The Nuclear Pharmacy Manager is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of their facility, while maintaining regulatory compliance & quality standards. Supports the growth of business and assists the sales force. Develops staff and pharmacy objectives and communicates expectations to staff. Implement training and career development plans for the pharmacy staff. 

Key Accountabilities

• Exemplifies compliance with all regulations, Company Policies, Corporate Standards and Health and Safety rules.
• Assures the pharmacy is adequately staffed with trained employees in accordance with company requirements and to meet customer needs.
• Develops staff and pharmacy objectives and communicates expectations to staff.
• Reviews performance on a routine schedule, provides performance feedback & evaluation.
• Implements and enforce corporate policies, pricing structures, and strategic business plans.
• Ensures careful recruitment & selection of employees, as well as builds strong teamwork with their employees.
• Energize staff to accomplish operational and developmental goals. Provides recognition and reward to employees.
• Creates and implements employee training and development plans.
• Maintain knowledge of market conditions affecting the business such as competitors, price structures and potential new customers.
• Develop a cooperative relationship with the sales team to ensure alignment of local pricing with profit goals.
• Partners with Finance to achieve operational goals & Human Resources for sound employment practices.
• Manages the financial aspects of pharmacy operations, including headcount, fleet, facilities, lab supplies and inventory.
• Implements & supports corporate initiatives impacting the pharmacy operations & staff.
• Will perform all Nuclear Pharmacist duties as needed, which may vary based on customer or staffing needs.

Education and Experience:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) and/or a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Board of Pharmacy intern licensure/permit currently and enrolled in a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) program, with an expected graduation date within one year. 
• Willingness to become an authorized user of radioactive materials.
• Minimum of 3 years' work experience as a pharmacist and minimum 1 year in a supervisory position in a professional setting.
• Licensed or eligible to become licensed to practice pharmacy 
• Willingness to work on an on-call basis, with the expectation that you can arrive to the pharmacy within 45 minutes. 
• Ability to accommodate shift changes based on business needs 
• Valid driver’s license to operate in necessary delivery area 
• Able to lift 25 to 50 lbs. routinely with an occasional 70 lbs.
• Willing to submit to a drug test and background check 
• Authorized to work in the United States 
• Previous experience preparing and/or dispensing sterile compounded pharmaceuticals or radiopharmaceuticals is preferred. 
• Previous experience working in a clean room environment is preferred.  
• Ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner, both with co-workers & external customers is preferred.  
• Ability to prioritize job duties. Successfully balances proactive versus reactive tasks is preferred. 
• Handles multiple tasks quickly without forfeiting quality is preferred.

Job Summary

Working and training as an RLS Pharmacy Technician is a great way to learn an exciting new skill set within the field of pharmacy away from more traditional pharmacy challenges such as drive-throughs and insurance problems.  As an RLS Pharmacy Technician, you will gain experience in areas such as aseptic processes, radiopharmaceuticals, general regulatory compliance and quality assurance.

The Pharmacy Technician supports pharmacy operations by processing prepared products and handling, packaging and delivering radiopharmaceuticals.

Key Accountabilities

• Compound and dispense radiopharmaceuticals under the supervision of a Pharmacist
• Package radiopharmaceuticals for delivery for customers
• Perform quality control on compounded products
• Manage and maintain facility inventory
• Perform disinfection task in the cleanroom, and stocking of sterile supplies
• Maintain documentation for regulatory programs utilizing good documentation practices (gdp)
• Process and/or dual verify prescription entries
• Perform leukocyte labeling procedures
• Duties as assigned by the Pharmacist

Education and Experience:

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED/local equivalent
• Ability to accommodate shift changes based on business needs
• PTCB certified or successful completion within 6 months of hire or current enrollment in an Accredited School of Pharmacy
• Applicable Pharmacy Technician State License
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Proof of vaccination for Covid 19 to meet compliance obligations for Customer mandated on-site requirements
• Valid driver’s license

Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacist (Clinical Pharmacy Specialist) - Relocation Assistance Available!  

Job Purpose:  

The Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacist plays a vital role in delivering integrated, patient-centered care within designated clinics. This position focuses on optimizing therapeutic outcomes for individuals with chronic conditions by fostering strong relationships with patients and providers, enhancing medication adherence, and implementing evidence-based treatment strategies. The ACP works on-site and collaborates closely with both hybrid and onsite teams to maximize clinical services and continuity of patient care. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Identify, resolve, and prevent medication-related problems to ensure safe and effective pharmacotherapy. 

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for chronic disease management under collaborative practice agreements or clinic protocols. 

• Stratify patients based on clinical risk to prioritize interventions and tailor care plans accordingly. 

• Provide individualized counseling on medication use, lifestyle modifications, and disease state education.  

• Address barriers to adherence, including cost, access, and health literacy, through targeted interventions. 

• Monitor and evaluate medication regimens to ensure clinical criteria are met, including therapeutic goals, adverse effects, and drug interactions. 

• Work on-site in close coordination with interdisciplinary teams, including both in-person and hybrid care models.  

• Ensure all clinical criteria are in clinical compliance with guidance from FDA, clinical guidelines, and appropriate evidence-based literature.

Experience/ Education: 

• Licensure & Education:  

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and active Texas license required.

• Minimum 3 years as a clinical pharmacist; PGY1/PGY2 residency preferred.

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and process management 

• In-depth knowledge of pharmacology, FDA regulations, and chronic disease management.
