The role

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our CyberDigital squad in Switzerland.  You will play a pivotal role in helping create and share the engineering culture on a new team.

You have experience leading the design, implementation and operations of multi-channel platforms that can be managed or deployed on-prem. You excel at aligning business goals and technical requirements while providing clarity in risk management and trade-offs. As an Engineering Manager you will also be responsible for nurturing the career and professional development of a team of up to 10 engineers of various levels and skillsets

• 3+ years of experience working in full stack, multi-channel products
• A proven understanding of web standards,performance, best practices, security and browser internals.

About the role

We are looking for a Staff Fullstack Software Engineer to play a key role in the design and implementation of our Cyberdigital white-labeled platform.

As a Staff Software Engineer, you’ll be in the middle of it all, acting as a leader and force multiplier – you’ll work with stakeholders to implement functionality, architect our systems, squash bugs, and continually grow as an engineer. About the role
We are looking for a Principal Engineer with experience in the design and operations of multi-channel white-labeled platforms.  In this role you will lead the design and evolution of our platform to support the needs of both on-prem and hosted customers. Your influence will span across teams, projects and locations, shaping both our technical direction as well as how our teams build and operate software systems.

• Ability to effectively translate product and UX concepts into scalable technical solutions.

Essential Knowledge / Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, with at least 8 years of application development experience
• An expert in application development and standards for cloud architecture and deployment
• Proven ability to influence and mentor developers within an agile team environment
• Skilled in reviewing and estimating user stories as part of an agile development process
• Extensive experience with Azure Services
• Deep knowledge and expertise in ASP.NET/Core and C#
• Expert in Microsoft SQL Server database development
• Highly accomplished in building web applications using Angular with TypeScript, and familiarity with JavaScript frameworks
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
• Skilled in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines within Azure DevOps
• Sophisticated solving skills and experience in production application support
• Daily use of integrated development environments (IDEs) Visual Studio
• Solid understanding of Windows operating system principles and administration
• Experience in the financial industry is a plus
