The Opportunity:
The key objectives of Strategic Partnerships Centre of Excellence are to ideate, scope, create and implement new initiatives, commercial programs or operational processes tailored to enable our commercial and technical account management teams to grow performance partners portfolio, covering multiple geographies and types – from third-party accommodation suppliers (Bedbanks, DMCs, wholesalers and others) to b2b API accommodation buyers (OTAs and travel platforms, travel agents networks, airline and other businesses managing their trave funnels).
You will join a Travel Distribution core team in Bangkok and collaborate with our account management teams as well as stakeholders in tech, finance, supply, marketing and legal teams to drive complex projects.

What You’ll Do:

5+ years of experience demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional strategy or program initiatives end‑to‑end and deliver measurable outcomes; backgrounds may include consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, business analytics, product/program management, or equivalent experience
Strong numerical and analytical skills, with hands-on knowledge of data pulling and processing tools
Strong critical thinking, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English with strong stakeholder management skills

Key Areas of Focus:
In this role, you’ll get to:
Strategy: Conduct analyses to identify growth opportunities and prioritize investment areas in APAC for Strategic Partnerships team based on analytical insights, industry trends, and changing competitive landscape.
Analytics: Leverage data & tools to analyze SP performance and identify appropriate levers to improve performance.
Cross-functional projects: Work with different teams inside SP (B2B, White Label, Affiliates, Financial Institutions, different markets across APAC, etc.) and outside of SP (product, marketing, supply, finance, etc.) to drive initiatives.
Performance management: Maintain and optimize a performance management system for the department, including a large team of account managers
Data & tools: Oversee SP data infrastructure to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Design, manage, and oversee the maintenance of data tools to support decision making.
Performance reporting: Preparing updates on business performance, proposals, and recommendations to senior management.
Pricing Experiments: Optimize pricing strategy and make decisions based on A/B experiments.

The Role:
This position offers a dynamic role where you will address payment discrepancies involving Agoda and its partners. You will be encouraged to forge positive relationships with partners, aiming to resolve financial disputes and enhance the payment process to prevent future issues. The role involves a mix of problem-solving aptitudes, effective communication, and teamwork skills.

What You’ll Do:
Provide Day-to-day support for existing partners, as a first point of contact for inquiries and troubleshooting the partners facing problem.
Assist with regular payment confirmation, validation, reconciliation and disputed booking diagnose.
Basic Account management: on-going operational support and bridge between partner and our regional support team (performance, reporting, promotions, solutions)
Provide cross-department support during major campaigns, include but not limited to hotel selection, Promotion material preparation and content display and pricing check.
Frequent communication within the organization at all levels, with headquarter and regional team on distribution related tasks, including but not limited to market updates, operational milestones, campaign reports, commission payment, fund collection, etc.
Coordinate with AST/ one Supply team to support hotel mapping request.
