Scopely is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Enterprise Technology team in Spain or Portugal on a hybrid basis, working 2-3 days a week from the hub.

What You Will Do 

This role centers on technical program leadership, with an emphasis on delivering enterprise technology capabilities through a product- and service-oriented mindset. The Sr. TPM is responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs—spanning discovery, planning, execution, and continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, platform strategies, and operational excellence standards.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in technical infrastructure and systems integration, combined with the ability to manage programs as evolving products—focused on usability, scalability, lifecycle management, and long-term business value

You will partner closely with Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Operations, IT Support, Security, and Product & Platform teams to shape and deliver solutions that strengthen Scopely’s global technology ecosystem.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of M&A technology integrations, including systems onboarding, identity and access alignment, data migration, and platform consolidation
• Drive office buildout programs, delivering core IT infrastructure such as network, cabling, AV, and end-user technology to enable day-one operational readiness
• Oversee complex enterprise integration initiatives, ensuring seamless connectivity between acquired entities, partners, and Scopely’s core platforms
• Manage programs across network infrastructure, cloud platforms, endpoint services, and enterprise systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and security
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver standardized, repeatable solutions for integrations and office deployments
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security policies, and operational standards
• Apply a product mindset to enterprise IT services, focusing on lifecycle management, user experience, and continuous improvement
• Partner with technical and product teams to identify integration opportunities that enhance the scalability, resilience, and reusability of shared platforms
• Facilitate prioritization and trade-off decisions across competing initiatives, balancing technical feasibility, business impact, and alignment with enterprise goals
• Define and evolve repeatable integration and deployment playbooks for M&A and office buildouts
• Partner with product and platform teams to align IT services with broader enterprise roadmaps
• Identify and drive opportunities to leverage AI and automation (including Agentic AI) to improve IT service delivery, integration processes, and operational workflows
• Lead programs that incorporate AI-enabled solutions such as intelligent automation, service copilots, and workflow optimization
• Ensure AI initiatives align with enterprise security, governance, and data privacy standards.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across business and technology teams to align on priorities, timelines, and outcomes
• Drive program governance, including roadmap planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and executive reporting
• Communicate clearly and consistently with leadership on progress, risks, and value delivery
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization across integrations and infrastructure initiatives
• Oversee vendor selection, onboarding, and performance across network, hardware, and service providers

What We’re Looking For 

• 8+ years of experience in Technical Program or Project Management within enterprise technology environments
• Strong experience managing programs involving infrastructure, cloud platforms, systems integration, and enterprise IT services
• Proven ability to deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives at scale
• Experience working in environments where IT services are developed and managed with a product mindset
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology domains (e.g., cloud infrastructure, networking, identity, security, APIs, and integrations).
• Demonstrated ability to partner with engineering and product teams to define roadmaps, prioritize work, and drive delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level reporting.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and external partners
• Strong English language skills are required for this role as we have a highly diverse and global business

Bonus Points 

• Experience in gaming, entertainment, or high-growth technology companies.
• Background in internal platforms, enterprise SaaS, or shared service environments
• Experience with AI/ML-driven solutions, including automation or intelligent systems (e.g., Agentic AI, copilots, workflow automation)
• Familiarity with LLM-based applications or AI service delivery models
• Experience driving process improvements across IT, Security, or Operations functions
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, or Product-related certification.
• Experience working in global, matrixed organizations

• Understands organizational objectives and makes decisions in partnership with the Store Manager that align with Company priorities and values

• Acts as a brand ambassador in the local market/mall to drive brand loyalty and business (i.e., charity events, local associations, mall initiatives)
• Solution-oriented and forward-thinking in resolving customer issues; partners with Store Manager and/or District Manager/Regional Manager as appropriate
• Develops both individual and team product knowledge skills to stay up-to-date on all current Squishable in-store products
• ​Assists in supervising the team on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to meet goals and utilize Company tools; empowers others and encourages individual growth

• You help fulfill Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) and Same Day Delivery orders (SHIPSI), ensuring every customer enjoys a smooth and convenient shopping experience.
• You will assist with receiving weekly allocation shipments in a timely manner to ensure the right items hit our floor at the right time.
• You are mindful of service standards and processes, keeping our policies front of mind when servicing the customer.
• You take great care with team equipment, and utilize best-practices when it comes to handling and securing tech.
• You may be asked to open and close the store which would require responsibility for a store key and alarm code.
• You may assist with the labeling or re-ticketing of items as needed.

There may be times when you are asked to help facilitate additional duties in the store, or may serve as a point-of-contact for Business Partners in the absence of a Manager being present. Some of these duties are outlined below, however this is not an exhaustive list.

• You conduct weekly cycle counts with an attention to detail in order to maintain inventory accuracy and support effective product allocations from our studio.
• You execute monthly floorset directives that highlight new product launches and our Southern California, timeless yet modern roots. You may be asked to submit floorset pictures to corporate for approval.
• You handle weekly cash deposits with precision, making sure everything is counted, balanced, and deposited smoothly.
• You facilitate the weekly return of warranty items to the Warehouse, ensuring all shipments are prepared, documented, and sent on schedule. 
• You contact and utilize the appropriate business partners for resources and guidance as needed.

Job Requirements: 

• Love for the gorjana brand
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends or holidays as needed by the business
• Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs 
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
• Ability to open or close the store
