About the Positions
We’re seeking Project Controls Analysts (Cost and Data Visualization) at multiple levels to support large, heavy-civil infrastructure programs, including highways, roads, bridges, transit (rail and bus), aviation (international airports), and water projects delivered through both traditional and alternative methods.
These roles sit at the intersection of project controls and modern data analytics. Depending on level and experience, responsibilities may span cost control, financial tracking, and schedule awareness, combined with advanced data structuring and visualization capabilities. Across all levels, the focus is not just on building dashboards, but on working within active programs to help teams understand what the data is actually telling them and where performance is trending.
Team members support cost and financial oversight across publicly funded programs (USDOT, FAA, FTA, and state DOTs), contributing across the full reporting lifecycle. This may include partnering with stakeholders to define reporting requirements, integrating and validating data from multiple systems, structuring datasets, and developing dashboards and reports that support project execution, program controls, and executive decision-making.
At Luster, these are not passive reporting roles. Depending on level, individuals play a key part in shaping how project data is organized, governed, and communicated across complex, multi-stakeholder environments. The expectation across the team is an understanding of both the data and the project context behind it, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical outputs and real-world delivery.
This posting is for future roles and not for a specific opportunity that is available right now. We accept applications and conduct interviews in advance of upcoming hiring needs. When a candidate is selected, their profile is activated in our talent pool for this specialty area. We notify our talent pool candidates first whenever we have a project need.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Project Controls and Program Analytics
Cost Control and Financial Oversight
Data Integration and Management
Dashboard and Report Development
Stakeholder Collaboration

Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
We are seeking a GRC Automation Lead to join our GRC organization and build the technical foundation for how we scale our risk and compliance programs. In this role, you will lead the team that designs and implements automated workflows, data pipelines, and integrations that transform manual compliance processes into scalable engineering systems.
This is a greenfield opportunity to establish the team, architecture, and integrations that will define how we approach governance, risk, and compliance at Anthropic. The core challenge is a data problem: compliance information lives across dozens of systems—cloud infrastructure, identity providers, HR platforms, ticketing tools, code repositories—and your job is to design systems that bring it together, normalize it, and make it actionable. Success in this role comes from understanding how systems connect and how data flows between them, not from writing code yourself.
At Anthropic, you'll also have a unique advantage: the ability to design AI-powered workflows where Claude acts as an extension of your team, handling tasks that would traditionally require additional headcount or manual effort. You'll need ingenuity to identify where agentic AI can accelerate evidence collection, interpret unstructured data, triage compliance gaps, and augment human judgment in risk assessments. Working closely with Security, IT, and Engineering teams, you'll translate compliance and regulatory requirements into solutions that support audit programs including SOC 2, ISO, HIPAA, and FedRAMP, building systems that combine traditional automation with AI capabilities to achieve scale that wouldn't otherwise be possible.
Deadline to apply: None, applications will be received on a rolling basis.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings.
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
As Anthropic continues to grow, the rigor and sophistication of how we plan our workforce needs to grow with us, and our People Analytics team plays a central role in that work.
We are looking for a Workforce Planning Lead to own how Anthropic plans, forecasts, and tracks its workforce, from the underlying data and tooling, to forecasting models, to the cadence and partnership that connects workforce decisions to business strategy. The person in this seat will shape the next chapter of how workforce planning runs at Anthropic.
The role is highly cross-functional. You will partner closely with Recruiting, Finance, People Partners (HRBPs), talent leaders, and business leaders across the company to understand headcount needs, model tradeoffs, and translate strategy into workforce plans. Strong grounding in people analytics methods, judgment, and a generalist orientation are essential. Scope will at times extend beyond traditional workforce planning into broader People Analytics work.
Workforce planning process and strategic partnership
Lead recurring company-wide headcount planning cycles and the ongoing rhythms of review, monitoring, and adjustment that keep plans connected to the business. Partner with Finance, Recruiting, and talent leaders to translate business strategy into workforce implications, including hiring plans, capacity needs, location considerations, and workforce mix. Help inform where and how Anthropic grows over time. Strengthen the underlying infrastructure that supports planning, including position management, governance of core workforce data, and consistency across our people systems. Be a trusted thought partner when growth plans are set, organizational design is evaluated, or new initiatives are resourced, providing the data and modeling that lets leaders make decisions.
Forecasting and scenario modeling
Build and maintain quantitative models for headcount forecasting, attrition projection, hiring plan scenario analysis, and capacity planning. Develop scenario analyses that quantify tradeoffs across growth plans, hiring assumptions, attrition rates, and budget considerations. Identify supply and demand gaps before they become bottlenecks.
Analytics, dashboards, and insight
Build self-service dashboards for executives, functional leaders, and managers showing current state, plan versus actual, pipeline health, and key workforce metrics. Develop predictive analytics including attrition risk, hiring velocity forecasting, and supply/demand gap identification. Translate analysis into clear narratives that drive decisions.
Cross-functional execution
Provide hands-on operational support during structural change, including reorganizations, new team formation, and rapid scaling of a function. Support broader People Analytics workstreams as needed. This role will frequently touch attrition, recruiting funnel, location analytics, and other people data.
The Mission
Panther is building the future of SOC automation through AI agents that fundamentally change how security teams operate. Our vision is to enable SOC teams to cover 5-10x more data without proportionally scaling headcount by automating the most time-intensive analyst work: alert triage, analysis, and risk validation. We're building intelligent agents that leverage our data pipeline and alerting capabilities to create a SOC team extension that gets smarter over time through collective intelligence.
The Team + Role
You'll build and lead Panther’s agentic team focused on AI-powered SOC analyst solutions that sit at the intersection of security and cutting-edge ML engineering. This is a customer-centric product engineering leadership role where you'll own the execution of our product roadmap, be the bridge between Engineering and Product Management, and you’ll build and lead the team through change alongside our customers, the industry and within the security domain. We're building autonomous security capabilities for alert triage, interactive chat, detection code generation, and text-to-search, all deeply integrated with Panther's ingestion pipeline. This role is ideal for a leader who combines strong people management skills and B2B product engineering experience within the security domain; SOC automation and XDR.
What You'll Need
What You'll Do
We believe in transparency throughout our process — including how we approach AI.
We recognize that AI tools can enhance productivity and support high-quality work. Candidates are welcome to use AI tools for assistance when preparing application materials and completing take-home assignments. If AI use is not permitted for a specific assessment, we will indicate that clearly in the instructions. During live interviews, we ask that candidates not use AI tools to generate or supply real-time answers. This includes reading from AI-generated responses or prompts during conversational, behavioral, or technical discussions. These conversations are designed to understand your individual thinking process, problem-solving approach, and ability to communicate your ideas.
We also use AI tools to support our recruiting processes; hiring decisions are made by our team, not AI.
Reasonable Accommodations
We are committed to providing equal opportunity to all candidates. If you require the use of an AI-based tool or any other assistive technology as a reasonable accommodation for a disability or medical condition, please notify us prior to your interview. We will engage in an interactive process to determine what arrangements are appropriate for your situation. Accommodation requests are handled individually and in accordance with applicable law.
Panther makes security teams smarter and faster than attackers.
We're building the AI SOC platform that modern security teams need. Our Detection-as-Code approach, cloud-native architecture, and powerful security data lake help teams detect and respond to threats at scale. Security teams at leading companies use Panther to protect their organizations without the overhead and costs of legacy SIEM solutions.
Founded by security practitioners who lived the pain of protecting large organizations, we've raised $140M from Coatue, Lightspeed, ICONIQ Growth, Snowflake Ventures, and others. We're a global, remote-first company serving customers worldwide.
Our culture is built on flexibility, transparency, and collaboration. We operate by three core values: Create Customer Love, Be an Owner, and Take Care of the Team. We believe diverse perspectives make us better, and that building great security technology should also mean building a rewarding place to work.

We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.

Zipline is the world’s largest and most experienced drone delivery service. We are on a mission to serve all humans equally by ensuring access to food, medicine and essential goods anytime, anywhere. We design, build, and operate the world’s largest autonomous logistics system, delivering critical supplies quickly and reliably. Today, Zipline operates on four continents, makes a delivery somewhere in the world every 30 seconds, and has completed millions of deliveries to date, including blood, vaccines, medical supplies, food, and retail products.
Our customers include the world’s largest and most prominent healthcare systems, governments, retailers, restaurants and global businesses who rely on us to save lives, reduce emissions, increase economic opportunity, and provide delivery from point A to point B as fast as possible. The drone is only 15% of what we’ve built to enable seamless, reliable, global operations.
Our system strengthens supply chains, reduces congestion, and gives people time back. With more than 140 million commercial autonomous miles safely flown, Zipline is redefining access to healthcare, consumer products, and food across the globe.
We operate at a global scale and are looking for practical problem solvers who thrive on real-world challenges and rapid growth. Our team is motivated by building systems that have a direct, meaningful impact on people’s lives and by scaling the future of logistics. We are seeking people who sculpt from first principles, enjoy facing adversity, and can do the impossible at record breaking speeds.
Zipline is on a mission to transform how goods move by making autonomous drone delivery the fastest, most reliable, and most delightful logistics system in the world. With the launch of our P2 system in January 2025, deliveries in the United States are growing rapidly — and we are preparing to scale our physical network at unprecedented speed.
We’re looking for a Senior Analyst to help decide where Zipline builds next. Over the next two years, we will deploy hundreds of charging and delivery sites across the U.S., and this role will play a central part in determining which metros we enter, where within those metros we build, and how much infrastructure we deploy.
This is not a traditional analytics role. You won’t be handed clean datasets and narrowly defined questions. Instead, you’ll work in a highly ambiguous, novel problem space — finding, creating, and integrating data where it doesn’t yet exist. You’ll partner closely with go-to-market, real estate, engineering, and operations teams to translate spatial, commercial, and operational complexity into clear recommendations for leadership.
To succeed, you must be comfortable owning open-ended problems, working deeply with Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) and building scalable analyses, tools, and automations that enable Zipline to grow faster and smarter.
Network & Site Strategy:
Evaluate potential metros and charging locations using GIS, mapping tools, and diverse datasets. You’ll help define where Zipline should expand, how infrastructure should be distributed, and what constraints matter most.
Real Estate Decision Support:
Provide clear, data-backed guidance to real estate teams on where to search, how much to build, and how to evaluate tradeoffs in lease terms, site characteristics, and long-term flexibility.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, customer success, real estate, engineering, and operations to align spatial planning decisions with commercial demand, operational feasibility, and customer needs.
Visualization & Communication:
Create clear, compelling GIS visualizations and analytical outputs that distill complex spatial and operational dynamics into simple, executive-ready conclusions.
Scaling Through Automation & AI:
Build repeatable tools, workflows, and automations — leveraging AI where appropriate — so that site evaluation and metro planning can scale beyond you and be used broadly across Zipline.
Problem Framing in Ambiguity:
Develop reasonable assumptions and proxy metrics when perfect data doesn’t exist. You’ll identify creative ways to answer critical questions despite incomplete or noisy information.
High Ownership & Initiative:
You are a self-starter who thrives in unstructured environments. When you don’t have the exact data you need, you find a way forward — whether through proxies, external datasets, or novel approaches.
GIS & Spatial Analysis Experience:
At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience with geospatial data wrangling, querying, analysis, visualization, and validation.
Business Judgment:
Strong intuition for how analytical insights translate into business impact. You can evaluate tradeoffs in cost, risk, and scalability — including the implications of lease terms and infrastructure investments.
Analytical & Technical Fluency:
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets. Comfort using AI tools for analysis, light programming, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with SQL and Python is expected. Zipline primarily uses open source GIS tools, such as QGIS.
Executive Communication:
Ability to present conclusions with clarity and poise. You can simplify complex analyses, clearly state assumptions, build executive standard presentations, and guide leadership toward confident decisions.
Comfort with Ambiguity:
You are energized by novel problems and uncertain inputs. You make thoughtful assumptions, test them, and iterate quickly in pursuit of better answers.
Direct Ownership of Expansion:
Your work will directly influence where Zipline builds infrastructure and how fast we scale across the United States. You will be the key person helping guide where drone delivery goes next at a macro and micro level.
Cross-Functional Impact:
You’ll partner with some of Zipline’s most critical teams — from real estate and go-to-market to engineering and operations — shaping decisions that span the entire company.
Build Something New:
This is a chance to help define how network planning and spatial analytics work in a brand-new industry. You’ll have the freedom to invent tools, processes, and frameworks from the ground up.
High Trust, High Impact:
We value speed, rigor, and judgment. Your analyses won’t sit in decks — they’ll inform real decisions that unlock growth and operational excellence.

Operant AI | San Francisco Bay Area (Hybrid) | Account Executive
Operant AI is the industry's most comprehensive real-time security platform for AI, Agents, and MCP. Recognized across six Gartner critical AI security reports — including AI TRiSM, MCP Gateways, API Protection, and Securing Custom-Built AI Agents — Operant is the category-defining company protecting the agentic AI era. Our platform delivers real-time discovery, detection, and defense across the full AI stack: LLM APIs, MCP servers and clients, autonomous agents, and the APIs they depend on.
Founded by former Apple, VMware, and Google executives and backed by Felicis and SineWave Ventures, we're a fast-moving team on a mission to make AI innovation safe at scale.
We're looking for an Account Executive, West Coast based in the San Francisco Bay Area who lives at the intersection of cybersecurity and AI — someone who can walk into a CISO's office and talk prompt injection, and then walk into an AI platform team and talk agentic workflows and MCP tool poisoning. This is a quota-carrying, “roll up your sleeves,” field-oriented role selling Operant's AI Gatekeeper, MCP Gateway, and Agent Protector products to enterprise and high-growth tech companies across the Bay Area and broader West Coast.
You will own the full sales cycle for your account list — from prospecting and discovery through technical validation and close — and will work closely with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Marketing to drive pipeline and revenue in your territory, while maintaining brand equity and customer trust by speaking expertly about the product and the industry with in-the-know buyers and teams who already have strong knowledge in the space. You should be able to clearly articulate the exceptional differentiation that Operant’s products provide in the market and operate with a shortened sales cycle that is in-line with the speed of the AI boom in SF (not a multi-year long traditional cyber sales cycle with multi-month long POCs) and cultivate and close highly qualified ICP leads, both inbound and outbound, who have already demonstrated urgency in filling open budget items and solving identified, critical security problems that are affecting their business-critical AI road maps, development, and growth goals.
