As a Retail Operations Senior Specialist, you will play an essential role in supporting our retail stores. Holding deep subject matter expertise in our retail store foundations and operations, you will support our store teams in successfully living into our retail vision. Objective

The Visual Lead is responsible for achieving store sales & maximizing profitability through Visual Merchandising in partnership with the Management Team. The Visual Lead will work closely with Operations & Visual Managers in initiating, delegating work, and providing feedback to the team to achieve optimal results supporting total store operations. Duties require constant movement in and around the store, including the sales floor and back of house. People Leader 

• Leads by example and inspires staff in daily operations, guest experience, and visual standards

Role Objective 

The Operations Associate is critical in the store team and is responsible for driving profitability and efficiency. The Operations Associate will work closely with the Operations & Visual Manager & Operations Lead in initiating, completing work, and providing feedback to the team to achieve optimal results supporting total store operations.   

Key Job Responsibilities

OVERVIEW

Being a part of the ALO team as an Inventory Analyst serves as the regional extension of the centralized team, bridging brand strategy with local market execution. This role is responsible for monitoring inventory health, delivering real-time market insights, and strengthening cross-functional partnerships to enable faster, more informed decision-making.  This role is designed to bridge the centralized model and in-market execution.  The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of local market dynamics and acts as a trusted partner to both local leadership and the centralized team, helping to ensure brand consistency while driving local relevance.

RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Serve as the 2-way conduit to feed intelligence between the main and local office to support the company strategy and ensure execution
• Provide analytical support, act as a thought partner to regional market leadership
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies (stockouts, overstock, system vs physical)
• Partner with DC/logistics to improve visibility and efficiency on inventory flow and constraints
• Build strong connections with cross functional teams to enable faster response to in-season trends
• Participate in key cross-functional meetings including Weekly Business Review and Hindsighting to represent regional perspective and support brand execution and buying alignment
• Conduct store visits to assess stock position, assortment gaps, and merchandising impact
• Capture and communicate insights on inventory, merchandising, and local nuances, translating them into clear, actionable recommendations that inform key decisions for the centralized team
• Identify risks and opportunities (climate, events, cultural drivers)
• Success in dual reporting structure between local market leadership and global HQ

• 3–6+ years in allocation, inventory management, and retail operations
• Strong connection to product and product knowledge

Role Overview

As our Fashion Brand Management, you will play a pivotal part in Coupang’s Retail (Rocket delivery) business. With sound judgement in Retail business, you will analyze complex problems and phenomena to identify root causes and solutions, and serve as a great leader, exceptional communicator, and negotiator.

In the key areas of Retail business including Brand Management, Business Planning (Program Management), and Selection Planning, you will build strategic relationships with our retail partners and set conditions for negotiations that can improve our revenue and profit, driving growth and profit of our Retail business as well as world-class customer experience. What you will do

• As a leader, provide a strategic vision for the business you run, and build and develop strategic relationships with internal/external key partners based on thorough understanding of their interests.
• Successfully onboarding negotiation of Market’s Top brands and build the momentum for sustainable business growth.
• With leadership rooted in strong negotiation capabilities and outstanding judgement, break down complex problems into simpler components and analyze them to conduct seamless and successful cooperation and negotiations with executives and high-level stakeholders of external retail companies.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and at least 10 years of experience in the field of business
• Ability to provide “hands-on” leadership to solve problems based on experiences with playing a managerial role and successfully handling end-to-end aspects of a business, including P&L
• Experience in establishing long-lasting relationships with top-notch global/local brands in the retail and eCommerce market and leading successful negotiations with them
• Ability to influence the organization with strong and verifiable analytical skills
• Experience in managing/building a team and hiring team members including your subordinate employees
• Extensive experience managing and negotiating supplier relationships in Korea

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in taking on challenges and acting decisively to innovate existing practices in order to maximize customer satisfaction, which is our top priority
• Interest in technologies and experience in driving an initiative to simplify tasks and bring about changes through systematization
• Strong communication skills/experiences that help preparing persuasive and clear documents and providing ideas in a passionate and convincing manner

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Principal, Supply Chain Management to lead inbound planning operations across fulfillment centers (FCs). This role is pivotal in driving capacity planning, inventory alignment, and operational excellence through structured S&OP processes. Role Overview

Role Overview  

Global Operations Technology (GOT) is an organization for all technologies related to Coupang Fulfillment and Transportation Systems, and FC Automation is where the most advanced fulfillment and transportation automation, AI and robotics technologies are developed and deployed to real-world fulfillment applications. We are seeking an exceptionally pragmatic and results-driven Lead Data Analyst to be the strategic core of our Supply Chain team. Your mission is to solve our toughest inventory challenges—from preventing stockouts to clearing excess goods. This is not a back-office reporting role. You will be a hands-on catalyst who can "figure things out," develop clever solutions, and collaborate across the company to see your insights implemented in our production systems.

Key responsibilities:

Lead the Full Cycle from Idea to Production-Ready Insight: 

1. Ideate & Develop Smart Heuristics: Proactively identify weaknesses in our supply chain systems and develop clever, practical logic. Your focus will be on forecast correction logic (to override our main models when they fail), Out-of-Stock (OOS) attribution models, and excess inventory flagging rules.
2. Build Rapid Proof-of-Concepts (POCs): Quickly validate your ideas with hands-on POCs. You will build working prototypes, such as a Root Cause Analysis dashboard that automatically attributes OOS events to causes like 'Supplier Delay' or 'Under-forecasting'.
3. Champion for Productionalization: Partner closely with our Demand Planning and Engineering teams to get your validated POCs productionalized. You are the subject-matter expert who ensures your logic is accurately integrated into our core inventory planning systems.

Become the Go-To Expert on Inventory Health: Own the analytics around our key supply chain KPIs, including Out-of-Stock rates and Sell-Through. You will not just report on these numbers; you will provide the "why" behind them.

Act as a Data Translator: Proactively communicate with technical and non-technical partners, ensuring stakeholders understand not just the 'what' but the 'so what' of your findings. You are the bridge that turns complex analysis into clear business directives.

Mentor and Elevate: As a lead, you will guide and mentor other analysts on the team, establishing best practices for high-impact, efficient, and reproducible analysis.

Qualifications: 

• 7+ years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related quantitative field.

We’re seeking a Data Scientist with expertise in a breadth of ML techniques. Your responsibilities will include developing, prototyping and productionizing innovative models using a range of techniques (Supervised/Unsupervised/Reinforcement). We are also looking for innovators capable of using generative AI to design, evangelize, and implement state-of-the-art solutions for never-before-solved problems. Job Description: 

Financial Accounting & Month-end Closing

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to HQ
• Handle daily accounting operations, including AR/AP processing and bank reconciliations
• Prepare payment vouchers and supporting documents in compliance with internal policies
• Maintain fixed asset records, including depreciation schedules and asset tracking

Treasury

• Monitor daily banking transactions and prepare weekly bank balance summaries with clear categorization of transaction types
• Prepare treasury-related journal entries and support their accurate reflection during month-end closing
• Review payment lists against supporting documents and submit for manager approval
• Review employee expense reports on a monthly basis to ensure compliance with internal policies and reconcile supporting receipts

Tax & Compliance

• Support preparation of VAT, CIT, and withholding tax filings in coordination with external tax advisors
• Ensure accounting records are maintained in compliance with Korean tax regulations and IFRS

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
