• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations (cash, credit cards, prepaid expenses, accrued liabilities)
• Support accounts payable processing - code invoices, match POs, and assist with vendor payment runs
• Assist with accounts receivable - apply cash receipts, reconcile customer accounts, and support collections follow-up
• Support month-end close checklist execution under direction of Accounting Manager or Controller

• Pull and organize supporting documentation for assigned balance sheet accounts (bank statements, invoices, contracts, reconciliations)

Key Responsibilities

Customer Success & Account Management

Summary:
We are seeking a Senior NPI Electrical Engineer to lead new hardware products from prototype through high-volume manufacturing. This role owns electrical readiness across the NPI lifecycle, including design validation, failure analysis, and production test strategy, with responsibility for successful transfer to both in-house manufacturing and offshore partners (CMs, OEMs, ODMs). You will work hands-on in builds while driving cross-functional execution to ensure products are robust, testable, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead NPI builds (EVT → DVT → PVT → ramp), ensuring electrical and manufacturing readiness for production
• Drive product transfer to internal manufacturing and external partners, aligning on test strategy, yield targets, quality standards, and build process
• Provide hands-on electrical support during builds, including debugging failures across PCBA assembly, system integration, and test
• Perform deep root cause analysis on prototype and production issues; drive corrective actions across design, quality, and manufacturing teams
• Define, develop, and deploy production test strategies (functional, ICT, system-level), with strong emphasis on coverage, scalability, and reliability
• Design, validate, and maintain test fixtures, equipment, and PCBA programming stations to ensure consistent production performance
• Work with NPI Software Engineer to develop and maintain Python (or similar) scripts for automated testing, programming, and data collection
• Partner closely with technicians and production teams to resolve issues and implement repeatable, operator-friendly processes
• Review schematics and PCB layouts; provide DFM/DFT feedback to improve manufacturability, testability, and reliability
• Analyze yield, test, and field return data to drive continuous improvement in product quality and performance (including DPPM reduction)
• Support ECO implementation and maintain clear, accurate NPI and test documentation
• Collaborate on field failure investigations and customer-reported issues, ensuring learnings are fed back into design and manufacturing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in electrical engineering, with strong focus on NPI, manufacturing, or product transfer
• Proven experience scaling hardware products from prototype to mass production, including work with offshore manufacturers

Technical Skills:

• Strong foundation in analog and digital circuits, embedded systems, and system-level integration
• Proficient with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, power supplies) for hands-on debugging
• Experience with schematic and PCB tools (e.g., Altium, OrCAD) and design reviews
• Experience developing manufacturing test solutions, including fixture design, test coverage, and automation
• Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages for test automation and data analysis
• Familiarity with communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, USB, etc.)
• Working knowledge of DFM, DFA, and DFT principles

Summary

This position will establish and drive improvements in both the S&OP process and master production scheduling process to ensure that factory output matches customer demand in the short-term and long-term while carrying minimum effective inventory. The Supply and Demand Planning Manager will work closely with Sales and Marketing to determine customer demand and supply chain, production planning and manufacturing to produce a plan consistent with total factory capacity and the sales forecast. The qualified individual must be able to facilitate complex planning for all aspects of production and possess substantial product, plant, process and market knowledge as their actions have a significant impact on customers, material and capacity planning.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Integrate sales orders, forecasts, and business priorities into the Master Production Schedule, coordinating raw materials, equipment, labor, and capacity to meet customer delivery commitments.
• Analyze risks and constraints within the Master Production Schedule, including manufacturing lead times, labor availability, equipment capacity, and material supply, and develop mitigation plans.
• Work closely with Sales and Finance to align on forecast plans
• Maintain raw material and finished goods inventory at target levels to ensure high service levels
• Ensure ERP accuracy across planning and inventory transactions; improve data quality, planning processes, and reporting visibility to support strong decision-making.
• Identify inventory reduction opportunities which can translate into projects which deliver a specific savings amount
• Support inventory accuracy activities including periodic inventory counts and auditing
• Lead the production planning team in developing and maintaining daily and weekly production schedules that balance customer requirements, inventory targets, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Analyze, organize, record and publish weekly and/or monthly graphs for planning and purchasing key performance metric indicators
• Lead short- and long-term planning strategy for the department, ensuring alignment with company goals and operational capabilities.
• Use sound judgment and creative problem-solving to navigate tradeoffs across customer demand, capacity, inventory, and service performance.

Qualifications:

Education, Experience, Knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, business administration or a related field required
• MBA preferred
• 5-10 years of experience in materials management, manufacturing, operations, or hardware development
• Strong planning background in the materials, manufacturing and engineering environment
• Forecasting and inventory management skills. Extremely proficient with establishing planning parameters (MOQ, safety stock, reorder points, etc.)
• Experience developing succinct, crisp executive summaries and presenting to leadership
• Results oriented - has a track record for delivering results, takes ownership and is accountable

Summary:

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to enhance development and operations processes by implementing efficient automation, cloud infrastructure management, and scalable DevOps practices. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and maintain reliable CI/CD pipelines, develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions, and optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of cloud-based services. The engineer will also implement monitoring tools, manage security and access controls, and contribute to testing, debugging, and documentation to support high-quality, enterprise-grade deployments.

Position Overview

Inspired by industry-leading transformations in AI-driven development—as highlighted by visionaries including Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella—this role consolidates traditionally siloed functions into a unified Full-Stack Builder position. The Full-Stack Builder assumes comprehensive ownership of features, modules, or customer-facing capabilities within Trackonomy’s platform ecosystem. By harnessing advanced AI tools for code generation, design automation, reasoning, testing, and orchestration, one individual can span product strategy through full implementation and deployment, dramatically accelerating innovation in real-world IoT and AI applications.

This represents a profound evolution from prior specialized roles, collapsing boundaries to enable faster iteration, reduced coordination overhead, and greater individual impact in a high-stakes domain where physical-world connectivity meets enterprise-scale intelligence.

Roles Combined and Relation to Prior Positions
The Full-Stack Builder integrates the following disciplines, which were historically distributed across separate teams:

• Product Management: Previously a dedicated role focused on market needs, prioritization, roadmaps, and metrics definition. Now embedded to ensure tight alignment between vision and execution.
• Program Management / Delivery Coordination: Once handled by program managers overseeing timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional synchronization. Now internalized to support autonomous, rapid delivery cycles.
• UX/UI Design: Traditionally the domain of specialized designers creating wireframes, prototypes, and interaction patterns. AI-assisted tools now enable builders to own intuitive, user-centric interfaces for dashboards, mobile apps, and operational controls.
• Front-End Engineering: Focused on client-side technologies (e.g., responsive web applications, real-time visualizations of asset tracking data). Now part of end-to-end ownership.
• Back-End Engineering: Encompassing APIs, data processing, scalable cloud services, IoT data ingestion, event-driven architectures, and integration with hardware/firmware layers. This remains core but is augmented by AI to handle complexity efficiently.
• AI/ML and Platform Integration: Incorporating agent-based intelligence, predictive analytics, and dynamic workflows—elevating the role to include orchestration of AI-driven features unique to Trackonomy’s Sentient platform.

In contrast to traditional full-stack developers (who focused primarily on coding across front- and back-end), this position expands scope to include strategic product definition, user research, design authority, and program-level execution. It differs from classical product owners or architects by demanding hands-on implementation across the stack, empowered by AI to manage what once required large teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of platform features, such as real-time asset visibility dashboards, autonomous remediation workflows, predictive alerting systems, or customer-specific ERP extensions.
• Define product vision, user requirements, success criteria, and prioritization for assigned capabilities, grounded in supply chain and operational realities.
• Conduct rapid prototyping, user validation, and iteration using AI-accelerated design and development tools.
• Architect and implement full-stack solutions, including intuitive front-end interfaces for operational insights, robust back-end services for processing IoT telemetry, secure APIs, data models, and integrations with Trackonomy’s hardware ecosystem.
• Leverage AI agents for code generation, debugging, automated testing, UI prototyping, and reasoning over complex operational scenarios.
• Manage delivery timelines, technical dependencies, risk mitigation, and deployment to production environments with high reliability standards.
• Ensure solutions meet stringent requirements for scalability, security, low-latency real-time processing, and compliance in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, logistics).
• Collaborate in small, high-velocity pods to deliver customer value rapidly while upholding quality, performance, and innovation standards.
• Contribute to evolving AI-native development practices tailored to Trackonomy’s mission of connecting and intelligentizing the physical world.

Required Background and Qualifications
To succeed in this demanding, multifaceted role, candidates must demonstrate proven versatility across multiple domains, combined with strong AI fluency and domain affinity:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field (or equivalent demonstrated experience).
• At least 7–10 years of professional experience, with substantial hands-on contributions in at least three of the following: product management, UX/UI design, front-end development, back-end/systems engineering, IoT/platform development, or AI/ML application building.
• Track record of independently owning and shipping complete features, products, or customer solutions from concept through production, with measurable business or operational impact.
• Strong technical proficiency in modern stacks relevant to enterprise IoT and real-time platforms (e.g., TypeScript/JavaScript, React or equivalent frameworks, Node.js/Python/Go, cloud-native services such as AWS/Azure/GCP, databases including time-series and NoSQL, event streaming technologies).
• Practical experience with IoT ecosystems, sensor data processing, real-time analytics, or supply chain/logistics applications is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated mastery of AI-augmented workflows (e.g., GitHub Copilot, agentic tools, LLM-based reasoning, automated testing frameworks) to achieve 5–10x productivity gains.
• Excellent systems thinking and ability to reason across hardware-software boundaries, data flows, user experience, and business outcomes.
• Superior problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the capacity to articulate complex trade-offs and decisions clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in supply chain visibility, logistics technology, cold chain monitoring, asset tracking, or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Exposure to agent-based AI architectures, edge intelligence, or embedded systems integration.
• Portfolio showcasing end-to-end ownership of shipped IoT/platform features.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, scalable microservices, and security best practices in mission-critical environments.

Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Mobile Application Developer who can build high-quality, scalable, and performance-optimized mobile applications. This role requires strong ownership, deep troubleshooting skills, and experience working across Android, iOS, and/or cross-platform technologies.

The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $200,000, plus bonuses and Pre-IPO equity. It is uncommon for anyone to be hired at or near the top range for their role, and final compensation is based on the facts and circumstances of the case. The compensation range is broad because it reflects many factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, and training directly relevant to the role, business and company needs, cultural fit, level, and location.

You will be a core engineer of our early-stage team. We work on everything from machine learning, to security, to high performance computing, to IoT devices, to dynamic web apps, etc. Don’t be surprised if you get to touch every system while you work here, often teaming up with other team members on critical work. Some examples of projects you may work on:

Candidates must be comfortable working with microcontrollers and low-level hardware control in a test-driven development environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with wireless communications modules, IoT technologies, RF protocols and have great troubleshooting and prototyping skills. 

Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering
• At least 6+ years of embedded software development with emphasis on C/C++
• Background in real-time embedded systems
• Extensive work in firmware development, testing, and system-level bring-up and debugging
• Skilled in bench modifications and rapid prototyping of hardware/firmware solutions
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Effective collaborator who shares knowledge, learns from others, and supports cross-functional teams
• Self-starter with strong motivation and ownership mentality

Preferred Skills

• Background in IoT systems and wireless/wired communication protocols, including BLE, LoRa, and LoRaWAN
• Skilled in firmware development on ARM-based microcontrollers and processors; familiarity with Nordic devices is a plus
• Knowledge of cellular protocols such as LTE, LTE-M/NB-IoT, and industrial wireless electronics
• Hands-on work with cellular modems and GPS/GNSS systems
• Ability to develop device drivers for sensors and communication modems
• Strong understanding of subsystem interfaces such as UART, I2C, SPI, and other standard chip-level protocols
• Proficiency in low-power embedded development, including performing power profiling on target devices
• Knowledge of firmware development best practices including testing, documentation, debugging, and code review
• Understanding of PCB design using schematic capture and layout tools (Eagle/Altium preferred)
• Capability to design bootloaders and implement firmware-over-the-air updates
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics
• Strong foundation in microcontrollers and embedded peripheral driver development
• Knowledge of embedded networking protocols such as RSTP, PTP, LLDP, and UDP/TCP is a plus

The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $200,000, plus bonuses and Pre-IPO equity. It is uncommon for anyone to be hired at or near the top range for their role, and final compensation is based on the facts and circumstances of the case. The compensation range is broad because it reflects many factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, and training directly relevant to the role, business and company needs, cultural fit, level, and location.
