ABOUT THE TEAM:
Our CRM Acquisition team is responsible for driving customer growth through targeted campaigns, data-driven strategies, and personalised communication. As we operate across diverse markets, team collaboration often spans multiple countries and cultures.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We’re looking for a detail oriented, curious, explorative, commercially focused CRM Manager looking for their next step - someone that will take on and help us expand rapidly growing markets at Tide. You will play a key role in building targeted communications across digital channels to attract, convert, and onboard new users, leveraging data and automation to drive performance. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
As a CRM Manager you’ll be:
- You will work in a multinational team of passionate CRMers, Product marketers and Product Managers with a track record of delivery, who are dedicated to collaboration, innovation and ownership, with a central focus on helping our members save time and money, so they can get back to doing what they love.
- You’ll own the applicant's journey, as well as the campaign strategy and planning process and deliver a first class automation and personalisation programme. This will incorporate multiple marketing channels and touchpoints, with the end goal to engage, nudge and nurture new applicants to join Tide.
- Plan and execute CRM campaigns aimed at customer acquisition across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
- Work with analytics and data teams to identify high-conversion segments and personalise communication journeys.
- Use marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Braze, Iterable) to build and optimize customer journeys.
- Continuously A/B test messaging, design, and CTAs to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Report on CRM campaign performance and acquisition KPIs, providing insights for optimization.
- Stay up to date on CRM and customer acquisition trends, tools, and best practices.
- Analysing campaigns and reporting out to immediate stakeholders on trends and recommendations and using data to define, build and maintain segments including building and maintaining reporting dashboards to track CRM performance.
- Work closely with the rest of the Acquisition Marketing team as well as a number of other cross-business stakeholders.
- Continuously look for optimisations and new ideas to develop engagement marketing opportunities.

About the Role
We are looking for a Founder’s Associate to join Payhawk’s CEO Office, acting as a strategic and analytical extension of the CEO and C-level leadership team.
This is a high-impact, high-exposure role at the intersection of data science, finance, strategy, and execution. You will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership on company-wide initiatives such as go-to-market strategy, monetization, pricing, commissions, and performance management, while owning complex analytical and modeling work to support decision-making. You will also help define, track, and automate OKRs and performance metrics, ensuring leadership has clear, real-time visibility into progress against strategic goals.
The position is based in Sofia, Bulgaria, and reports directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities
You will work across strategic, analytical, and execution-focused initiatives, including:
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and C-level leaders on GTM strategy, monetization, pricing, and commercial performance
- Build and maintain financial, commercial, and operational models to support strategic decisions
- Analyze company-wide data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across revenue, pricing, commissions, and unit economics
- Design, maintain, and improve dashboards and reporting for executive decision-making (Tableau, BigQuery)
- Own and support OKR definition, tracking, and measurement across key strategic initiatives
- Design and maintain automated OKR and performance tracking frameworks, integrating data from multiple sources to enable real-time visibility for the CEO and C-level leadership
- Partner with Finance, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Product to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and clarity
- Support strategic initiatives such as new products, pricing experiments, compensation models
- Translate complex data into clear insights and executive-level recommendations
- Drive ad-hoc analyses and projects directly requested by the CEO and leadership team
- Help structure ambiguous problems and turn them into actionable plans
Requirements
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree, preferably with a Finance or Strategy focus
- Background in management consulting is a strong plus
- Experience in Venture Capital and/or founder/startup experience is an extra plus
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in data modeling and financial modeling
- Hands-on experience with SQL / BigQuery Tableau or similar BI tools for Data modeling and structured analytics
- Strong knowledge and experience using AI tools: vibe coding experience is a strong plus
- Experience working with OKRs, KPI frameworks, performance tracking, and reporting, including automation
- Strong understanding of pricing models, commissions, revenue metrics, and unit economics
- Ability to work comfortably with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making
- Highly structured thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-ownership environment
