Why Digital Marketing Manager, APAC?

APAC represents 33% of our qualified pipeline target for FY27. We’re building out demand generation across Korea and the broader region, and we need someone who can own it end-to-end: paid media, email, webinars, and the localization quality that makes everything land correctly in-market. We’re looking for a marketer who knows the Korean B2B landscape, moves with urgency, and uses AI tools to punch above their weight—not because it’s trendy, but because it’s how you keep pace with what this role demands.

The Role

You’ll own digital demand generation for Korea, working closely with the APAC Field Marketing Lead to execute paid media campaigns, email programs, and webinars—while also serving as the quality gate on localized marketing assets. This role is for marketers who think in pipelines, not just programs, and want their impact measured in revenue, not impressions.

You might be this person if:

• You think in funnels — awareness, consideration, conversion — and you naturally ask “what does this do for pipeline?” before anyone else does
• You’ve run a paid media campaign that didn’t just hit delivery targets but actually moved qualified leads through the funnel
• You use AI tools in your daily workflow—for content drafting, campaign analysis, reporting—and you’ve figured out how to get more done without sacrificing quality
• You’ve owned a webinar end-to-end—from promotion to follow-up—and the pipeline it generated was something you could actually point to

You need to have:

• 5–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
• Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, or similar platforms
• Practical experience with email marketing platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, or equivalent
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously without dropping balls
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English
• Working proficiency with AI tools—ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar—applied to real marketing tasks: content drafting, data summarization, workflow automation, or campaign analysis

What you’ll actually do:

• Own local paid media strategy and execution in Korea—recruiting and managing the local agency, planning campaigns across paid social, display, and syndication, and optimizing spend against pipeline outcomes
• Run regional email marketing programs aligned with global strategy: build and deploy eDMs and newsletters with local nuance, use AI tools to accelerate content production, and track engagement to continuously improve
• Plan and execute webinars for the Korean market from end to end—promotion, registration, delivery, and follow-up—using AI-assisted workflows to automate the repeatable parts
• Serve as the final QA layer on marketing assets translated by the localization team, ensuring accuracy, cultural relevance, and brand consistency before anything goes live
• Partner with Marketing Ops and Revenue Operations to ensure proper campaign setup, lead routing, attribution, and reporting across digital and field programs
• Use AI to automate recurring reporting tasks, surface insights from campaign data, and free up time for higher-leverage work
• Provide ad hoc support to the APAC Field Marketing Lead for regional events and programs as needed

Overview

The Sales & Service Manager is a critical member of the store leadership team accountable for bringing Alo’s business and guest experience strategy to life in the store. OVERVIEW

Being a part of the ALO team as an Inventory Analyst serves as the regional extension of the centralized team, bridging brand strategy with local market execution. This role is responsible for monitoring inventory health, delivering real-time market insights, and strengthening cross-functional partnerships to enable faster, more informed decision-making.  This role is designed to bridge the centralized model and in-market execution.  The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of local market dynamics and acts as a trusted partner to both local leadership and the centralized team, helping to ensure brand consistency while driving local relevance.

You'll build and own a greenfield APAC territory, establish repeatable new logo sales motions, and regularly forecast and report on deal progress, prospecting activities, and pipeline health. What you'll do

• Own the full new logo acquisition cycle for your APAC territory from prospecting through close, introducing prospects to GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform for the first time.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting and follow-up to support new logo and Net ARR targets.
• Run 3-5 high-quality discovery meetings per day with senior stakeholders, uncovering business pain points in their software delivery lifecycle and articulating compelling value propositions that progress opportunities and build a qualified pipeline toward quarterly new logo and Net ARR goals.
• Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes with C-level executives, IT leaders, and cross-functional buying committees in high-growth and enterprise organizations evaluating DevSecOps platforms.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans for your APAC patch within 30 days, identifying high-value targets and creating a qualified account prioritization strategy for greenfield accounts that align with GitLab's ideal customer profile.
• Partner with Solutions Architecture and Customer Success to orchestrate technical evaluations and proofs of concept (POCs), and ensure smooth post-sale transitions for new customers adopting GitLab.
• Master our sales methodology (for example, MEDDPICC and Command of the Message) to qualify opportunities, manage deal velocity, and contribute to predictable new logo revenue for GitLab.

What you'll bring

• B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong focus on new business development and net-new logo acquisition, ideally selling complex platforms or solutions.
• Experience managing fast-paced, complex B2B sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, using a consultative, value-based approach and familiarity with platform, subscription, or usage-based commercial models to articulate value beyond traditional licensing.
• Strong discovery and qualification skills, partnering with Sales Development, Solutions Architects, Customer Success, and Marketing to run evaluations and proofs of concept, build compelling C-level business cases, and ensure seamless post-sale handoffs.
• Familiarity with modern sales methodologies (for example, MEDDPICC and Command of the Message) and demonstrated ability to streamline sales cycles while managing multiple active opportunities with accurate forecasting and strong Salesforce hygiene.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with the ability to build appropriate urgency when needed, influence internal and external stakeholders, and stay composed in dynamic or challenging situations, supported by a strong work ethic, sense of ownership, and motivation to succeed in a high-growth environment.
• An adaptable, coachable approach, with a track record of excelling in a dynamic, fully remote environment. You work in line with GitLab's values and continuously iterate based on market and customer feedback to refine your territory and account strategy.
• Proficiency with a modern sales tech stack (for example, CRM, sales engagement, data enrichment, conversation intelligence, and intent tools) and the ability to quickly learn new platforms.

The New Business Sales team is responsible for driving growth, adoption, and long-term value for GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform with customers across high-growth and enterprise segments in APAC. As a New Business Account Executive, you'll join a distributed, fully remote team that works asynchronously across APAC and partners closely with GitLab's solutions architects, marketing, sales development, and customer success teams.
