to build a new vertical within Agoda from the ground up. 

In this Role, You'll Get to:

• Co-own with product the go-to market strategy: targeted segments, USP, and positioning for product
• Design the marketing strategy for the new B2C product across the full funnel – from user acquisition and activation to engagement and retention
• Execute the marketing strategy: e.g., 
  • Launch the different marketing channels (e.g., paid search, app campaigns, affiliates) 
  • Optimize performance campaigns across channels such as; App campaigns, Paid search
  • Work closely with Product and Design to Shape onboarding, in-app messaging, and key user journeys 
• Collaborate with Fintech, Legal, and Compliance to ensure campaigns, claims, and messaging are accurate, compliant, and easy for customers to understand and Translate regulatory constraints into clear, user-friendly communications
• Build and continuously improve dashboards, reporting, and processes to scale growth operations over time.
• Over time, manage and mentor a team (e.g., ~2 analysts/marketers) as the vertical grows. 

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Must Have Qualifications 

• Marketing expertise: At least 8 years of experience with 3+ years of hands-on growth/ direct marketing in app-based or digital products, focusing on user acquisition and retention
• Strong analytical skills.
  • Comfortable working with data and performance metrics (CAC, LTV, activation, retention, payback, cohorts).
  • Ability to pull and analyze data using SQL and/or self serve BI tools.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial / builder mentality.
  • Able to operate in ambiguity, set up new processes, and “figure things out” without a playbook.
  • Bias for action and experimentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience collaborating with multi team in multiple department 

 Nice to Have 

• Experience with Direct marketing, Performance marketing and Affiliate marketing for financial products 
• Experience in fintech or financial services, such as Travel cards, multicurrency wallets
• Experience launching or scaling a new product or major feature
