As our Global Maintenance Manager you will be globally responsible for the quality, efficiency, and safety of vehicle maintenance across all of Bolt’s micromobility markets. • Define and standardise maintenance processes across all markets, identifying best practices from top-performing workshops and scaling them globally.
• Develop KPI frameworks to measure and compare maintenance performance at the mechanic, city, and global level — and create structured city improvement plans where gaps are identified.
• Act as product owner for the maintenance section of the Charger app, gathering field feedback, prioritising improvements, and collaborating with the product team on what to build.
• Run internal maintenance audits and structured field visits to assess compliance, surface issues, and directly support local teams in improving their operations
• Ensure all workshops comply with relevant safety guidelines, SOPs, and local regulations — including owning global initiatives such as document signing campaigns across all markets.
• Act as the bridge between local maintenance teams and Bolt’s central teams, channelling field insights and technical concerns into the vehicle development process.

• You have hands-on experience in operations management — ideally in a field-heavy, multi-market environment where you’ve owned processes end-to-end across a large distributed network.
• You are data-driven: you know how to build metrics that matter, spot the signal in noisy operational data, and translate findings into clear action plans.

As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for taking care of 200,000+ physical vehicles: electric scooters, e-bikes, and cars that get leased, manufactured, shipped across borders, deployed on streets, maintained, depreciated, impaired, and eventually written off. Each of those steps has accounting implications across multiple entities, currencies, and regulatory environments.

You’ll be working alongside Accounting, Operations, Hardware, Tax, FP&A, and Finance Technology. This is a hands-on role with real strategic visibility; when leadership asks “how is Rentals performing?”, your work is a big part of the answer.

• Own controls around fixed asset cycles for the micromobility fleet: depreciation, impairment, write-offs, PPE tables, and asset register integrity across multiple entities.
• Drive month-end and year-end closing for the Rentals vertical — P&L/BS/CF reviews, journal entries, variance analysis, and IFRS calculations (IAS 16) — and lead efficiency and cost-saving initiatives across fixed asset processes.
• Own controls around intercompany flows for vehicle exports and imports across countries, working with Tax on transfer pricing and customs valuations.
• Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations, Hardware, Tax, FP&A, and Finance Technology to ensure the financial picture matches operational reality.
• Support new market launches, system integration projects, and the implementation and optimization of internal and external finance tools as the business continues to scale.
• Ensure the quality control of financial transactions and group-level reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related discipline, with solid experience in financial controlling, accounting, or audit.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS (especially IAS 16) and hands-on fixed asset experience at volume, including GL functions and month-end/year-end closing processes.
• Highly systematic and compliance-driven, with strong ownership, time management, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing ethical or compliance risks.
• Clear communicator who can translate accounting complexity for non-finance stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally with ease.

• You have 15+ years of progressive experience in Operations, Operations Excellence, Strategy & Operations, or similar roles within scaled tech, marketplace, or platform businesses, including leadership across multiple countries or regions.
• You hold an MBA or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience leading at similar scope and complexity).
• You have a proven track record of driving automation, process redesign, and operational scaling in close partnership with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams.
