Position Summary
The Project Manager, AI & Automation Delivery is responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives spanning Salesforce CRM, artificial intelligence, and enterprise automation programs. Reporting to the Director of AI & Automation Delivery, this role partners closely with business stakeholders, IT, and third-party vendors to plan, execute, and close projects on time and within scope. The ideal candidate brings strong Agile and project management experience, a track record of delivering Salesforce and automation solutions, and the communication skills to align diverse teams in a fast-paced, high-growth manufacturing environment.

Job Purpose
The Director, Operations Program Management is the senior program management leader for the operations organization, responsible for driving disciplined execution of production and unit-build schedules to ensure on-time delivery. Realtor.com is looking for a Director of Engineering, Consumer Enablement to lead the platform and enablement organization that powers all consumer-facing web and mobile experiences. This is a high-impact engineering leadership role responsible for three core pillars: Web & Mobile Platforms, Consumer Services, and Quality Enablement — the foundational systems and tooling that every consumer product team at Realtor.com builds on.
