JOB PURPOSE

In this role, we would like to explore the possibility of opening a UX/UI department in our offices in Skopje, shaping top-notch experiences for international clients. You’ll collaborate with DEPT® teams across Europe, tackle complex design challenges, and push design quality to the next level. The team:

Customer Support is one of the biggest teams in Proton, with around 100 employees. Purpose of the role

As a Customer Support Tools & Automation Specialist, you’ll be working on configuring and implementing changes in the customer support platforms and AI tools. You will administer users, macros, automation rules and dashboards, prepare reports, and work on processes, tools and other software designs in the Customer Support department. About the role

We are looking for a driven, fully fluent German and/or French speaking Inbound Sales Development Representative to join our Proton for Business team. In this role, you won’t just be processing leads; you’ll be the first point of contact for organizations ready to secure their digital infrastructure. You will manage high-volume inbound traffic, qualify high potential opportunities using the SPICED framework to generate new business for our Account Executives, and also take on a full sales cycle role, directly closing smaller, high-velocity business within our Prosumer/Small Office segment.

The team:

As our iOS Test Automation Engineer, you’ll be the guardian of app quality. You will:

Purpose of the role

The MSA department is a highly multi-disciplinary group started in 2019 to tackle difficult mail delivery, spam and abuse problems. We built sophisticated systems from scratch that combine human intelligence and machine learning to make tens of millions of realtime or asynchronous decisions each day. As of 2022, our three areas of focus are 1) mail delivery and spam, 2) abuse and account security, and 3) site reliability of Proton. Over the past years, our custom systems have reduced spam filter misclassifications by over 50%, blocked millions of abusive bulk signups, protected hundreds of thousands of users from account compromise by attackers, and mitigated hundreds of DDoS attacks. In order to move fast with limited resources, we are organized into autonomous teams responsible for the whole system, with expertise across infrastructure, data storage, backend, frontend, machine learning, security and operational excellence. In 3 years, we grew from 2 engineers to over 30 engineers and analysts, spread across 3 continents for 24/7 coverage. What you will do

• Monitoring how things are working in production and taking appropriate actions across all MSA systems
• Fight spam and abuse by quickly understanding the data and context and creating rules to act on past or future events

• As an engineering-driven organization, MSA currently doesn't have product or project managers, so you will have the opportunity to play those roles and drive the planning, development, and QA process.

JOB SCOPE

• Oversee the profitable growth of retention channels, including but not limited to email, sms, direct mail, popups and push notifications. Where required, you may work within subscription, membership, loyalty programs and more.
