The Capital Markets Analyst supports the execution and processing of multifamily commercial loan transactions across a broad range of capital sources, including Agency lenders (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac), banks, life insurance companies, debt funds, and CMBS lenders. This role plays a key part in coordinating underwriting, due diligence, lender communications, and closing activities for acquisition, refinance, supplemental, and portfolio financing transactions.

The Analyst works closely with cross‑functional internal teams—including accounting, investor relations, asset management, property management, construction management, risk management, and systems support—to ensure transactions progress efficiently and accurately from origination through closing.

Position Description:

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will serve as the primary financial partner to the Products portfolio Business Manager, playing a pivotal role in shaping the financial performance of a fast-paced portfolio of defense and commercial contracts.
