The Opportunity:
As Director of Organizational Performance in the People Development & Performance team, you will be partnering with senior leaders across Agoda to drive programs and initiatives aimed at strengthening and evolving how we measure and assess organizational effectiveness, and drive interrelated performance management and adjacent talent management platforms and processes such as talent identification, succession planning, and more. Design and implementation of programs will require close partnership across the People Team and project teams in each department. You will have the opportunity to help shape Agoda’s organizational and performance management strategies globally to support achieving our vision and multi-year strategy.

Manager, Product Quality Engineering (PQE)
ChargePoint is looking for a Senior Factory Quality Engineer to ensure quality of our Electrical Vehicle Charging equipment. This engineer will be working closely with our contract manufacturing (CM) independently involved in Factory End-To-End Product Quality Control process and management system set up and development. The job scope will be from the initial product design phase throughout the sustaining mass production. He or she will work closely with our Technical Program Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Test Engineering, Supplier Quality, and Reliability Engineering teams, and our Suppliers and Contract Manufacturers. To be successful at ChargePoint, this person must be highly motivated, self-directed, and comfortable working in a loosely structured and fast-paced environment.

In this Role, you'll get to
Partner with hiring managers to understand their business objectives and hiring needs. Develop the recruitment strategy and ways to build a talent pipeline accordingly.
Own the full-cycle recruitment process ensuring a seamless, uniform, and positive candidate experience.
Build your network with high-potential talents to ensure that the business has access to the best talent in the market, working comfortably on a global level.
Engage in creative talent mapping efforts for the purposes of building our candidate pipeline as well as to provide market intelligence to the business.
Work on recruitment projects and training to improve the standard for hiring within the organization.
What you'll Need to Succeed:
6+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-growing tech company or top-tier agency
Ability to influence and partner with senior leadership across the company using a data driven approach.
Experience closing candidates at all levels from early career to senior level candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages.
Strong computer skills and ability to work with different tools such as LinkedIn, Job Boards, Greenhouse, MS Office Suite, Power point and Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
Ability to be proactive, identify areas of improvement, and drive process improvement initiatives.
