As a Retail Operations Senior Specialist, you will play an essential role in supporting our retail stores. Holding deep subject matter expertise in our retail store foundations and operations, you will support our store teams in successfully living into our retail vision. You will work closely with our HQ departments and subject matter experts to navigate and lead the launch, implementation, and ongoing success of projects and programs in our stores. In this position you will be a direct liaison between our store teams and our HQ departments and will serve as a first point of contact to gather feedback and offer operational solutions required to support continuous improvement.

How You'll Make an Impact at MarqVision
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and hands-on Social Media & Multimedia Strategist who can elevate MarqVision’s brand presence in Korea through compelling storytelling and high-quality content production. This role requires someone who can think at a brand level while also executing end-to-end content creation, from ideation and scripting to filming, editing, publishing, and performance measurement.
You will translate technical IP protection, anti-counterfeiting, unauthorized sales, and brand impersonation concepts into engaging narratives that appeal to brand managers, marketers, and enterprise audiences. A key part of this role is leveraging AI tools to accelerate production, improve consistency, and enable rapid experimentation across formats.
About Marketing Team
MarqVision’s Marketing Team is responsible for driving awareness, demand, and product engagement across global markets. In Korea and the broader APAC region, we operate as a high-impact growth engine, creating localized content, shaping market narratives, and activating full-funnel campaigns that support both brand and revenue goals.
As part of this team, you will lead social media and multimedia content creation for Korea, owning MarqVision’s brand storytelling across platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and emerging channels. You’ll plan and execute content-led demand generation campaigns, repurpose high-performing assets, and support regional messaging that aligns with global go-to-market initiatives.

Creatives are one of the highest-leverage levers in Moloco Ads: they shape what users see, how they interact, and ultimately how much value advertisers extract from our platform. As formats grow more complex (video, playables, rich HTML) and surfaces diversify across exchanges, SDK, and new inventory types, our creative systems must do more than just serve assets — they must learn, adapt, and guide advertisers toward better outcomes.
This space sits at the intersection of ML/bidding, supply, and UI/UX for advertisers. Strong product decisions here directly influence company toplines, ROAS and advertiser retention. At the same time, weak creative strategy can quietly erode performance, create operational noise, and diminish trust in our optimization systems. We need a Staff Product Data Scientist who can bring structure, rigor, and long-term thinking to this inherently noisy problem space.
The person will be the analytical and product thought partner for the Creatives team, owning the data narrative across ideation, launch, and iteration of creative features and strategies. This is not a “support” role; it is a co-owner of the creative roadmap.

Role Overview:
Coupang Ads is the advertising platform team within Coupang. We are a globally distributed team focused on delivering advertising solutions for those that sell products on our platform. This includes display, search, performance, brand and video ads offerings.
Ads Analytics team maximizes revenue from Coupang advertising solutions and helps our user get value from ads. We are responsible for helping drive product strategy across entire ads business. Inbound SCMS (Supply Chain Management System) team is solving the below difficult problems with the most advanced technology.
1. Which product to buy from which vendor
2. How much of each product should we buy.
3. Where should we put our inventory, so we ship the product to customers with the fastest delivery.
4. How much inventory should we have in each of our FCs at the lowest cost.
We’re seeking a Data Scientist with expertise in a breadth of ML techniques. Your responsibilities will include developing, prototyping and productionizing innovative models using a range of techniques (Supervised/Unsupervised/Reinforcement). We are also looking for innovators capable of using generative AI to design, evangelize, and implement state-of-the-art solutions for never-before-solved problems. Key job responsibilities - Demonstrate thorough technical knowledge on feature engineering of massive datasets, effective exploratory data analysis, and model building using industry-standard AI/ML models and working with Large Language Models - Proficiency in both Supervised(Linear/Logistic Regression) and UnSupervised algorithms(k means clustering) - Understand the business reality behind large sets of data and develop meaningful solutions comprising of analytics as well as marketing management. - Work closely with internal stakeholders like the business teams, engineering teams and partner teams and align them with respect to your focus area - Innovate by adapting new modeling techniques and procedures - Passionate about working with huge data sets (training/fine tuning) and be someone who loves to bring datasets together to answer business questions. You should have deep expertise in the creation and management of datasets - Exposure at implementing and operating stable, scalable data flow solutions from production systems into end-user-facing applications/reports. This is your opportunity to become a core part of On’s Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Retail team and take on the responsibility to co-lead On’s retail stores in Seoul.
As one of the first hires, On will rely on you to help co-define the various store operation processes. The Role
As our Marketing Coordination Intern, you'll be hands-on with the tasks that take place behind the scenes to generate marketing campaigns that put Delight.ai on the map in Korea.
Over the course of the internship, you'll own one marketing AI project end-to-end. You'll identify an area of the current repetitive coordination work that slows down execution, design a solution using AI, and implement it. You'll bring an AI-first mindset to how we work — finding ways to automate the repetitive stuff (outreach, follow-ups, content) so the team can focus on what actually moves the needle.
Beyond the AI project, you'll support the day-to-day execution of marketing activities, including content, campaigns, and partner coordination. Reporting to the APAC Field Marketing Manager, you'll assist with ongoing marketing tasks as they arise, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
