Job Purpose

The Manager, Stator Assembly is responsible for building and leading stator assembly operations from early production through full-rate scale, ensuring safe, repeatable, and high-quality manufacturing execution. Duties and Responsibilities

Production Leadership & Execution

• Lead stator assembly operations across all phases of ramp (limited production through full-rate)

The Senior Supply Chain Associate is responsible for proactively assisting in the development of sourcing strategies that are aligned with business and program needs and then driving execution of those strategies while ensuring quality, delivery, and cost targets are exceeding expectations.

Job Purpose

The Director, Operations Program Management is the senior program management leader for the operations organization, responsible for driving disciplined execution of production and unit-build schedules to ensure on-time delivery. This role owns operational program execution across assembly, additive manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and field service material readiness, while establishing the processes, systems, and execution rigor required to scale production.

This is a highly hands-on leadership role, combining shop-floor engagement with systems-level program management. This Advanced Materials Science Engineer supports the materials backbone of the KARNO Power Module, developing, testing, and qualifying the advanced metallic alloys that keep the system running cleanly and efficiently. You’ll dive into how these materials behave under extreme heat, high loads, and rapid cycling, then turn that insight into practical design guidance, additive manufacturing parameters, and durability improvements that directly influence engine performance. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with the KARNO engineering teams - mechanical, thermal, design, and additive - to evaluate new alloys, validate new processes, and help build Hyliion’s internal additive materials program from the ground up.
