We are seeking a high-caliber finance professional to serve as a key architect of our corporate financial strategy. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own the cash forecast during each monthly forecast cycle, including the annual planning cycle
• Maintain and evolve the WASO (Weighted Average Shares Outstanding) and EPS (Earnings per Share) model, including equity roll-forward schedules and dilution forecasting 
• Architect and update the Balance Sheet forecast, proactively monitoring leverage ratios and capital structure health
• Analyze interest expense trends and the impact of debt instruments on the overall P&L and cash position.
• Manage the Long-Range Planning (LRP) model, translating multi-year strategic initiatives into a cohesive financial outlook for various scenario analyses
• Act as the primary FP&A lead for Treasury support, providing data-driven insights for debt servicing, interest expense forecasting, and overall cash management.
• Support development of integrated modeling for CapEx and equipment lease forecasts in close collaboration with the COGS and Operations teams 
• Drive accountability for cash performance metrics, specifically owning the tracking and reporting of Adjusted FCF, Unlevered FCF, and Cash Generated metrics.
• Drive end-of-quarter Cash Flow analysis with Accounts Payable and Accounting to ensure accuracy, control over final pay runs, and weekly liquidity management. 
• Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual support for internal reporting and external earnings requirements related to equity, debt, and cash flow movements.
• Support the advancement of FP&A processes, Adaptive Insights planning system and related IT tools, and financial modeling to enhance the overall finance function
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial closes on a monthly basis
• Prepare presentations and key reporting to the Board of Directors and Executive Team
• Develop business cases and analysis to inform and support business and financial decisions
• Collaborate cross functionally to understand the financial impact of, and help prioritize, new business initiatives and investments

What We’ll Expect From You:

• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly grasp and apply analytical concepts
• 2-3 years of investment banking experience (Tier 1 banks preferred)
• Foundational knowledge of GAAP, specifically as it relates to Cash Flow Statement classification
• Demonstrated ability to consistently work within fixed timeframes and meet deadlines

We are seeking a Pricing Analyst, Home Lending to join our Pricing team within the Home Lending Business Unit. This is an exciting role for someone to make a direct impact on the revenue of SoFi by helping shape the Mortgage business strategy and product development through data-driven insights and pricing recommendation. As a Pricing Analyst on our Pricing team, you will be working closely with a world-class team of business leaders and data scientists to help SoFi develop, implement, and analyze Mortgage pricing strategies. Success in this role hinges on your technical aptitude, quantitative abilities, and business acumen: you know how to plow through data with SQL/Tableau, surface insights, and measure the business impact using conversion/ profit metrics. You treat stakeholders as a partnership – you are there at each step of the way and you know that we only succeed if we succeed together.  The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the residential mortgage industry, with a focus on pricing strategies, competitive analysis, and a proven track record of utilizing pricing engines like Optimal Blue.

What you’ll do:

• Develop, implement, and test pricing strategies that optimize profitability through the improvement of revenue, conversion, and cost per customer acquisition
• Collaborate with the Business Unit Leaders in Home Lending to manage pricing margins, provide insights into the competitive landscape and ensure pricing is in line with targets and profitability expectations
• Administer, configure, and optimize our Product & Pricing Engine (PPE), with a strong preference for Optimal Blue experience
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of pricing data within the PPE

What you’ll need:

• B.S. or M.S.. in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or a related quantitative field is required for this position
• 5+ years of experience working in the Home loans industry in an analytics, business strategy, pricing, margin management, or related role 
• 3+ years of experience administering a pricing engine (preferably Optimal Blue)
• Proven track record of end-to-end experience in building analytical frameworks to inform business strategy
• Solid knowledge and understanding of mortgage loans, programs, and pricing processes and procedures
• Knowledge and understanding of statistical and econometric modeling methods for significance testing and causal inference
• Basic programming skills in SQL, VBA, and Macro.
