Role Overview
The Global Operations Tech (GOT) organization is responsible for the systems that enable Coupang to reliably deliver to customers within hours of orders being placed. GOT is on a mission to innovate logistics by building an efficient delivery network at breakthrough scale and speeds. As a Senior Staff Backend Engineer in GOT, you will leverage advanced algorithms to improve Coupang’s customer experience by ensuring ultra-fast deliveries are on time even during the busiest times of the year. We are looking for a Scientist that can drive the direction of technology across multiple teams, leverage deep industry knowledge and use statistical and machine learning techniques to bring value to customers. Position summary:
The Service Delivery Engineer for Cybersecurity is a key technical role, focused on supporting our cybersecurity solutions for clients. This job also involves showing clients how our offerings work and what benefits they bring through Proof of Value (POV) and Proof of Concept (POC) demonstrations. One other role is helping with Korea’s security compliance. You'll help clients understand rules like South Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and support them in passing necessary checks. You'll work directly with clients to set up and adjust solutions, check system health, and provide technical guidance. This helps build strong client relationships with good service and clear communication.

The Netskope Solutions Engineer will come on board with the full support of the executive team. This is an amazing opportunity for the sales professional who has a history of completely dominating their territory and who wants to make an impact on building the next iconic cloud security company.
You will work closely with customers and partners as your primary point of contact for feedback and resolution of issues and will be the customers’ advocate for issues that require assistance from the HQ Support team. You are the technical lynchpin through the entire sales cycle - pre and post sales. You will work closely with our prospects and customers to educate, empower, and ensure their success on the Cloudflare platform. Your technical expertise in Cloudflare’s global distributed network and technology will allow you to find best-fit solutions for prospects, to train and onboard new customers via video-conference or in person, through documentation, and to support the long-term success of the customer. As a subject matter expert on web/mobile security and performance, you are a trusted source for developing new firewall rules from log files, crafting performance caching and delivery strategies, and creating or repurposing internal tools and scripts for customers.
As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you are the technical customer advocate within Cloudflare. To aid your customers, you will work closely with every team at Cloudflare, from Sales and Product, through to Engineering and Customer Support. Your goal of customer success should drive you through the entire organization as you seek out and create scalable solutions for your customer’s needs.

You are the technical lynchpin through the entire sales cycle - pre and post sales. You will work closely with our prospects and customers to educate, empower, and ensure their success on the Cloudflare platform. Your technical expertise in Cloudflare’s global distributed network and technology will allow you to find best-fit solutions for prospects, to train and onboard new customers via video-conference or in person, through documentation, and to support the long-term success of the customer. As a subject matter expert on web/mobile security and performance, you are a trusted source for developing new firewall rules from log files, crafting performance caching and delivery strategies, and creating or repurposing internal tools and scripts for customers.
As a Solutions Engineer, you are the technical customer advocate within Cloudflare. To aid your customers, you will work closely with every team at Cloudflare, from Sales and Product, through to Engineering and Customer Support. Your goal of customer success should drive you through the entire organization as you seek out and create scalable solutions for your customer’s needs.

About the Role
As a Senior Software Engineer in the System SW, you will serve as the architect of our core software infrastructure—the critical layer that keeps the entire autonomy stack running. This is a high-impact role for technical leaders who are comfortable working across architecture, implementation, and long-term system health.
You will go beyond individual feature implementation to design scalable, robust, and high-performance system architectures.
