You'll be working alongside our largest customers, solving their complex issues - resolving questions on architecture, performance, recovery, security, and everything in between. You'll be an advocate for customers' needs - working with our product management and development teams on their behalf. The Senior Technical Account Manager is a seasoned account manager, program/project manager and technical resolution professional who is an expert in their field. Riot Games Sydney is looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join the Sydney-based VALORANT, Player Dynamics Team. Internal Job Title: Software Engineer II.
As Software Engineers at Riot, we bring deep knowledge of specific technical areas and also value the opportunity to work in a variety of broader domains. We have a deep passion for helping to bring joy to players via technical solutions.
As a Senior Software Engineer on the VALORANT Social and Player Dynamics Team, you will be responsible for the systems that keep the game safe for all players by enforcing fair play and communication. You will be working closely with the team to react to analytics and community feedback to make VALORANT a positive, fun gaming experience for everyone.
You will report to the Engineering Manager of the Social and Player Dynamics area.
For this role, you'll find success through craft expertise, a collaborative spirit, and decision-making that prioritizes the delight of players. We will be looking at your past studies, experience, and your personal relationship with games. If you embody player empathy and care about players' experiences, this could be your role!
Working closely with the LA Headquarters, Riot Sydney is a powerhouse of talent, and experts in global development. Our team works on VALORANT, League of Legends and Teamfight Tactics, alongside exciting R&D and Tech projects.
