Primary Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior team members and other stakeholders, including Apollo, Athene and Apollo platform companies, to assist in all stages of deal execution 
• Support senior structurers across novel asset-backed and fund finance transactions globally, including AMAPS/APDS, NAV Loans, rated note feeders and flow ABS (Aqua, Wheels, Capteris and others) 
• Analyze historical portfolio and performance data to derive base case collateral assumptions and stress scenarios that inform structural decisions 
• Assist in building and running cashflow models using Excel and Intex for rating agency and investor scenarios 
• Maintain pipeline deal trackers, transaction comp sheets and criteria grids across ABS asset classes 
• Prepare and deliver investor marketing and rating agency presentations and other materials 
• Maintain and drive execution timelines by tracking deliverables across clients, legal counsel, bank partners and rating agencies 
• Assist in managing the full transaction lifecycle – from initial deal design and collateral analysis through rating agency engagement, documentation negotiation and ultimate execution – ensuring consistency and proper communication at every stage across all deal parties 

Qualifications and Experience 

• 3+ years of ABS/Funds structuring experience; ideal candidates will have experience working at investment banks, accounting firms, or rating agencies 
• Proficient in Intex (dealmaker and calc) and Excel cash flow modelling, VBA a plus 
• Working knowledge of agency methodologies across one or more asset classes, with the drive to expand that range  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present complex information clearly

Role Summary

As a member of NLG Capital’s Commercial Real Estate team, this role supports the origination, underwriting, and closing of commercial mortgage investments on behalf of National Life Group. The Analyst will contribute to financial modeling, credit analysis, and market research to support investment decisions and ongoing portfolio management.

This position currently offers an onsite work schedule, with the expectation that you will be in the office four (4) days per week during onsite core days.  Our current onsite core days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.  The work schedule type and core days are subject to change with advance notification and manager discretion.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Origination & Underwriting

• Analyze and underwrite commercial mortgage loan opportunities, including cash flow modeling and debt sizing.
• Build and maintain financial models (cash flow projections, IRR, NPV, sensitivity analyses).
• Evaluate investments across property types, including multifamily, industrial, retail, office, and niche sectors.
• Assess key credit metrics such as DSCR, LTV, and debt yield.
• Perform sensitivity analysis on interest rates, vacancy, and exit assumptions.

Structuring & Execution

• Support loan structuring, including amortization, covenants, reserves, and pricing.
• Review third-party reports (appraisals, engineering, environmental, sponsor analysis).
• Analyze leases, operating statements
• Coordinate with legal, appraisal, and internal stakeholders throughout the closing process.
• Assist in preparation of credit memos and investment committee materials.

Portfolio Management & Reporting

• Maintain pipeline tracking and portfolio analytics.
• Support quarterly and annual portfolio reporting.
• Monitor loan performance, including covenant compliance and credit quality.
• Assist with risk rating assessments and internal reporting.

Market Research & Risk Assessment

• Conduct market research on supply/demand dynamics, rent trends, and liquidity.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field and 2 or more years of related experience.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and financial functions, including NPV.

THE ROLE

The Programmatic Analytics and Strategy team at Zeta Global provide actionable insights to both external customers and internal teams. We are seeking a Market Risk Execution Associate in the Treasury team to support the management of market risk across the company’s balance sheet, with a primary focus on mortgage-related assets and associated hedging activities. This role will help execute Treasury’s risk management strategy by monitoring exposures, supporting hedge implementation, analyzing hedge effectiveness, and assisting with daily risk reporting tied to retained mortgage positions.

The Role 
We are seeking a qualified Analyst to join our Equities Middle Office team. This team is responsible for building scalable and efficient trade support solutions and offering our investment teams expertise that drives the evolution of our Firm’s platform and the production of our portfolio strategies.

What you’ll do 

In this role you’ll be responsible for full trade lifecycle management, assisting the trading desk with bookings, allocations, daily reconciliations, T-0 matching and affirmations, and settlements and clearing for a broad range of asset classes. You’ll work closely with the Trading, Portfolio Managers, Fund Accounting, Technology and Risk teams to ensure accurate corporate action processing, derivative expiry management, and support on P&L inquiries as well as contribute to the overall enhancement of our platform.

What you’ll bring

• 2 years’ experience in Operations in a Middle Office/Trading Assistant capacity; buy-side experience preferred

The VP of FP&A is a senior finance leader that will report to the Head of FP&A and lead enterprise-wide FP&A efforts around budgeting, planning, annual forecasting and management reporting for Focus.  This role will partner closely with business unit and corporate finance teams as well as business and functional leaders to build scalable and consistent processes and drive deeper insights and predictive measurements of performance.  

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide annual budgeting, forecast and strategic plan which includes the long-range planning process in coordination with business units, strategy team and corporate teams

This position is an exempt position. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $225,000- $275,000 base salary compensation range. THE TEAM – CORPORATE PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

Responsibilities

Compensation

• Lead compensation activities for the Sustainable Infrastructure investment business, ensuring alignment with firm-wide compensation philosophy and practices

The NYISO’s  Operations department invites applications for a full-time Planning Engineer to join the Demand Forecasting and Analysis team.

The NYISO Demand Forecasting and Analysis team is responsible for predictive modeling and data analytics that span both short-term (from 5-minutes up to one week ahead) and long-term (10 years or more) time horizons, and gives substantial consideration to regional trends in energy efficiency, energy storage, distributed solar photovoltaics, and electrification of the heating and transportation sectors.

The primary responsibility of this position is to develop and maintain analytical and statistical models of residential, commercial, and industrial end-use data in order to produce long term energy and demand forecasts These end-uses include HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), lighting, refrigeration, industrial motor end uses, solar photovoltaics, electric vehicles, and energy storage systems.  These models are used for quantifying and forecasting the volume and peak demand of end user consumption (load) across the New York Control Area (NYCA). This position will assist in the monitoring of activities in energy efficiency, Distributed Energy Resources (DER), and public policy programs and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to update and enhance forecasting and analysis methods as a subject-matter expert.  This position will also assist in the preparation of the annual Load and Capacity Data Report (“Gold Book”) and supporting forecasts and analyses.  

The Planning Engineer is expected to perform the duties below independently with limited direct supervision from DFA management or senior staff. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Develop and implement procedures for constructing energy consumption metrics related to HVAC, lighting, refrigeration, and other end uses across all major consumer sectors (e.g., residential, commercial, and industrial).
• Building and assessing statistical, engineering, and analytical models of actual end-use energy under typical and extreme weather conditions across the NYCA.
• Participate in performing and reviewing analytical and statistical end-use system studies from third parties such as NYSERDA, EIA, NREL and others in support of the development of more accurate descriptions of end-use consumption and customer behavior.
• Develop long-term forecasts of demand side DER impacts, which may consist of energy efficiency, solar PV, codes and standards, distributed energy, electric vehicles, energy storage, or other technologies.
• Assist in producing grid electrification impacts by applying knowledge of thermal energy conversion methods to account for transition from fossil-based energy usage to electric energy usage and including the estimated reduction in CO2 emissions due to fossil fuels. 
• Communicate and coordinate with New York equipment owners, e.g., DER aggregators, Transmission Owners, and DER databank representatives (e.g., NYSERDA) to maintain accurate capacity information and representative samples DER performance data. 
• Track and report on the growth of such large loads as data centers and computer chip fabrication facilities in the New York Control Area, including ramp schedules and electric demands.  
• Represent NYISO on industry committees, task forces, or stakeholder groups involving issues related to Transmission District and NYCA level end-use and DER modeling. 
• Participate in preparing and maintaining NYISO technical support documentation. 
• Advise and assist with coordination and preparation of the annual Load and Capacity Data Report.
• Assist with implementation and maintenance of rigorous data quality control processes to ensure the cleanest possible datasets are available with which to validate the analytical DER models and train the load forecast models.
• Assist with the evaluation of new technology, tools, and data sets. Incorporate approved technology, data sets and tools to enhance the forecast model development process. 
• Consult with System and Resource Planning department staff to assess the locational hosting capacity of DER resources represented in network model base cases and associated auxiliary files.
• Collaborate with Demand Forecasting and Analysis data scientists and senior staff in integrating as appropriate long-term trends in technology penetrations and large loads in the short-term demand and energy forecast models. 

Qualifications include:

• A passion for transforming data into actionable information for decision making
• Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in Mathematics, Applied Science and Math, Economics, Data Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
• Two to three years of related experience in load forecasting, operations research, load research, applied statistics, or mathematics required; or an equivalent combination of education, experience and training

KBRA (Kroll Bond Rating Agency) is seeking a credit analyst to join our Residential Mortgage-Backed Security (RMBS) team in the New York, NY office. The ideal candidate will have experience in RMBS, knowledge of the residential mortgage sector, or experience in a related field. An Analyst within the RMBS group is part of the transaction rating team, working with other members of the team through all aspects of the rating process from collateral analysis to report publication.

About the Job:

• Perform transaction analysis including originator/servicer evaluation, loan pool analysis, modeling and analysis of bond structure, and review of legal structure and documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of credit memoranda and presentation of transactions to rating committees.
• Prepare and contribute to individual transaction reports for publication.
• Assist in the publication of market commentaries related to topical events or research.
• Engage in ongoing surveillance of rated transactions and updating ratings as warranted.
• Attend and participate in seller/servicer due diligence (which, in some cases, may require travel).

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• B.A. / B.S. degree in a relevant field of study.
• Analyst level: Zero to two years of experience in performing credit analysis within the ABS sector at a Rating Agency, Buy-Side Investor, Credit Research, or similar environment.
• Senior Analyst level: Either a minimum of two or more years of experience in performing credit analysis within the ABS sector at a Rating Agency, Buy-Side Investor, Credit Research, or similar environment or an advanced degree such as an MBA.
• Strong Excel skills (excel test may be administered as part of the interview process).
• Strong oral and written communications skills (writing sample on request).
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and work closely with partners in a collaborative environment.
• VBA, Python, R and SQL skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with resi-mortgage datasets and tools such as CoreLogic, Fannie/Freddie Single Family Data, Intex etc. is a plus.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT for research, data insights, and general productivity is a plus.

Salary Range:

The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000 to $95,000. Offer amounts are determined by factors such as experience, skills, geography, and other job-related factors.

Summary/Overview:

KBRA (Kroll Bond Rating Agency) is seeking a Director to join our growing Residential Mortgage-Backed Security (RMBS) team in the New York, NY office. The ideal candidate will have experience in RMBS 2.0 sectors such as Prime, Non-QM, and second-lien loans. Experience in modeling esoteric RMBS assets or building bespoke credit analysis for RMBS or ABS assets is a strong plus. Directors on the RMBS team hold key roles engaging in all aspects of the rating process, which includes conducting collateral and cash flow analysis, preparing analytical reports for publication, and managing and mentoring junior staff.

About the Team:

Our RMBS team has issued ratings on securities from over 740 transactions spanning across Prime, Non-QM, GSE CRT, Reverse Mortgage, 2nd Liens, RPLs and more. Our primary objective is to issue high quality credit ratings and maintain them in a timely manner. This objective involves conducting asset credit risk analysis; liability structure scenario analysis; and publishing our viewpoints based on these analyses and our research. About the Job:

• Serve as lead analyst interacting with clients, structuring banks and investors on transactions.
• Conduct loan pool analysis, modeling and analysis of bond structure, and review of legal structure and documentation.
• Prepare/facilitate the preparation of credit memos and present transactions to rating committees.
• Prepare presale and new issue reports.
• Support surveillance efforts for existing transactions and create and/or maintain analytical tools to enhance RMBS team capabilities.
• Contribute to the development of rating methodologies as needed.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• B.A./B.S. degree required; MBA or CFA are a plus.
• 10+ years of relevant Residential Real Estate, Rating Agency, or RMBS experience strongly preferred. Will consider candidates 10+ years of compelling experience across ABS asset classes.
• Strong analytical skills relating to transaction evaluation, including loan credit risk assessment and analysis of bond cash flows.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (Excel test may be administered as part of the interview process).
• Proficiency with Intex cash flow modeling software.
