About the Role

Monks is seeking a Programmatic Specialist for the Media Operations Team. You can expect to support, manage, optimise, and report on media campaigns for a portfolio of clients individually and as part of a broader team. As part of the team, you will be working with both high-profile brands and smaller advertisers. Clients can be local, regional, or global.

• Operate end-to-end programmatic campaigns across DSPs (and related platforms).

We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Courier Group, Compliance Team. The Courier Group builds products that power the end-to-end courier experience and logistics at Wolt, from onboarding to earnings, engagement, task assignment, and compliance. The day-to-day

• Review code contributions, proposals, and RFCs from colleagues. At Helsing we strongly believe that unblocking others takes precedence over spending more time on your own work.

• Maintain our existing software stack, including working with internal and external customers to identify issues, improving operational reliability and performance, and fending off technical debt. The stack is a mix of Rust and Python, with Python mainly living in the ML-heavy sections.

• Further develop our tests and benchmarks, both at the micro and macro level. We operate in a domain where robustness is of the utmost importance, and an extensive and ever-improving test suite is key to achieving that. And without thorough benchmarks, we would be flying blind.

• Present your work at our weekly demo sessions. We want engineers to come together around what they are working on and to feel like they are not endlessly squirrelling away at something that doesn’t matter. To that end, we host (and actively work towards) demo sessions that allow early feedback, celebration of progress, and a better shared understanding of everything that goes on at Helsing.

Compensation at Applied Intuition for eligible roles includes base salary, equity, and benefits. As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager within Strategic Accounts, you are responsible for ensuring measurable business impact and long-term value realization across a focused portfolio of enterprise customers. You operate as a strategic partner to customer stakeholders, ensuring Mentimeter is embedded in key workflows, aligned to business priorities, and positioned as a critical capability rather than a tactical tool. While the Key Account Manager owns the commercial relationship, you own the strategic and operational value realization that drives retention and expansion readiness.

Responsibilities for this role:

• Drive measurable business impact by aligning Mentimeter usage to clearly defined customer outcomes, strategic priorities, and executive-level KPIs
• Develop and maintain structured success plans for every account, grounded in how the customer measures success internally, including business metrics, adoption benchmarks, and organizational objectives
• Lead executive-level conversations with senior stakeholders, including Managing Directors and functional leaders, confidently articulating value in business language and advising on best practices within communication, learning, and engagement
• Demonstrate strong situational awareness and cognitive agility in high-level meetings, quickly processing new information, adapting messaging in real time, and guiding discussions toward meaningful outcomes
