Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience

Antora Energy is hiring a Manager of Facilities and Equipment to be the internal owner of our facilities, capital equipment, and physical operating environment across multiple Bay Area sites. This is a hands-on leadership role: leading multi-site planning, capital project delivery, and EHS compliance while directly improving site readiness, equipment uptime, and safety. The Manager partners with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, R&D, EHS, IT, and Security — and with external OEMs, riggers, contractors, and rental vendors — and will lead the evolution of Antora's facilities function from contractor-supported toward internally led as the company scales.
Work Location: Onsite - San Jose, CA
Salary Range: $142,000 USD - $170,000 USD
Salary Basis: Annual

Summary
This position will establish and drive improvements in both the S&OP process and master production scheduling process to ensure that factory output matches customer demand in the short-term and long-term while carrying minimum effective inventory. The Supply and Demand Planning Manager will work closely with Sales and Marketing to determine customer demand and supply chain, production planning and manufacturing to produce a plan consistent with total factory capacity and the sales forecast. The qualified individual must be able to facilitate complex planning for all aspects of production and possess substantial product, plant, process and market knowledge as their actions have a significant impact on customers, material and capacity planning.

Antora is seeking an exceptionally driven Electrical Engineering Manager / Architect to lead the team designing the next generation of Antora’s thermal energy storage products. This role combines people leadership with deep technical ownership of high-voltage, high-power electrical system architecture spanning both product and plant-level systems.
You will guide a team of engineers through the full product lifecycle, from architecture definition and trade studies through detailed design, prototyping, validation, manufacturing, and field deployment. Your work will directly shape the commercialization of a first-of-a-kind long-duration energy storage technology.
This is a highly cross-functional, hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in first-principles engineering, moves comfortably between whiteboard strategy and hardware reality, and knows how to build teams, systems, and processes that scale. You’ll also help the organization apply modern engineering tools, including simulation, automation, and AI-enabled workflows where useful - to move faster, make better decisions, and keep the bar high for technical rigor.

Salary Range: $196,000 USD - $235,000 USD
