DoorDash is building the world's most reliable on-demand logistics engine for delivery! We're looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Trust & Safety team in our São Paulo engineering hub to lead a team that builds the systems keeping DoorDash's marketplace safe and trustworthy for consumers, merchants, and dashers worldwide.
Trust & Safety Engineering is responsible for protecting every interaction on the DoorDash platform — from the moment a user signs up to every message, transaction, and delivery that follows. Our systems process millions of events in real-time, using multiple layers of AI and machine learning to detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and harmful content at scale.
As DoorDash expands across 40+ countries and multiple business lines — including food delivery, grocery, convenience, and package delivery — we are rebuilding our safety platform from the ground up to serve all companies in the DoorDash group globally, covering a massive variety of use cases that go well beyond traditional safety:
This is a platform problem, not a feature problem. And that's what makes it one of the most technically interesting challenges at DoorDash.
Quick Fact: the Trust & Safety team achieved a significant reduction in post-delivery safety incidents by using AI to monitor conversations between consumers and dashers — protecting thousands of users from seeing inappropriate messages on their phones each year. TechCrunch: DoorDash's new AI-powered SafeChat tool | DoorDash Safety News | Safechat: DoorDash Engineering Blog
You will lead a team of engineers responsible for the design, evolution, and operation of DoorDash's Trust & Safety platform. Your focus will be on building the next generation of safety systems — a global, multi-product, multi-language moderation and enforcement platform that serves the entire DoorDash ecosystem.
You will partner closely with Product, Design, Data Science, Legal, and Strategy & Operations to define and deliver a roadmap that integrates AI-driven decisions, real-time content moderation, and robust policy enforcement into high-volume production systems. This platform directly influences user safety, regulatory compliance, and platform integrity. You will own both the technical direction and operational excellence required to run it at scale.
This is not about executing a roadmap from HQ — it's about co-creating the technical strategy and building the team that will own it.

Apply to AdyenAt Gigs, we're building the operating system for mobile services—a platform that lets tech companies embed global connectivity into their products effortlessly.
Just as Stripe lets any business add a payment button in seconds, Gigs empowers platforms to weave in connectivity—bridging the traditional world of telecom with modern tech. From fintechs launching mobile services to HR platforms offering work phone plans, we automate provisioning and remove telecom complexity.
Our team of around 100 people across the US and Europe, backed by nearly $100 million in funding from Ribbit Capital, Google, and Y Combinator. As one of the fastest-growing tech companies, bringing together early-stage engineers, product builders, and business athletes from companies like Stripe, Airbnb, and Shopify. We’re tackling deep technical and regulatory challenges to make connectivity truly seamless.
If you’re driven by curiosity, creativity, and the chance to shape the future of telecom, we’d love to hear from you.
We are building in a highly complex space and tackling a massive problem. We want people who lean in when things get hard.
Gigs is expanding into Brazil and this role sits right at the center of that buildout. We're at an exciting inflection point: the strategic groundwork has been laid, priorities are set, and we're now fast moving into execution mode across a wide range of complex workstreams.
As Senior Business Operations Associate, you'll be the engine that makes this happen. You'll work directly with our Brazil lead to drive execution across multiple high-stakes, ambiguous tracks, context-switching between a business development negotiation, a product requirement, and a process design challenge, often on the same day.
This isn't a support role, it's a builder role. You'll own problems end to end, drive clarity where there isn't any, and move fast to deliver results that matter. If you're energized by early-stage markets, thrive in complexity, and want to be part of building something from the ground up in one of the world's most exciting telecom markets, this is the role.
At Gigs, we value in-person collaboration. We believe the best ideas, decisions, and relationships are built when teams spend meaningful time together, and our culture is designed around that belief. We support flexibility where it makes sense. Some focused work can be done remotely, and not every role or week looks the same. You should expect regular time in one of our hubs, as well as occasional travel for team workshops, customer meetings, and Gigs Republic, our bi-annual company off-site. Our offices are designed to feel like home-inspired workspaces, with plants, thoughtful tools, and small, tight-knit teams that make collaboration feel natural, energizing, and effective.
At Gigs, we believe in rewarding excellence. We offer competitive compensation and stock options because we see you as a true partner in our growth. We also provide stipends for your home office or work setup, a budget for learning and development to fuel your career, and of course, a free phone and international data plan

Nu is the world's largest digital banking platform outside of Asia, serving over 127 million customers across Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia. Guided by its mission to fight complexity and empower people, Nu caters to customers' complete financial journey — promoting financial access with responsible lending and transparency. Recognised by Time 100 Companies, Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies, and Forbes World's Best Banks, Nu is now entering its next growth cycle: accelerating internationalisation outside Latin America and expanding into new verticals beyond financial services.
The People Analytics Technology Operations (PATO) team is redefining what People & Culture infrastructure looks like for a company operating at global scale with an AI-first mandate. We don't run HR software — we build the systems that make HR itself obsolete in its traditional form. Our work touches every Nubanker, every country, every moment of the employee lifecycle. We are the internal frontier lab for agentic people systems.
Here is the core question this role exists to answer: if you were designing People & Culture infrastructure from scratch today — knowing that AI agents will run most operations, humans will audit rather than execute, and the channels and surfaces workers interact with don't fully exist yet — what would you build?
This isn't a rhetorical question. It's the actual brief.
The SaaS era of HR technology is being disrupted faster than most incumbents can adapt. Workday, SAP, ServiceNow — products built for a world of human workflows and form-based interfaces — are structurally ill-equipped for an agent-native operating model. The real competitive moat in this next era won't be features. It will be the depth of integration within a specific domain, and the quality of the data and reasoning layer that sits beneath it. We have the rare opportunity to build that solution — purpose-built for the People & Culture domain — inside one of the most technically ambitious companies in the world.
As Global People Data & Tech Director, you will lead the effort to design and build this from the ground up. You will define what the agentic HR stack looks like: the data models that make agents actually useful, the orchestration layer that lets them act with minimal human friction, the audit surfaces that let people stay in control without becoming bottlenecks, and the foundational platform that scales to 40+ markets without scaling the team that builds it. Agentic development practices aren't a side methodology here — they are how this organisation will operate. You build with agents, you build for agents, and your team stays lean precisely because of it.
This role isn't for someone who has deep experience with HR software. It's for someone who looks at HR software and sees an industry ripe to be rebuilt. You are a product and infrastructure thinker who happens to care deeply about the employee experience — and who has the technical depth and organisational leadership to translate that vision into production systems used by hundreds of thousands of people.
We are not looking for someone who has spent their career in HR technology. We are looking for someone who has built consequential software systems, who thinks seriously about agents and automation, and who is intellectually excited by the opportunity to apply that background to a domain that is fundamentally underbuilt.

We are hiring a Senior Staff or Principal Engineer to support driving the technical vision and execution for Nubank’s Digital Ecosystem division, with initial focus on NuPay, Ads & Rewards and Insurance. In 2026 we will transform the Digital Ecosystem into a place where customers discover advantages, pay effortlessly and feel protected, and where merchants grow through data‑driven integrated partnerships. Our priorities are: (1) elevating app quality, (2) deepening customer engagement with contextual and personalized experiences, (3) making Nubank the preferred payments partner and growth engine for merchants, and (4) ensuring scalable, compliant, and financially healthy foundations. This role will own the technical plan to deliver that vision across NuPay, Ads & Rewards and Insurance.

About the Team
The Enterprise Risk Management squad sets the global standards for how Nubank identifies, assesses and manages risk across the enterprise – spanning operational, compliance, technology, conduct and other non‑financial risks, and strongly interfacing with financial risk areas (credit, market, liquidity, capital, treasury).
As part of the ERM Methodology Team, you will sit at the intersection of risk, product and platform: shaping global frameworks, embedding them into data and systems, and scaling them with AI‑enabled workflows so that ERM becomes both a competitive advantage and an enabler of safe growth across products, portfolios and geographies. You will be a reference for methodology decisions, influencing senior stakeholders across multiple lines of defense and risk types.
What you'll do
Own the end‑to‑end design and evolution of ERM methodologies, ensuring coherence across programs and geographies.
Ensure ERM methodologies connect across risk types (e.g., operational, compliance, technology, conduct, model, financial/credit where relevant) and support a consistent view of the risk profile.
Translate methodological requirements into GRC platform, product and data specifications, partnering with Platform and engineering teams to build scalable, intuitive workflows.
Lead the global standardization of global ERM methodologies while enabling smart local adaptations to meet regulatory expectations in each geo.
Design and drive the integration of ERM programs in new geos, ensuring that new launches start already aligned with group‑level risk standards and governance.
Define and embed AI/agent use‑cases into ERM workflows (e.g., risk/control suggestions, narrative pre‑population, quality checks), with clear human‑in‑the‑loop governance.
Use AI and analytics to monitor quality and consistency of methodologies, surfacing insights and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Partner with risk leaders (financial and non-financial risks), CRO teams, risk stewards and 1LOD to ensure strong adoption and practical usability of ERM frameworks in day‑to‑day decision making.
Represent ERM methodologies in governance and decision forums.
Create and refine key risk and performance indicators for ERM programs, enabling better visibility on program effectiveness, maturity and trends.
Communicate clearly and regularly about ERM methodology initiatives and projects with a wide variety of stakeholders (risk teams in different countries, financial risk functions, internal audit, leadership, product and platform).
What we're looking for (Minimum qualifications)
Solid experience in Enterprise Risk / Operational Risk / Non‑Financial Risk, with hands‑on ownership of at least one major program or framework (RCSA, control testing, Issue Management, NP&F or equivalent enterprise‑level framework).
Proven track record as a senior individual contributor leading complex risk initiatives end‑to‑end, from design to rollout, with limited oversight.
Experience working in multi‑geo or global environments, balancing global standards with local regulatory expectations.
Strong ability to translate risk methodologies into systems and data (platform requirements, data models, workflow design) in partnership with engineering and product.
Demonstrated stakeholder management and influence without formal authority, especially across product, risk, compliance and platform/engineering teams.
Comfort working with data and analytics (e.g., querying datasets, interpreting dashboards, defining metrics) to guide decisions on methodology and program performance.
Experience defining and tracking metrics, SLAs and KPIs for risk/controls or governance processes.
Strong written and verbal communication in English, including the ability to explain complex risk concepts to non‑experts.
Nice to Have
Prior experience in ERM, operational risk, internal controls in financial services or fintech.
Previous work in designing frameworks, methodologies and governance for risk (financial and/or non‑financial), influencing multiple lines of defense and senior stakeholders across geos.
Exposure to AI/ML or advanced analytics applied to risk, controls, data quality or governance (e.g., LLMs, anomaly detection, smart suggestions).
