Role Overview
The Internal Investment Buyer plays a critical role in ensuring the financial accuracy, compliance, and integrity of media investments. This position is responsible for the meticulous reconciliation of media bookings and invoices, diligent budget management, and strict adherence to financial policies. The successful candidate will leverage a strong financial administration background to manage supplier relationships from a billing perspective, uphold confidentiality, and support the operational efficiency of the investment team, mitigating financial risks and safeguarding company intellectual property.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Reconciliation & Compliance:
•    Manage campaign budgets and billing cycles, ensuring meticulous accuracy and timely financial reconciliation.
•    Conduct thorough review and verification of all supplier invoices against contracts, booked schedules, and agreed-upon rates, promptly identifying and flagging any discrepancies.
•    Process accounts payable related to media investments, ensuring correct coding, appropriate approvals, and adherence to payment schedules.
•    Ensure strict compliance with internal financial policies, accounting standards, audit requirements, and governance protocols.
•    Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all investment transactions, contracts, rate agreements, and financial communications for audit purposes.
Operational Support & Administration:
•    Provide day-to-day administrative support for media investment activities, primarily focusing on financial verification, reconciliation, and payment processing.
•    Assist in monitoring booked media placements to ensure financial alignment with contracted terms, collaborating with media owners to resolve billing queries.
•    Identify opportunities for process automation and standardization within financial workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce financial risk.
•    Vendor & Stakeholder Management (Financial Focus):
•    Build and maintain effective working relationships with media owners, primarily for efficient invoice submission, discrepancy resolution, and prompt payment processing.
•    Coordinate closely with internal finance teams to facilitate timely invoice reconciliation, campaign cost tracking, and budget adherence.
•    Collaborate with investment, planning, and client service teams, providing essential financial verification and administrative support to ensure seamless operational delivery.
Confidentiality & Risk Mitigation:
•    Strictly maintain confidentiality regarding all investment deals, agency trading arrangements, pricing structures, and sensitive financial information.
•    Actively contribute to safeguarding the company's intellectual property by ensuring secure and compliant handling of all financial and contractual data.

Qualifications & Skills
•    Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related financial discipline.
•    1-3 years of proven experience in a financial administration role, accounts payable/receivable, billing reconciliation, or a similar position requiring high attention to financial detail. Experience in a media or advertising environment is advantageous but not essential.
•    Demonstrated strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with an exceptional eye for detail and accuracy.
•    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, financial formulas) and experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, or similar ERP systems).
•    Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders on financial matters.
•    Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively under pressure, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
•    High level of integrity, discretion, and a strong ethical compass when handling confidential financial information.

This position is primarily responsible for selling third-party support/maintenance, application and technical support services into the SAP client base. Responsible for establishing and building relationships with new customers and maintaining consistent contact; conducting targeted campaigns to generate and qualify leads; developing and closing opportunities for the services we deliver; and maintaining the CRM database.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of direct sales experience, with 5+ years experience in Oracle Sales

We have an immediate need for an SAP Security Services Architect based in the UK or South Africa. This position can be based out of your home office. The Security Services Architect will be responsible for developing and maintaining the operations of security products and offering within Spinnaker Support. This role will serve to define and deliver Spinnaker Support’s approach to security within the 3^rd party support and managed service markets.

This position requires a deep knowledge of the SAP architecture and experience in applying defense in depth strategies to SAP systems. This position will be responsible for providing guidance to clients on attack surface reduction strategies in relationship to the SAP system landscape. This will include identifying, documenting, and guiding clients in security best practices related to the applications, network and infrastructure of SAP systems. This position requires a person with multiple years of hands-on technical expertise in hardening the SAP environment.  The applicant should have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of SAP Subnets and network DMZ. 

Direct Responsibilities:

• SAP CVE and vulnerability analysis - Researching newly disclosed vulnerabilities, assessing technical impact, and developing hardening guidance.
• Security bulletin authoring - Writing customer-facing monthly bulletins summarizing threats and remediation steps for vulnerabilities identified in SAP Security Patch Day notifications.
• Rapid response for critical vulnerabilities - Developing and communicating guidance when high-severity or zero-day SAP vulnerabilities emerge.
• Structured security assessment delivery - Conducting assessments, analyzing results, compiling reports with actionable remediation recommendations
• Customer case management - Triaging and responding to customer security inquiries.

Required Competencies and Experience:

• 7+ years of SAP technical experience
• 3+ years of SAP security hardening, attack surface reduction, and vulnerability analysis
• 3+ years of scripting and automation
• Proven technical writing skills with the ability to document details for complex solutions.
• Deep knowledge of the security architecture across multiple deployment platforms (network, firewall, computer, storage, database and application)
• A detailed understanding of common network topologies and their application to security mitigation.
• Strong field-level/consultative experience with ability to staff teams to meet customer support and service requirements
• Strong analytical skills with ability to understand and document details for complex solutions
• Experience in performing NetWeaver AS system security operations.
• Fundamental knowledge of protecting SAP infrastructure at SAP/OS and DB level.
• Understanding of different SAP products at architectural level
• Understanding of SAP Security Note Monitoring/Telemetry and Proficiency with SAP Vulnerability Management
• Working knowledge of SAP users, roles and authorizations

• 2+ years Python scripting programming
• C_SEC_2405 - SAP Certified Associate - Security Administrator
• Management and implementation of RFC Gateway and SNC
• Substantive knowledge of SSO, SNC and SSL
• Security certified
  • Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (ISSAP)
  • Relevant GIAC certifications (e.g., GSEC, GEVA, GPEN, GSNA)
• 1+ year of Application Security Testing
• Experience in addressing SAP vulnerabilities beyond leveraging SAP Notes.
