At Klaviyo, the Sales team prides themselves on being marketing and product experts. While most companies hire pre sales Solutions Engineer to just give demos, fill out questionnaires, and only explain setups, that makes us yawn. As a pre sales Solution Engineer for our Enterprise Sales team, you will be responsible for facilitating long term, deep relationships with the prospects to help drive our market-leading position in the owned marketing space.
So what do we do as Solution Engineers? We work directly with our prospective and existing customers to build technical champions, and help envision how Klaviyo could be used and integrated within our prospects’ and customers' tech stacks. We dive deep, take a consultant-first mindset, and develop solutions that ensure long term success for our customers. We use these engagements as an opportunity to learn, prototype, and ship meaningful improvements to the Klaviyo experience. We look for interesting problems and aim for solutions that are extensible and reusable.
A few things our team has recently built as part of our engagements include:
If you’re a creator that gets excited by driving technical success and prototyping new solutions - all within the context of influencing direct strategic sales - this could be for you. What you’ll get in return is the opportunity to be part of an extremely high-performing, strategically-important team that works at the exciting intersection of engineering, sales, and customer engagement.
How You’ll Make a Difference:
Who You Are:
Klaviyo in APAC:
We are starting small but have big plans for Klaviyo in APAC. Our Sydney team began to take shape throughout 2022 and has now built out our go to market teams in sales, customer success, partnerships, marketing, recruiting and product support. As the team grows we will see a continued expansion of Klaviyo’s customer base and the building of a fantastic working culture in line with what we see elsewhere in Klaviyo but with its own local identity within our Sydney based team. This is your unique opportunity to join us at a very early stage and help to shape our future Klaviyo in APAC.
One of our values as a company is ‘always learning’ and you can feel that in APAC. People are looking to grow and develop and Klaviyo provides a great platform to do so. As we are still relatively early in our journey in APAC this means there is a lot of headroom to grow and develop within your role - we are looking for the leaders of the future. At Klaviyo generally managers are often promoted up into their roles and people are regularly being promoted or moving into new functional areas - it really is an education through experience here.
We use Covey as part of our hiring and / or promotional process. For jobs or candidates in NYC, certain features may qualify it as an AEDT. As part of the evaluation process we provide Covey with job requirements and candidate submitted applications. We began using Covey Scout for Inbound on April 3, 2025.

CRM Marketing — if you know, you know. It is the part of marketing that combines data, creativity, and commercial instinct to move customers at exactly the right moment. And nowhere is that more true than in upsell.
Our Upsell & Revenue Expansion programme is one of the best-performing workstreams in the business. It is led by an experienced CRM manager who owns its strategy and commercial outcomes. We are looking for someone to join that team — taking on meaningful execution from day one and growing into a genuine contributor to how the programme evolves across all brands.
The strategic direction is set, but there is real room to bring your thinking. The best experiment ideas often come from the person closest to the data. We want someone who is commercially curious, notices patterns others miss, and is not shy about raising a hypothesis or challenging an assumption — as long as they can back it up.
If you want focused ownership of a real revenue workstream, a front-row seat to how high-performing CRM operates, and the space to grow into broader ownership over time, this is the role.

CRM Marketing — if you know, you know. It sits at the intersection of data, creativity, and commercial instinct, and the work you do here touches customers at the moments that matter most.
Our Winback & Re-engagement programme is a proven, revenue-generating workstream with an experienced lead already driving its strategy and direction. We are looking for someone to grow alongside that lead — taking on real execution responsibilities from day one while progressively contributing your own ideas and analysis to improve the programme across all brands.
You will not be a silent executor. We want someone who is curious about why campaigns are built the way they are, who notices things in the data that others might miss, and who is not afraid to bring a point of view to the table. The best teams are built on people who challenge thinking and raise the bar — and this role has real room for that.
It is a great launchpad: focused scope, a live revenue programme, an experienced lead to learn from, and a clear path to growing into broader ownership as you build your track record.

In partnership with SBI Group, we are building a next-generation decentralized exchange (DEX) aimed at bringing the majority of Japanese equities on-chain. Our goal is to create a secure, transparent, and high-performance trading infrastructure capable of supporting institutional volumes while remaining accessible to retail participants. The platform features a fully on-chain order book and is powered by a custom state transition function and consensus layer, purpose-built for low-latency, high-throughput trading.
As the Senior QA Engineer, you will be the quality champion for this system and cover core trading flows, order book behavior, matching logic, and backend services powering execution. As the first senior-level QA on the team, you will own the end-to-end quality strategy with a strong emphasis on automation, ensuring the correctness, reliability, and performance of both API and E2E layers under real-world trading conditions.
This is a hands-on role focused on building robust E2E and API test coverage, not manual testing.
Quality strategy & process: Define and evolve QA standards, release criteria, and quality metrics tailored to a trading platform. Establish best practices for validating execution accuracy, pricing, and API reliability.
Automation (E2E-first approach):
Design, build, and maintain a scalable end-to-end automation framework for the web app, covering critical user journeys.
API testing & validation:
Develop comprehensive automated tests for backend services and APIs. Ensure consistency between API responses and frontend behavior.
Trading logic validation:
Validate correctness of execution paths, price impact, and fee calculations across different trading pairs and liquidity sources.

Work closely with Engineering and Product to define testable acceptance criteria. Take ownership of QA processes, drive automation adoption, and set quality standards across the team.

Are you an AI QA expert eager to shape the future of AI? Large-scale language models are evolving from clever chatbots into enterprise-grade platforms. With rigorous evaluation data, tomorrow’s AI can democratize world-class education, keep pace with cutting-edge research, and streamline workflows for teams everywhere. That quality begins with you—we need your expertise to harden model reasoning and reliability.
We’re looking for AI QA trainers who live and breathe model evaluation, LLM safety, prompt robustness, data quality assurance, multilingual and domain-specific testing, grounding verification, and compliance/readiness checks. You’ll challenge advanced language models on tasks like hallucination detection, factual consistency, prompt-injection and jailbreak resistance, bias/fairness audits, chain-of-reasoning reliability, tool-use correctness, retrieval-augmentation fidelity, and end-to-end workflow validation—documenting every failure mode so we can raise the bar.
On a typical day, you will converse with the model on real-world scenarios and evaluation prompts, verify factual accuracy and logical soundness, design and run test plans and regression suites, build clear rubrics and pass/fail criteria, capture reproducible error traces with root-cause hypotheses, and suggest improvements to prompt engineering, guardrails, and evaluation metrics (e.g., precision/recall, faithfulness, toxicity, and latency SLOs). You’ll also partner on adversarial red-teaming, automation (Python/SQL), and dashboarding to track quality deltas over time.
A bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in computer science, data science, computational linguistics, statistics, or a related field is ideal; shipped QA for ML/AI systems, safety/red-team experience, test automation frameworks (e.g., PyTest), and hands-on work with LLM eval tooling (e.g., OpenAI Evals, RAG evaluators, W&B) signal fit. Skills that stand out include: evaluation rubric design, adversarial testing/red-teaming, regression testing at scale, bias/fairness auditing, grounding verification, prompt and system-prompt engineering, test automation (Python/SQL), and high-signal bug reporting. Clear, metacognitive communication—“showing your work”—is essential.
Ready to turn your QA expertise into the quality backbone for tomorrow’s AI? Apply today and start teaching the model that will teach the world.
We offer a pay range of $6-to- $65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location. Final offer amounts may vary from the pay range listed above. As a contractor you’ll supply a secure computer and high-speed internet; company-sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO do not apply.
