POSITION SUMMARY: 

Under the supervision of the Senior Vice President, Legal Affairs, the Corporate Counsel will play a critical role partnering with the sales and business teams in addressing their legal needs.  The Corporate Counsel reviews and negotiates contracts and provides counsel to sales team members and managers  to address legal questions and needs of mixed scope and complexity.  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

• Review and negotiate commercial contract terms – both large and small – zealously. But have the ability to also understand where compromise is appropriate.  
• Meet demands and deadlines under pressure. 
• Flexible and able to manage multiple varying demands simultaneously. 
• Have a deep understanding of the interplay among different parts of a contract; litigation experience in this regard is a plus. 
• Awareness of and ability to advise on legal issues across the company (“issue spotting”), e.g., operations and invoicing, privacy, limitations of liability, intellectual property, indemnity, dispute resolution, insurance, force majeure, import/export issues. Experience in employment law is a plus. 
• Understand long- and short-term impact of different contractual terms. 
• Review and negotiate vendor and other contracts and NDAs with the same principles in mind. 
• Efficiently and in simple terms, address special provisions in commercial quotes. 
• Ability to pay attention to detail and manage input from numerous subject matter experts across the company while under pressure from other teams to expedite review. 
• Good writer and high attention to detail
• Engage in and on occasion lead, early morning and late night meetings. 
• Have flexibility to work with limited resources of a high growth company. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 10 years of experience; significant law firm experience required.
• Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles. Requires conceptual thinking to understand advanced issues and implications.  
• Demonstrated critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills; 
• Professional internal skills, including patience, discretion, and confidentiality; 
• Excellent organization and time management skills;  
• Litigation including litigation project management experience is desirable;  
• Detail oriented and demonstrated accuracy; excellent writing skills preferred.

Position Overview:

As a lead within the Technical Program Management (TPM) team, the Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) provides strategic oversight and is fully accountable for end-to-end execution of complex, multi-track programs. POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Sales Enablement Leader, the Sales Onboarding & Enablement Manager is the primary architect of the new hire experience. You will own the end-to-end journey for SDRs and Sales Reps, ensuring they transition from Day 1 to full productivity with speed and confidence. This role is a blend of instructional design, live facilitation, and data-driven performance coaching. We're looking for someone equally comfortable reading a fresh arXiv paper, writing production C++/Python, and debugging behavior on a real robot in the lab. As a Staff Autonomy Engineer on our R&D team, you'll be one of the technical leaders setting direction for the AI that powers our robots. This is a hands-on technical leadership role: you'll architect systems that span perception, mapping, prediction, and planning; drive multi-quarter initiatives from research idea to fleet rollout; and raise the technical bar across the org. You'll work across team boundaries, partnering with engineering managers, product, and hardware to make decisions that ripple through the roadmap. You'll also be someone the team learns from — through code review, design review, mentorship, and the standards you set in your own work. We expect Staff engineers to be comfortable in deep technical waters across the modern autonomy stack: foundation models, learned policies, classical estimation and planning, and the production systems that knit them together.

Technical Leadership and Direction

• Set technical direction for major areas of the autonomy stack — perception, SLAM, prediction, planning, or the ML systems underneath them — and own the multi-quarter roadmaps that follow.

Position Overview:

As a member of our Technical Support Team, the Technical Support Engineer IV (TSE IV) plays a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of robots deployed in diverse, real-world environments.  This role demands expertise in both software and hardware systems and involves proactive monitoring and sophisticated data analysis using cloud-based platforms.

The Software Engineer II plays an important role for the Applications team, contributing significantly to the development of our in-house robot software applications. Position Overview:

The Software Development Engineer in Test II (SDET II) is a software engineer who focuses on building and improving the automated systems used to validate modern software applications and services. As a member of the Program Management team, the Technical Program Manager II is responsible for the planning and execution of robotic integration programs throughout the product development life cycle: from requirements to execution to sustainment. POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a staff full-stack engineer whose core strength is backend systems and infrastructure. You will own the platform that ingests, processes, stores, and serves large volumes of video and sensor data. The primary data sources are edge/IoT devices operating in the field. You need to understand how to design systems that work reliably under those conditions.

You care about reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency, and you are comfortable making architectural decisions early when requirements are still evolving. Privacy and security engineering is a first-class concern for this product, and you will own that infrastructure. If you have ML engineering experience, there are opportunities to apply it — but it is not required.

This is a small, early-stage team. You will design systems from scratch, make foundational architecture choices, and own entire subsystems end-to-end

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Device-to-cloud data platform: the systems that receive data from edge devices in the field, process it, store it efficiently, and make it queryable. This includes handling store-and-forward uploads, media pipelines, metadata indexing, tiered storage, and APIs that serve rich content to frontend experiences.
• Privacy and security infrastructure: access control, audit logging, configurable data retention and recording policies, consent management. Privacy is a day-one architectural requirement, not a feature bolted on later.
• Cloud infrastructure and DevOps: provisioning, CI/CD, monitoring, alerting, cost management. You own the operational health of the platform.
• API design and backend services: data modeling, auth, multi-tenancy, and integration points for enterprise systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with depth in backend systems, data infrastructure, or media platforms.
• Experience building systems that handle large-scale data: ingestion pipelines, transcoding, storage, indexing, or streaming.
• Experience with IoT or edge device data — store-and-forward, intermittent connectivity, device fleet management — is a strong differentiator.
• Strong infrastructure skills: AWS (S3, Lambda, EC2, SQS, DynamoDB), CI/CD, monitoring, cost optimization.
• Experience with data modeling, search and indexing, and building APIs that serve rich content.
• Privacy and security engineering experience is a strong plus: access control, audit logging, policy enforcement, compliance.
• Willingness to work across the stack wherever the team needs you. This is a small team — you will wear multiple hats.

What The Role Is

Reporting to the Senior Director, Environmental Permitting, the Manager, Environmental Permitting, is responsible for leading and directing discretionary permitting and environmental survey activities in support of Clearway Energy Group’s 10 GW solar, wind, and storage project pipeline. Working closely with the Development Project Manager, and other groups such as Engineering and Real Estate, the Manager will lead and provide oversight in the development and acquisition of discretionary land use permits, environmental assessments, and surveys completed in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for utility-scale solar, wind, and storage projects located in the western region of the United States. The successful candidate will have at least five years of environmental consulting, land use planning, or site land development experience within the renewable energy industry or related field, with demonstrated prior expertise in leading complex discretionary permitting activities for large capital projects. Experience in supporting project acquisition and financing due diligence is also preferred. Would consider a Senior Manager level. Title and level will be confirmed based on the qualifications of the selected candidate.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide technical expertise for a pre-construction development portfolio (30 GW) of utility-scale generation solar, wind, and energy storage projects in the western region of the United States to ensure that projects obtain necessary discretionary entitlements and agency approvals and complete necessary diligence and survey activities in compliance with state and federal regulations that are required before commencing construction and achieving financial close.
• Develop a strategy with respect to discretionary permit processes and environmental compliance, including the schedule and budgets associated with those activities.
• Manage the entitlement process with local, state, and federal government authorities, including day-to-day interaction with city and county planning boards and state and federal permitting agencies.
• Manage a network of external consultants in the scoping of biological and cultural surveys and the preparation of diligence documents, including legal counsel for permit opinions and guidance.
• Careful review of documents critical to a successful permitting and financing process.
• Work collaboratively with and be responsive to requests from internal colleagues. Coordinate with and solicit feedback from a network of internal colleagues who are geographically dispersed in the preparation of land use permit applications and environmental documents.
• Conduct due diligence on pre-construction, project acquisition opportunities, including evaluating accuracy, adequacy, and implications of permits, environmental assessments prepared pursuant to local/state/federal regulations, Phase I ESAs, biological and cultural resource assessments, wetland delineations, and land use restrictions.
• In partnership with the development team, review zoning, floodplain, biological resources, wetlands, permitting fees, entitlement processes, and other site-specific considerations to support early project development.
• Support the resolution of land development-related issues that arise during financing, including ensuring that projects comply with lender and tax equity requirements for discretionary permits and land use.
• Support the implementation of creative project development approaches that reduce exposure to permitting risks, minimize permitting requirements, and/or optimize development schedules.
• Evaluate and propose solutions that may arise from various stakeholder concerns during the entitlement process.
• Track and engage with advocacy groups to leverage industry support to address streamlined and efficient permitting in the Western US.

What You'll Bring

• Demonstrated experience navigating complex, multi-faceted discretionary permitting processes related to wind/solar development, particularly projects with biological resource constraints.
• Demonstrated experience navigating the federal Endangered Species Act and pursuing incidental take authorization for listed species.
• Demonstrated experience managing or preparing eagle conservation plans, bird and bat conservation strategies, and firsthand experience navigating informal and formal consultations with USFWS concerning federally protected species such as eagles and bats, as well as other candidate species or species of concern, such as the lesser prairie chicken and/or sage grouse.

What You'll Be Doing

• Execute the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process within clearly specified time frames, following established internal control processes and procedures.
• Perform analytical functions necessary to achieve an accurate and timely general ledger month-end close. • Develop and apply portfolio optimization techniques to drive hedge strategy decisions while balancing the risk-adjusted revenue of Clearway’s renewable assets. Hedging strategies include DART optimization, CRR/FTRs, term hedge, and PPA transactions. Perform daily and weekly portfolio assessments to identify opportunities to maximize portfolio profit opportunities and identify risks.

Governance, Compliance & Risk

• Ensure CRR/FTR trading activities comply with corporate and project-level risk policies, market rules, and Market protocols. • Work closely with Risk, Accounting, and Settlements to reconcile positions, P&L, and collateral management.
• Maintain compliance documentation and participate in periodic audits.

Collaboration & Commercial Support

• Partner with Market Fundamentals, Origination, Development, and Asset Management teams to incorporate CRR/FTR and congestion considerations into project siting and contracting decisions.
• Provide market intelligence and due diligence support for M&A transactions, new developments, and repower evaluations.
• May impact departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural change

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• 6-10 years of power market experience, with at least 2+ years directly in CRR, FTR, nodal, or virtual trading.
• Experience using ERCOT and CAISO CRR auction tools, Dayzer, UPLAN, or similar transmission models.
• Prior experience in energy trading, asset optimization, or market analytics required.
• Ability to construct power fundamental models for pricing, load, generation, flow, and outages using various methodologies
• Ability to build Quant Lib utilizing stochastic calculus and Option Models for deal valuation.
• Deep understanding of ERCOT, CAISO, and PJM market design, CRR/FTR auction processes, transmission planning, and nodal pricing. Dayzer experience is required.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical results into commercial strategy.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with congestion and risk management strategies for renewable and storage assets.
• Highly proficient in developing predictive models using mathematical and statistical methods to identify, analyze, and mitigate energy market risks with an understanding of option valuation and Greeks.

• Advanced skills in Python, R, or SQL strongly preferred
• Familiarity with battery, wind, or solar congestion profiles is a plus.
