Your Impact: Formlabs is a team of hands-on builders reinventing how the world makes physical things. As a Senior Fulfillment Coordinator, you are the guardian of that customer experience. You will oversee our regional 3PL partners, ensuring our outbound engine is both high-velocity and cost-effective. You’ll go beyond daily coordination to own the analytics of our fulfillment spend—identifying margin leakage and optimizing our carrier networks. What You’ll Do:
- Lead regional outbound operations by overseeing the daily fulfillment lifecycle, ensuring 3PL partners meet strict SLAs for order processing, packaging quality, and carrier handoffs.
- Oversee regional fulfillment and outbound shipping budgets, identifying and executing on opportunities to reduce "Cost per Order" through zone skipping, carrier diversification, and packaging optimization.
- Direct fulfillment analytics by partnering with the Data/Systems team to build and maintain dashboards tracking key performance drivers, including OTIF (On-Time In-Full) and shipping margin leakage.
- Collaborate on new product launches and seasonal surges, modeling fulfillment costs and ensuring regional infrastructure is prepared for volume spikes and unique handling requirements.
- Drive the evolution of outbound routing guides, prioritizing cost-effective carrier selection while maintaining the "Estimated Delivery Date" (EDD) promised to the customer.
- Integrate exception and recovery data into the continuous improvement process, analyzing "failed delivery" trends to identify root causes and implement corrective actions that reduce reshipment costs.
- Mentor junior coordinators on analytical rigor, coaching the team on how to use logistics data to justify operational changes and negotiate with regional vendors.
- Lead the strategy for regional reverse logistics and cross-border distribution (e.g., US-to-Canada), optimizing for both tax compliance and customer transit times.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in E-commerce fulfillment, 3PL management, or outbound logistics.
- Strong financial acumen with proven experience managing logistics budgets, conducting freight bill audits, and performing cost-benefit analyses.
- Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to navigate ERP/WMS data and translate spreadsheets into strategic narratives for leadership.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to "speak the language" of both the warehouse floor and the finance department.
- A proven ability to solve complex operational problems while maintaining a relentless focus on the customer experience and organizational profitability.
Bonus Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Query/VBA) or SQL for independent data extraction and reporting.
- Experience with Shopify's back-end fulfillment logic and its integration with global 3PL networks.
- Familiarity with "Total Landed Cost" modeling and international VAT/Tax implications on regional fulfillment.

We are seeking a high-caliber finance professional to serve as a key architect of our corporate financial strategy. This role requires a unique blend of technical modeling mastery and strategic foresight, as you will directly own the company’s cash forecasting, equity dilution models, and long-range planning integration. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own the cash forecast during each monthly forecast cycle, including the annual planning cycle
- Maintain and evolve the WASO (Weighted Average Shares Outstanding) and EPS (Earnings per Share) model, including equity roll-forward schedules and dilution forecasting
- Architect and update the Balance Sheet forecast, proactively monitoring leverage ratios and capital structure health
- Analyze interest expense trends and the impact of debt instruments on the overall P&L and cash position.
- Manage the Long-Range Planning (LRP) model, translating multi-year strategic initiatives into a cohesive financial outlook for various scenario analyses
- Act as the primary FP&A lead for Treasury support, providing data-driven insights for debt servicing, interest expense forecasting, and overall cash management.
- Support development of integrated modeling for CapEx and equipment lease forecasts in close collaboration with the COGS and Operations teams
- Drive accountability for cash performance metrics, specifically owning the tracking and reporting of Adjusted FCF, Unlevered FCF, and Cash Generated metrics.
- Drive end-of-quarter Cash Flow analysis with Accounts Payable and Accounting to ensure accuracy, control over final pay runs, and weekly liquidity management.
- Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual support for internal reporting and external earnings requirements related to equity, debt, and cash flow movements.
- Support the advancement of FP&A processes, Adaptive Insights planning system and related IT tools, and financial modeling to enhance the overall finance function
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial closes on a monthly basis

Specific responsibilities
• Analyze real time risk/compliance alerts to ensure consistency with investment mandates, and work with traders and portfolio managers to resolve exceptions
• Manage pre-trade risk/compliance alerts, working with technology and front office to ensure there is a robust pre-trade risk framework
• Review investment restrictions for new mandates prior to finalization
• Implement mandate and regulatory limits in Man’s risk system, developing new reporting analytics where required

Key competencies

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the market prices used in securitized benchmark indices and other fixed income products and services on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Analyze internally sourced pricing as well as externally sourced pricing for accuracy
- Research and resolve pricing discrepancies through modeling and analysis and working with third party vendors
- Work with Valuation Manager and other analysts to enhance pricing models. Conduct tolerance testing of results
- Assist with the preparation of documentation for month-end reporting and regulatory audits
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in finance, mathematics or a related field with top academic credentials
- Up to 2 years of “hands on” experience in a fixed income security valuation role
- Knowledge of fixed income securities such as corporate bonds, RMBS, CMBS and ABS as well as of single name derivatives and indices
- General understanding of traditional mortgage financing, yield curves and spread movements
- Experience working with third party vendors such as Bloomberg, Markit, ICE, Intex and Pricing Direct
- Excellent Excel skills

Summary:
The Fixed Income Portfolio & Data Analyst supports the firm's Municipal and Taxable Fixed Income investment teams through strategy attribution, portfolio positioning and characteristics analysis, and risk controls reporting. As a member of the Enterprise Data & Analytics (ED&A) team, this role serves as the primary analytical bridge between the fixed income investment professionals and the firm's broader reporting and data infrastructure. The analyst will manage recurring weekly and monthly deliverables, respond to daily ad-hoc requests from portfolio managers, and support the broader ED&A team with custom client requests, marketing material production, and RFP/DDQ responses.
Responsibilities:
- Produce and maintain fixed income reporting (attribution, positioning, characteristics, and risk) on a recurring and ad hoc basis
- Develop and enhance Bloomberg PORT Enterprise views, groupings, and reports to support portfolio analysis and investment decisions
- Utilize BQL and BQuant to extract, analyze, and improve portfolio and market data workflows
- Act as the primary analytics partner to fixed income investment teams, delivering insights and addressing ad hoc requests

The actual base salary is dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. New Leaf Energy, Inc. is seeking a Structured Finance Associate to join our team supporting our Power Plants division.
This position may be filled out of our Boston, MA or Lowell, MA offices. We value in-person collaboration and offer a hybrid work environment. Hybrid employees work in the office at least two out of every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and are free to work from the office or home on other days.
Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain complex, project and portfolio-level financial models to evaluate project returns (IRR, NPV), cash flows, and sensitivities
- Responsible for providing arm’s length pricing to NLE’s development company (DevCo) for projects in consideration for sale to NLE’s Power Plants Division (IPP)
- Support Manager of Structured Finance and third party diligence providers in performing diligence on projects offered to IPP by DevCo with respect to real estate, project permitting, and interconnection, and other development items
- Maintain checklists, schedules and other project management tools required to keep the diligence process organized and allow transactions with New Leaf’s DevCo to close quickly and IPP to draw down on funds to move forward in the project construction process
- Assist Manager of Structured Finance in drafting of project-specific MIPAs between NLE DevCo and IPP using existing template, identifying potential DevCo post closing obligations (PCOs) and inclusion of additional terms that align with IPP’s financing arrangements
- Monitor and ensure compliance with the condition precedents (CPs) agreed to by IPP in existing financing agreement(s) in support of drawing down on committed funds in a timely manner
- Manage the day to day operations needed to support the capital structure, including compliance, reporting, and execution of supplemental funding agreements. Execute on the standard work needed for this to run smoothly and efficiently.
- Support all new capital transactions, including serving as deal support on additional rounds of PPD financing. Perform project management of internal and external resources to ensure efficient execution and a smooth deal close
- Manage data rooms and respond to investor inquiries during capital-raising processes.
- Proactively identify and work on new process improvements in coordination with other stakeholders.
- Any other duties, as assigned by Manager of Structured Finance.
Desired Qualifications

Compensation
New Leaf Energy compensates all employees in three ways: market-competitive base salary, plus above-market variable compensation, plus an equity-like program such that all employees experience the benefits of ownership. We use a data-driven and transparent methodology to calibrate compensation that is externally competitive and internally equitable, guided by the New Leaf Energy compensation manual, which is available to all employees.
Under our compensation framework, the likely base salary range for this position in Boston is $104,430 - $121,120. The on-target annual cash bonus associated with this position is an additional 10% percent of base salary. Your actual salary may be above, in, or below this range, depending on your location and experience. Our office locations in Lowell, Boston, Oakland, and Chicago all carry geography-based upward adjustments to the base pay range.

We identify high-value sites, work with landowners and local communities to develop them, and partner with long-term asset owners to bring the most impactful clean energy projects to life.
New Leaf Energy, Inc. is seeking a Structured Finance Associate to join our team supporting our Power Plants division.
This position may be filled out of our Boston, MA or Lowell, MA offices. We value in-person collaboration and offer a hybrid work environment. Hybrid employees work in the office at least two out of every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and are free to work from the office or home on other days.
Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain complex, project and portfolio-level financial models to evaluate project returns (IRR, NPV), cash flows, and sensitivities
- Responsible for providing arm’s length pricing to NLE’s development company (DevCo) for projects in consideration for sale to NLE’s Power Plants Division (IPP)
- Support Manager of Structured Finance and third party diligence providers in performing diligence on projects offered to IPP by DevCo with respect to real estate, project permitting, and interconnection, and other development items
- Maintain checklists, schedules and other project management tools required to keep the diligence process organized and allow transactions with New Leaf’s DevCo to close quickly and IPP to draw down on funds to move forward in the project construction process
- Assist Manager of Structured Finance in drafting of project-specific MIPAs between NLE DevCo and IPP using existing template, identifying potential DevCo post closing obligations (PCOs) and inclusion of additional terms that align with IPP’s financing arrangements
- Monitor and ensure compliance with the condition precedents (CPs) agreed to by IPP in existing financing agreement(s) in support of drawing down on committed funds in a timely manner
- Manage the day to day operations needed to support the capital structure, including compliance, reporting, and execution of supplemental funding agreements. Execute on the standard work needed for this to run smoothly and efficiently.
- Support all new capital transactions, including serving as deal support on additional rounds of PPD financing. Perform project management of internal and external resources to ensure efficient execution and a smooth deal close
- Manage data rooms and respond to investor inquiries during capital-raising processes.
- Proactively identify and work on new process improvements in coordination with other stakeholders.
- Any other duties, as assigned by Manager of Structured Finance.
Desired Qualifications

- 3-4 years in renewable energy project finance, investment banking, or corporate development, specifically with exposure to solar assets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field
- Advanced Excel modeling skills (VBA is often a plus) and a deep understanding of Project Finance mechanics.
- General understanding of tax equity concepts and different project finance deal structures;
- General understanding of project development lifecycle for renewable energy projects
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills required;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation
New Leaf Energy compensates all employees in three ways: market-competitive base salary, plus above-market variable compensation, plus an equity-like program such that all employees experience the benefits of ownership. We use a data-driven and transparent methodology to calibrate compensation that is externally competitive and internally equitable, guided by the New Leaf Energy compensation manual, which is available to all employees.
Under our compensation framework, the likely base salary range for this position in Lowell is $104,430 - $121,120. The on-target annual cash bonus associated with this position is an additional 10% percent of base salary. Your actual salary may be above, in, or below this range, depending on your location and experience. Our office locations in Lowell, Boston, Oakland, and Chicago all carry geography-based upward adjustments to the base pay range.

Summary:
The Taxable Bond Portfolio Analyst will support portfolio managers and traders in managing fixed income portfolios across corporate, government, agency MBS, and other sectors. This role requires strong quantitative, technology, and analytical skills to evaluate performance, monitor risk, and support investment decisions across taxable bond strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze daily portfolio performance and risk exposures (duration, convexity, spread risk) across taxable bond strategies.
- Support portfolio managers and traders in implementing trade ideas, including modifying curve positioning and sector exposures.
- Monitor portfolios for adherence to client investment guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal risk limits.
- Contribute to scenario analysis and stress testing to evaluate portfolio positioning relative to market events.
- Maintain internal models, dashboards, and databases used for monitoring and analysis.
- Prepare quarterly and monthly investment reports, including updated statistics, charts, and market commentary.
- Collaborate with marketing and client service teams to provide data for presentations and pitchbooks.
- Contribute to automation projects to streamline reporting and analysis using tools such as Python, VBA, or SQL.
- Partner with IT and the Enterprise Data and Analytics team to improve data accuracy and accessibility.
- Generate custom quantitative analysis and ad hoc support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree in engineering or a quantitative discipline preferred.
- Strong analytical and technical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, macros).
- Familiarity with Bloomberg, FactSet, Morningstar, or similar platforms.
- Experience with Python, SQL, VBA or R preferred.
- CFA charter or progress toward CFA designation preferred.
- Understanding of fixed income analytics including yield curves, duration, and credit risk.
- Team player with strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across investment, risk, and operations teams.

This role is based in our Boston office on a hybrid schedule - 4 days per week in-office, 1 day per week remote.
The actual base salary is dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. POSITION SUMMARY:
Serve as an Associate overseeing the surveillance of Global Atlantic’s structured investments, including monitoring asset ratings, investment performance, deal activity, deal efficiency and market opportunities. The ideal candidate will be able to independently analyze investment data, communicate investment data effectively with key stakeholders and formalize monitoring processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support rating surveillance process on all GA-structured transactions (100% owned or syndicated).
- Prepare rating agency package (updated deal model inclusive of rating agency stress scenarios, latest investor reports, borrower financial statements, asset performance reports).
- Coordinate with the various stakeholders any information requests by the agencies.
- Keep up to date performance/asset level data in GA Structuring folder.
- Get updated underlying asset information in coordination with PM, KKR and TPA teams.
- Roll forward transaction model in Intex or other excel template.
- Manage all rating agency requests and updates.
- SPV Asset Management.
- Monitor performance of key tests and triggers.
- Monitor rating action of public issuance across sectors to stay ahead of potential assumption changes.
- Consider any changes to structure to better optimize capital (NAIC and BMA) or protect against performance issues.
- Primary point of contact for TPAs (Goal, WTNA, Vistra etc).
- Finalize deal models on intex platform with handoff from transaction lead.
- Coordinate any underlying document amendments with transaction lead.
- Monthly Cashflow reconciliation (and to normalize/analyze inconsistencies).
- Part of team supporting for internal GA teams on portfolio (with oversight from transaction leads).

- Bachelor’s degree 6+ years of relevant experience at an asset manager, insurance company or related field. Masters degree a plus.
- Understanding of Structured Asset Based Financed Investments.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill set.
- Ability to work with Portfolio Managers and senior management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work in a fast paced, team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, VBA and Visio experience a plus).
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and build proper processes.
