We are seeking a Director, Product Operations to join our San Francisco office and serve as a cornerstone of our global leadership team. This is a high-impact opportunity to join an exceptionally innovative company that is redefining the movement of value worldwide.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Operations, you will lead the charge in building a scalable, 24/7 operating model that bridges the gap between complex financial products and seamless operational delivery. You will optimize processes, while contributing to a "systems-thinking" framework required to automate our global working stack. As a leader, you will partner with key team members in Trading, Risk, Treasury and Engineering to ensure operational execution.

The role
We are seeking a Pricing Analyst, Home Lending to join our Pricing team within the Home Lending Business Unit. This is an exciting role for someone to make a direct impact on the revenue of SoFi by helping shape the Mortgage business strategy and product development through data-driven insights and pricing recommendation. As a Pricing Analyst on our Pricing team, you will be working closely with a world-class team of business leaders and data scientists to help SoFi develop, implement, and analyze Mortgage pricing strategies. Success in this role hinges on your technical aptitude, quantitative abilities, and business acumen: you know how to plow through data with SQL/Tableau, surface insights, and measure the business impact using conversion/ profit metrics. You treat stakeholders as a partnership – you are there at each step of the way and you know that we only succeed if we succeed together. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the residential mortgage industry, with a focus on pricing strategies, competitive analysis, and a proven track record of utilizing pricing engines like Optimal Blue.

Role Overview
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable (AR) Customer Reconciliation Analyst to join our San Francisco-based Finance team. This role is essential in reconciling high-volume customer accounts, analyzing variances, and ensuring accuracy of account balances. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, confident, and highly analytical with strong Excel and reconciliation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Review and research a high volume of transactions, documenting issues and identifying root causes.
Perform weekly and month-end reconciliations and roll-forward analysis on AR accounts.
Partner with operations and customers to clear short/over payments and unapplied cash.
Prepare and process account adjustments and ensure accuracy of financial records.
Utilize advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, VBA, Power Query) for reconciliations and reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve invoicing, reporting, and process controls.
Provide excellent customer service on AR account inquiries.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3+ years of AR, reconciliation, or collections experience (transportation/logistics a plus).
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, VBA, Power Query).
Experience in account reconciliations and collections for large or complex accounts.
Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
