Scale seeks a business-minded Director and Associate General Counsel, Compliance to lead Scale’s corporate compliance program. This role will set the legal standards, governance model, and escalation framework for the program, working closely with cross-functional partners to translate that guidance into practical workflows.

About the Role
As a Junior Legal Advisor at Mochi Health, you'll join our legal team at a pivotal moment in our growth, working across some of the most dynamic areas of the business. As Commercial Counsel, Infrastructure Security for Compute and Infrastructure at Anthropic, you’ll be the day-to-day legal partner to the Chief Security Officer’s infrastructure-security and the Governance, Risk and Compliance teams. You’ll work in close partnership with Anthropic teammates in Frontier, Product, Litigation, Employment, and Commercial Legal, in addition to specialized outside counsel. You will serve as the primary legal owner ensuring security requirements are in the contract before signature and that external work product aligns with Anthropic’s security posture and commercial objectives.
Draft and negotiate security design-basis and site-hardening specifications in build-to-suit, lease, and colo agreements (perimeter, access control, CCTV, intrusion detection); guard-force statements of work, post orders, and KPI regimes; visitor, contractor, and badging policy; and security clauses in shared-campus and multi-tenant arrangements
Own provenance, anti-tamper, and chain-of-custody warranties in silicon, ODM, and OEM paper; trusted-supplier and country-of-origin restrictions; NDAA §889/§5949 and CHIPS-Act guardrail flow-downs; BIS/EAR advanced-computing and semiconductor export-control flow-downs and end-use/end-user certifications; firmware integrity, secure-boot, and golden-image escrow terms; secure logistics; counterfeit-part and grey-market controls; and secure decommissioning and certified media-destruction terms
Draft security schedules in carrier and fiber agreements (encryption-in-transit, route integrity, lawful-intercept handling), and security obligations in peering agreements

For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in sound editing and mixing. Should be familiar with audio post-production workflows - sound design and mixing for film and video, as well as podcast production. Also be comfortable leading remote recording sessions, directing talent and managing communication between team members. We are seeking a dynamic Senior Counsel, Employment, who will report to the Associate General Counsel, Employment, to advise on a broad range of employment law issues affecting CoreWeave’s global workforce. You will partner closely with the People team, and collaborate frequently with other key stakeholders, including Accounting, Payroll, Tax, Corporate Development, and Securities, to address workforce issues, manage legal risk, and support consistent employment practices as CoreWeave continues to scale.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting employment law issues in a multi-jurisdictional environment, preferably in a high-growth, technology environment. If hired, you will help support and implement CoreWeave’s employment strategy, programs, and policies while complying with applicable law in multiple jurisdictions in which CoreWeave operates. You will also help oversee litigation strategy and dispute resolution for the company across various substantive areas.

The base salary range for this role is $143,000 to $210,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. About the Role:
As the Regional Construction Manager you will own and drive all aspects of project construction to establish Zipline’s ground infrastructure in the region. This includes managing the entire process from contractor evaluation, contracting and bid evaluation, design review in partnership with our engineering teams, through to full scope site construction management and project competition and oversight in partnership with our Service Operations and Superintendent teams. You’ll work closely with the broader Deployment and Construction team, Real Estate and Government Affairs teams, Finance, Legal, and Engineering to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and secure the necessary approvals to expand our network.
You will lead negotiations, manage external vendors, and ensure project timelines are met, all while maintaining alignment with Zipline’s strategic goals. Zipline’s Community Engagement and Legal teams will support you in fostering local partnerships and navigating jurisdictional processes to fast-track approvals.

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, with a primary focus on GTM/Sales agreements with enterprise technology customers and startups.
Partner closely with Sales and Go-to-Market leadership and teams to support deal velocity and provide practical legal guidance
Help build and maintain our commercial legal infrastructure, including contract templates, playbooks, and process improvements
Manage a team to support enterprise technology and startups segments
Identify and escalate legal risks appropriately while supporting business momentum
Stay current on legal developments affecting AI technologies
JD and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, SaaS agreements, or technology transactions
Demonstrated people management experience, including hiring, developing, and leading attorneys or legal professionals
Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate legal concepts for non-lawyer stakeholders
8+ years of legal experience, with substantial time spent on commercial contracts, SaaS agreements, or technology transactions
Active membership in the California state bar
Experience leading legal teams through high-growth phases at technology companies
Experience navigating multi-stakeholder agreements involving technical and policy considerations
Curiosity about AI technology and AI policy, and a commitment to responsible AI development
