Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized, AI-native self-starter to support operations and administrative functions across the organization - including direct support to our founder. The ideal intern candidate is fluent in modern AI tools (LLMs, agents, copilots) and uses them as a default part of every workflow: from inbox triage and research to drafting documents to consolidating data and automating recurring processes. You’ll touch a bit of everything, which requires a “no job too big or too small” attitude. This role is ideal for someone curious about crypto, finance, and operations who wants to learn the ins and outs of a multi-strategy investment firm while building real AI-driven workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the founder and the broader Dialectic team as requested, with a high standard of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Manage calendar coordination and scheduling across multiple time zones — meetings, conference calls, and video conferences.
• Arrange international travel, including flights, accommodations, and visas, and create detailed itineraries.
• Handle inbox management, draft correspondence, and triage incoming and outgoing communications using AI tooling.
• Conduct research on a wide range of topics and prepare reports, briefs, and presentations — leveraging LLMs and agents to accelerate and deepen the work.
• Consolidate financial, operational, and (where requested) personal/health data into spreadsheets and dashboards for analysis and visualization.
• Coordinate with team members on meetings, travel, event planning, and other activities; ensure travel and expense reports are completed accurately and on time.
• Run general office duties such as local errands, grocery orders, and document scanning around Zurich/Zug as needed.
• Continuously identify opportunities to use AI/LLM tools to streamline workflows, automate repeatable tasks, and increase the productivity of the founder and team.

Key Requirements:

• AI-native: deep, daily fluency with modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, agents, copilots, automation tools) as a default part of how you research, write, organize, and execute work.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and methodical, with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and prioritize effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English; German language proficiency is a plus.

Role & Team

As a Staff Engineer, you will work across multiple teams to evolve a suite of web and internal tools that enable utility companies to more effectively manage risks associated with climate change and wildfires.

What You'll Do

The legal work behind bringing medicines to patients is rarely one-dimensional. It spans commercial contracting, launch readiness, promotional review, digital channels, compliance, privacy, and the judgment to know when to move quickly and when to pause.

As Legal Counsel, International, reporting to the VP, Associate General Counsel, Legal International, you will serve as a hands-on legal business partner supporting pre-launch activities, commercial launch, and ongoing operations across Europe. You will advise a broad range of stakeholders, delivering practical, business-oriented guidance, managing risk thoughtfully, and helping the organization move with clarity, consistency, and speed.

This role is suited to a pragmatic lawyer who is excited by breadth, ownership, and the opportunity to help build scalable legal frameworks in a fast-moving biotech environment.

Responsibilities

Commercial Contracting & Day-to-Day Legal Support

• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a broad range of agreements, including supplier and vendor agreements, master services agreements, service agreements, NDAs/CDAs, technology and digital services contracts, and other ancillary commercial documents
• Provide day-to-day legal support across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Market Access, Finance and Supply Chain, on contractual and commercial, ensuring alignment with applicable laws, internal policies, and business objectives
• Advice on contract structuring, liability and risk allocation, and contract interpretation, and helping manage the full contracting lifecycle in partnership with business stakeholders

Commercial Launch, Marketing & Promotional Review

• Support the development and maintenance of EU-specific promotional review guidelines and support training of cross-functional stakeholders on compliant pre-marketing and promotion practices

Operational Excellence & Cross-Functional Partnership

• Partner closely with the global Compliance function to identify, assess, and manage regional compliance risks, including competition law, anti-bribery and anti-corruption, sanctions, and commercial governance, while supporting guidance and oversight on applicable industry codes and ethical standards across Europe
• Champion continuous improvement in legal operations, including the implementation and responsible use of modern legal tools, templates, playbooks, and AI-enabled solutions

Who You Are

Summary:

The Director, Business Operations (Global QC) will lead the strategic design, implementation, and continuous optimization of global operational frameworks supporting Vaxcyte’s Quality Control (QC) and supporting Analytical interfaces. What You'll Do

In this role, you will report to the VP, Head of Medical Affairs, International and partner closely with the Director, Commercial Excellence, International. You will be responsible for establishing and optimizing Medical Affairs operations and processes, including medical information, while facilitating and coordinating medical planning activities across the organization. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to join Vaxcyte as Vice President, Manufacturing Operations & Managing Director for Vaxcyte Switzerland GmbH. This role will lead a high-performing operations organization in Switzerland, supporting late-stage development, commercial readiness, and long-term growth. The role will oversee critical capital projects, scale clinical and commercial supply capabilities, and provide strategic and operational leadership across a network of Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) in Europe to ensure reliable, compliant product supply. This position is accountable for both strategic and operational leadership of GMP activities. Strategically, the role will evolve the manufacturing network, strengthen key external partnerships, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives. Operationally, it will drive site performance, scale capabilities, and deliver program milestones. The role oversees Engineering & Facilities, Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Supply Chain, with dotted-line leadership for MSAT and Quality Control in Visp.

Partnering closely with Process Development, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory, this role will drive facility performance and network execution while developing a deep understanding of program drivers and translating these into actionable plans across internal teams and CMOs. This role is critical to ensure timely, compliant, and uninterrupted supply of Vaxcyte’s therapies. Strong GxP knowledge and deep expertise in biologics manufacturing, engineering, and organizational leadership are required.

Essential Functions:

• Provide leadership, strategic direction, and risk-based oversight to translate corporate strategy into global manufacturing execution.
• Take strong ownership of site success. Lead and manage the Vaxcyte Switzerland organization, including direct and matrixed reporting structures.
• Build and develop high-performing teams across Engineering & Facilities, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Supply Chain, MSAT, and Quality Control.

Requirements:

MS in Science or Engineering with 20+ years of experience, or PhD with 15+ years of experience.  15+ years of leadership experience in GMP manufacturing, operations, engineering, or large-scale biologics environments. Other combinations of education and/or experience may be considered.

The Manager, Supply Chain Management is responsible for day‑to‑day operational execution of supply chain activities supporting Vaxcyte’s clinical, GMP, PPQ, and commercial readiness programs. This role focuses on tactical planning, execution, tracking, and issue resolution across materials, logistics, and external partners, ensuring smooth and compliant operations in support of manufacturing campaigns.

Essential Functions:

Operational Supply Chain Execution

• Execute approved supply chain strategies and plans across GMP, PPQ, and clinical/commercial readiness activities.
