About You
You have experience in both public and private accounting and you can comfortably work collaboratively in teams and independently. You are a self-motivated individual who has a thirst to develop new processes while improving existing ones. As an accountant at AppDirect you are someone who is able to roll up their sleeves for a hands-on experience with an elite team to develop and build a first-class accounting function. To be successful in this role, you must have strong knowledge of GAAP, accounting processes, controls and systems.
The position offers a flexible hybrid schedule: you will work one day per week onsite and four days remote. Compensation includes 15 paid working days (PTO) plus local holidays, comprehensive medical coverage (OSDE Plan 310) for you and your dependents, reimbursement for eligible wellness activities, English lessons, global and local events participation, and much more!
What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact
Assist in monthly close process and ensure compliance with monthly close calendar. Participate in month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
Prepare accruals, and perform prepaid analysis
Perform bank reconciliations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and financial reporting to provide financial insights and guidance to other teams to help inform decision-making.
Assist in the preparation of U.S. GAAP financial statements.
Assist with external financial audits and other due diligence requests.
Support accounting team’s commitment to timely and accurate processing of accounting transactions in accordance with US GAAP and the Company’s internal controls. Ensure compliance with internal controls and company accounting policies and help strengthen the internal control environment.
Perform other special projects and analyses as directed by management.
Support the implementation and enhancement of accounting systems and tools, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the business.
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Direct experience supporting accounting function of US/Europe based international company whether in public accounting or with an international company (1+ years total) strongly desired.
Experience establishing and optimizing reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent written, oral, listening and presentational skills and ability to work well under pressure and interact at all levels are also required.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with limited supervision.
NetSuite ERP system experience a plus. Advanced knowledge of Excel

About You
The Cloud Sales Order Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing cloud support operations, supporting internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring seamless marketplace fulfillment. You will be responsible for operational and administrative tasks such as deal registrations, quoting cloud services, managing orders, and overseeing the fulfillment process for SaaS & IaaS technology subscriptions. Your expertise will contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction, efficient operations, and collaboration with various teams to enhance the customer journey.

Manage deal registrations, discounting, quoting services, and provider ordering in the AppDirect Marketplace.
Perform all marketplace fulfillment operations, including provisioning orders with providers and resolving pending events to ensure timely fulfillment.
Communicate internally and externally to ensure the accurate and timely conversion of quotes into orders.
Perform quality assurance on customer details to ensure accuracy and completeness of orders.
Partner with Provider Manager to ensure quoting, discounting and ordering roadblocks are removed in order to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Collaborate on areas for improvement in the customer journey and implement process enhancements that reduce friction and improve cycle times.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve customer experience, especially in pre-deployment and post-sale coordination.
What we’re looking for
Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience in Business or Information Technology or related fields.
1+ years of experience in quoting and ordering operational support , with expertise in cloud services.
1+ years of experience in procuring and managing SaaS & IaaS technology subscriptions.
Proficiency with Google G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Hubspot.com, and various business software applications (Zendesk, Jira, Asana, SmartSheet).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle high volumes of quotes and orders, while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders, customers, and external providers.
Experience managing 3rd party-delivered services and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.

Your Purpose
The Compliance Officer will help leading the compliance duties in El Salvador to ensure that the company operations and business goals function in a legal and ethical manner. You will be responsible for developing compliance and AML/TF programs, reviewing company policies, advising management on possible risks, and responding to authorities’ inquiries.
This role is critical in ensuring that our operations adhere to all regulatory requirements set forth by all relevant authorities.
This position is on-site, so the candidate will need to be physically present in El Salvador.
