Role Summary

Our mission at HubSpot is to help millions of organizations grow better. As a Lead Contract Manager on the Strategic Accounts team, you’ll own complex renewals and commercial outcomes for HubSpot’s highest-paying and Lighthouse customers.

You’ll lead value-driven renewal conversations, partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Legal, and ensure accurate forecasting and contract execution. This role also serves as a senior IC within Contract Management — mentoring peers, improving processes, and contributing to the strategic evolution of how we serve our most complex customers.

What You’ll Do

• Own and lead complex renewal and contract negotiations for strategic and upmarket customers, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and positive outcomes

• Partner with Strategic Account customers to understand their goals, challenges, and investment priorities, aligning contracts to business value

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success Managers, Legal, and senior stakeholders to execute renewals smoothly and resolve complexity

• Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and lead pipeline reviews, improving predictability and consistency

• Deliver best-in-class service to enterprise customers (200+ employees), balancing customer advocacy with commercial outcomes

• Mentor and support other Contract Managers through coaching, best-practice sharing, and informal leadership

• Contribute to process improvements, playbooks, and pilots that scale impact across Contract Management and Customer Success

• Support strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects that evolve how HubSpot manages upmarket renewals

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish, Italian and English

• 5 + years of experience in contract management, renewals, or a closely related SaaS commercial role

• Experience managing complex contracts and partnering closely with Legal teams

• Proven success working with large, enterprise organizations (200+ employees)

• Strong negotiation skills with a growth-oriented, value-based approach

• Experience owning forecasts, renewal pipelines, or revenue-adjacent metrics

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including leading customer conversations with confidence

• Strong prioritization, organizational skills, and attention to detail in complex environments

• Ability to operate autonomously and strategically in a fast-paced setting

• Experience partnering with senior internal and external stakeholders

• Background working in Strategic Accounts or enterprise Customer Success motions

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Global Accounting Specialist for our Finance team in Berlin or Munich, Germany or Madrid, Spain or Lisbon, Portugal!

As part of our Controllership team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting across our international entities. 
Working in a multicultural environment, you will ensure compliance with local standards (such as German GAAP/HGB) and international regulations, supporting the global financial closing process and Wellhub’s operational efficiency.

YOUR IMPACT

• Perform day-to-day accounting functions for multiple international entities, including journal entries in general ledger, intercompany transactions, and account reconciliations.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes across global entities.
• Coordinate and reconcile intercompany accounts and ensure proper eliminations during consolidation.
• Assist with the consolidation of financial results in accordance with German GAAP (HGB) 
• Work with external auditors and internal stakeholders during audits and reviews of international operations.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory accounting and tax regulations in all relevant jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with local finance teams and service providers to support payroll, VAT/GST, and other local reporting requirements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of global accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.

WHO YOU ARE

• Degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• A strong understanding of accounting principles, financial closing processes, and global business models.Advanced proficiency in Excel, including hard-coding.
• Experience with financial systems such as Datev and Lucanet can be a plus.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools like Power Pivot Table (BI) and basic knowledge of SQL can be a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across geographies.
• Proven experience in a global accounting role, with a focus on general ledger.
• Demonstrated ability to perform reconciliations and financial analysis.3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Experience with german GAAP and other european local GAAP - US GAAP is a plus.
• Familiarity with accounting and ERP systems (e.g.Datev) and consolidation system Lucanet.

The Opportunity: 

The Managed Services team is a newly formed squad within the Databases department. It owns and operates shared, production-critical infrastructure that powers Grafana Cloud’s next-generation database products (Mimir, Loki, and Tempo). Today, this includes operating 100+ WarpStream clusters across multiple cloud providers and regions, with continued growth anticipated for the future. WarpStream acts as the streaming backbone for ingestion and read/write decoupling across databases. It sits directly on the hot path for metrics, logs, and traces, handling high-throughput, multi-consumer workloads at massive scale.

As a Senior Engineer on Managed Services, you will take ownership of running these systems in production. This involves:

• Operating and evolving 100+ multi-cloud streaming clusters and related database infrastructure

As a Partner Solutions Architect, you will be part of the sales team responsible for supporting our Global Channel Resellers/Partners, reporting to the Senior Manager, Partner Solutions Architecture. You will work closely with partner-facing account reps and directly with our partners to build and execute the Wiz + Partner technical strategy and solutions from the ground up.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Partner Success Manager to join our Partner Success department as the first regional hire in EMEA. Initially we will hire one role in the region, with a plan to scale the department over time. This person will bring strong Services and/or Partner experience, and will operate at a high level very quickly. This role will report to the Director & Global Head of Partner Success.

This person will own a portfolio of Partners from a Services/delivery perspective and act as their strategic advisor. They will drive scale and maturity to help their Partners deliver high-quality results for our customers while expanding their Workato practice. 

Internally, this person will work with other partner functions (Partner Sales, Enablement, Experience, Operations) and key teams at Workato (Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services). Externally, this person will work with partner leaders (executives, practice owners, technical leads, project managers, etc), and will also interact directly with prospective & existing customers as needed. 

This role will be critical in building and scaling the global Partner Success department - creativity and hard work, combined with relevant (and successful) experience are essential.

Own a portfolio of Workato partners and drive them to achieve two primary goals:

• Scale & mature your partners’ Workato practice - specifically, you will guide many of Workato’s highest priority partners (GSIs, large SIs, and priority boutique SIs)
• Deliver consistently high-quality outcomes for our joint customers

To achieve these two goals, some of the primary day-to-day activities may include:

• Monitor all projects led by your Partner:

• Act as an internal expert & advocate for your Partners
• Be the go-to person to handle internal questions about your Partners’ delivery capabilities, experience, success stories/case studies, performance/metrics, etc
• Identify & track potential opportunities to bring your Partners into and coordinate with other internal teams to assess fit & handle logistics
• Advocate for what your Partners need from Workato. Balance your advocacy with holding your Partners accountable, while always prioritizing the customer

• Deep experience & track record of success in an Enterprise SaaS environment (often 8+ years, though responsibilities & results are more important than years), working in or alongside the following roles:
• Partner Success, Professional Services, Customer Success, Partner/Alliances/Channel Sales and/or supporting Partner functions, Software Sales, or similar roles
• Strong Professional Services experience, including some or all of the following:

⭐ About the role

As part of this, we’re looking for a Head of Financial Health to ensure the compliant delivery of FinHealth journeys and capabilities, working closely with the existing UK team. 

You will report directly to the Head of Borrowing, EU and work closely with the Director of Financial Health, UK. You will lead the Financial Health initiatives in the EU. You will act as the FinHealth lead in Europe, collaborating with the UK FinHealth team to deliver the policies, strategies, and analytics  used to support customers in financial difficulties with Monzo. You will partner with operations, tech and credit risk leadership to deliver on a robust financial health strategy, balancing good customer outcomes whilst mitigating credit loss. This includes the whole arrears lifecycle, including pre-arrears, collections and recoveries, and across our lending products in the EU.

🔑 You’ll play a key role by...

• Working with the broader FinHealth team to ensure the effective delivery and localisation of FinHealth capabilities for European markets, aligning with local regulatory requirements and customer needs
• Acting as the primary FinHealth lead in Europe by navigating the complex regulatory landscape of the European Union, ensuring our practices  remain within risk appetites and comply with regional regulations
• Owning Collections and Recoveries outcomes, balancing good customer outcomes with strong portfolio performance
• Supporting our product and tech squads in shaping in-app journeys and features that support customers facing financial difficulties, ensuring alignment with broader Monzo strategies
• Working with Operations to implement collections processes consistent with prescribed strategy
• Working with  a team of data analysts to extract insights into customer behaviour and financial performance, optimising our financial health strategies

• You have direct experience leading collections & recoveries strategies or products for a regulated lender in a European context
• Strong understanding of the critical role collections & recoveries play within the credit risk strategy of a lending business
• Deep knowledge of European consumer credit regulations and how they differ across member states
• Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic company environment

Principales responsabilidades:

• Reportará al Director de Media Global.
• Apoyar a los miembros del equipo en sus tareas diarias, dando soporte al equipo global de medios, creatividad y producción, utilizando técnicas de project managment.

• Supervisar y dar seguimiento a los procesos de on-boarding y training de los equipos.
• Apoyar en el mantenimiento de las bases de contacto, sharepoint de documentación, etc.
• Coordinar la organización de los procesos de Rumble e IMCs multimercados.
• En función de las necesidades de cada cliente, diseñar procesos y flujos de trabajo concretos que supongan una mejora en gestión, tiempos y delivery.

Experiencia y competencias deseadas:

• Capacidad en coordinación y organización de otras unidades de negocio.
• Capacidad de influencia en colaboradores de varias áreas dentro de la compañía.
• Experiencia en estrategias y campañas integradas on-off.
• Perfil comercial orientado a la consecución de objetivos.
• Fuertes habilidades para resolver problemas.
• Imprescindible experiencia mínima como manager en planificación de Medios (Digital, TV, Exterior, Radio, Gráficos). Con especial foco en Medios digitales.
• Dominio de Excel, y PowerPoint.
• Conocimiento de análisis y herramientas como Google Analytics, DCM, Comscore, Kantar, EGM, AIMC, Web index, Infoadex, Adjinn.
• Inglés: nativo/ C1.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience: 1 year of experience working in sales, business development, or a similar position.

• Language: Fluent business-level Spanish.

• Technical Aptitude: Proven ability to demonstrate an aptitude for technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industry Experience: Experience working at a security, SaaS, or software company.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.

• Sales Skills: Proven capabilities in account development, opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call structure/control, and time/territory management.

About The Role:

• You will be responsible for the entire life cycle management of big events since the sales and legal team has signed the commercial contract till the events final closing.
• You will be the main point of contact between all the stakeholders, from the event organizer to all the internal teams involved.
• Although being overall owner of the whole process you will work as part of a team, you will be in charge of making things happen in time and form by managing other departments tasks.
• Communicate product needs (Fever usability) and process needs to HQ, work with product/engineering to deliver on them. in order to have a consolidated list of all the requirements and prioritize them with the product team. 
• Create and maintained exhaustive Q&A in order to have an answer to potential user incidences managed by our user support team. 
• Make sure that all the requirements needed to achieve the project goals have all the necessary documentation 
• Depending on the event, your presence on site might be required during the launch or other important dates

About You:

You are degree qualified, with a project management background. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and pride yourself on your flexible, detail-oriented, analytical and organized mindset.

In order to be successful in this role, you will be expected to be an entrepreneurial individual. The role requires a mix of project management and operational experience. You will have to be very comfortable coordinating other departments to ensure the delivery of requirements on time, also delivering results in an ambiguous environment, being exceptionally detail-oriented while looking around corners.

• 3+ years in a project management role or consulting background. This is not a position for an events background, but having event experience is a plus.
• Fluent English and Spanish, other languages are a plus!

• You'll be solution-focused, identifying problem areas and then creating plans to find resolutions.
