Customer Success Manager

The Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you are the trusted advisor helping customers navigate their journey on MongoDB. You’ll be responsible for maximizing customer lifetime value and success for a portfolio of accounts, acting as a strategic connector between your customers and the right resources at the right time to achieve their unique business goals. You’ll drive customer retention, revenue realization, and advocacy. Key Responsibilities

Customer Advisory

What You Will Bring

• Relevant Experience: 5 to 7+ years in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., Technical Customer Success, Solutions Architecture/Engineering, Professional Services/Implementation, Technical Account Management) for a deeply technical, ideally consumption-based, product.
• Accountability: 3+ years experience being accountable for customer health and revenue realization for a defined book of business for Enterprise/High Tech customers
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to influence technical and business outcomes.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, STEM, or equivalent technical work experience.

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you’ll act as the primary day-to-day partner for our tech clients, building and implementing AI technology for marketing automation. You will serve as the bridge between the client and our internal teams, ensuring smooth project delivery and a high-quality client experience. Deine Aufgaben

Unser Account Management Team ist das Herz und die Seele von Wolt und stellt den Erfolg all unserer bestehenden Restaurant Partner und von Wolt in Deutschland sicher. Da Wolt sowohl im Umfang als auch im Angebot wächst, muss die Stärke unserer Account Management Abteilung entsprechend wachsen.

Als Account Manager bei Wolt bist du verantwortlich für die Betreuung unserer größten SMB-Händler, die Steigerung der Akzeptanz von Wolts Produkten und die Förderung ihres Wachstums auf der Plattform. In dieser Rolle führst du  kommerzielle Verhandlungen, schließt komplexe Verträge in einem wettbewerbsintensiven Umfeld ab, analysiert und synthetisiert große Datensätze und betreust dein Portfolio mit einem beratenden Ansatz.

Deine täglichen Aufgaben:

• Wolt´s Produkte: Du nutzt dein unternehmerisches Gespür und deine analytischen Fähigkeiten, um die Akzeptanz der Produkte und Dienstleistungen von Wolt bei den Restaurant Partnern in deinem Portfolio zu steigern.
• Strategische Partnerschaften: Du führst komplexe kommerzielle Verhandlungen, um die Partnerschaft mit wichtigen Restaurant Partnern zu stärken und gleichzeitig die finanziellen Ziele für diese Konten zu erreichen.
• Portfolio Performance: Du überwachst kontinuierlich die Performance deiner Portfolios, interpretierst komplexe Datensätze und bietest deinen Partnern datengestützte Beratung.
• Business Reviews: Du führst regelmäßige Meetings durch, präsentierst Business Reviews und leitest Diskussionen mit einem beratenden Ansatz.
• Collaboration: Du arbeitest eng mit dem Marketing Team zusammen, um Kampagnen gemeinsam mit Restaurant Partnern zu planen und umzusetzen.
• Mentorship: Du bist eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit und Wissensquelle im Team und hilfst anderen, sich durch Schulungen und Mentoring weiterzuentwickeln.
• Marktanalyse: Du beobachtest aktiv das Wettbewerbsumfeld und die Feedbackschleife, um die Produktverbesserungen von Wolt zu beeinflussen.

Unsere bescheidenen Erwartungen

• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse

• 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung im Account Management, Vertrieb, Category / Vendor Management oder Marketing

• Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium in einem relevanten Bereich (z. B. BWL, Marketing)

Das erwartet Dich  

• Du koordinierst Performance und Social First Kampagnen und Maßnahmen für unseren Kunden dm-drogerie markt von der Maßnahmenkonzeption, über die Produktion bis hin zur Umsetzung und Auslieferung

What you can expect

We are looking for you to lead our team in Germany as Director of Technical Project Management and Project Delivery, working on exciting international projects within interdisciplinary teams.

You will be responsible for planning and managing the Technical Project Management Team (approx. 5–10 people) and its activities, as well as for the professional and personal development of team members.

• Implementing strategies to improve team and delivery performance, and providing regular reports.

What we'd love to see

• Several years of experience in system architecture (cloud, data, APIs)
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a comparable technical leadership role
• Strong expertise in GCP and AWS
• Deep understanding of platform design and modular architectures

What you can expect 

AI Systems & Service Architecture

• Design and build production-ready AI services and backend systems
• Develop APIs, orchestrations, and integrations for GenAI and LLM-based applications
• Create technical foundations that enable teams to build, scale, and operate reliably
• Contribute to RFPs, pitches, and forward-looking AI solution concepts 

Reliability, Scale & Performance

• Ensure AI solutions run reliably, perform efficiently, and remain cost-effective
• Make architectural decisions around scalability, monitoring, security, and maintainability
• Optimize systems across quality, latency, operational cost, and developer experience 

Technical Leadership & Collaboration

• Work closely with Creative Technologists, Product, Design, and Engineering

What we'd love to see

• Several years of experience building production-grade AI or backend systems
• Strong experience in software engineering (Python and/or TypeScript)
• Practical knowledge of LLM frameworks,tools and protocols (LangChain, LangGraph, n8n, MCP, A2A, Bedrock, or similar) including agentic architectures
• Experience in integrating visual AI tools such as ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, Google Imagen, or Adobe Firefly into broader workflow systems
• Proven experience integrating text-based AI APIs like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Llama into end-to-end workflow solutions
• Familiarity with prompting techniques, RAG pipelines, and AI workflow orchestration including guidance/guardrails, observability (P95, cost/request), evaluation pipelines
• Understanding of real-time communication protocols (Websocket / gRPC / PubSub event handling) and API integration across data and creative environments
• Competence in infrastructure setup (Docker, Terraform, cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure), understanding the resources cost factor and ability to optimize it
• Open-source engagement or hands-on experimentation with AI agents, visual frameworks, or orchestration systems
• Excellent English communication skills (German is a plus)
• Work permit for Germany and at least one year of work onsite in Germany
• Nice to have: Experience with IBM watsonx / Watson AI or related enterprise AI ecosystems

Das erwartet Dich 

• Du setzt Video-Content für Social Media Kampagnen um – vom Dreh bis zum finalen Schnitt.
• Du filmst eigenständig, bringst ein gutes Auge für Dynamik, Licht und Timing mit und denkst in Content – nicht in klassischen Filmformaten.
• Du schneidest, vertonst und animierst deine Inhalte – mit Gespür für Plattformlogik, Trends und Storytelling.
• Du berätst unsere Kreativen bei der Ideenentwicklung, wenn es um Machbarkeit, Stil und Umsetzung geht – und setzt anschließend die finalen Konzepte eigenständig um.
• Du arbeitest eng mit Konzept, Design, Performance und dem Kunden zusammen und sorgst für eine schnelle, qualitativ starke Umsetzung.

Das erwartet Dich 

• Du und dein Team verantwortet die strategische und operative Steuerung von Social- und Performance-Marketing-Projekten für unseren Kunden dm Deutschland.
• Dein Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Konzeption, Umsetzung und Optimierung von Paid-Social-Kampagnen und Performance-Kampagnen entlang der gesamten Customer Journey.

Das bringst Du mit 

• Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Marketing, Kommunikation oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
• Mindestens 6 Jahre Erfahrung im Agenturumfeld oder in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld mit Schwerpunkt Social Media und Performance Marketing.
• Fundierte Expertise in Paid Social, Performance-KPIs, Tracking, Attribution und datengetriebener Kampagnensteuerung.
• Erfahrung in der strategischen Beratung von Kund:innen sowie im Ausbau von Etats.
