Who Are We Looking For?
Vestwell is expanding and we’re excited to onboard a Enterprise Relationship Manager to our team, supporting our strategic and enterprise partnerships. At a high level, we’re looking for someone who is client-focused, pays attention to detail, has great communication and problem solving skills, can successfully juggle multiple priorities at once, and is a confident self-starter.
What Will You Be Doing?
Vestwell’s Enterprise Relationship Management team plays a key role in supporting Sales in securing new partnerships, driving ongoing partnership revenue growth, and ensuring continued partnership success and retention throughout the partnership lifecycle. You will support new and existing partners from implementation to custom product development and ongoing support. This role requires ownership and accountability for relationship management and program/project management.

This role will be based in Vestwell’s New York, Austin, King of Prussia, or Scottsdale office, and will be part of Vestwell's hybrid in-office operation.
The expected base salary range for this position is a minimum of $85K - $100K, plus performance based bonus. This position is eligible to receive new hire equity in the Company. Please note that salary bands are based on NY and other similar metro areas and may differ based on where the role is ultimately hired.

Overview
As the Principal Technologist, you will serve as a customer-oriented liaison between sales, pre-sales engineering and customer stakeholders. The position requires a strong understanding of how technology drives business outcomes and enables the development of strategies aligned to customer objectives The Principal Technologist will be involved in the entire sales cycle, including leading meetings to discuss key business and technology issues, assess clients' needs and identify the ePlus targeted product and service solutions that best meet those needs. You will lead a matrix cross- functional team of technology leaders in helping define customers’ business and technical vision and strategy. Candidates should have deep experience across leading enterprise OEM ecosystems (Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Palo Alto, Dell, NetApp, HPE, etc.) and strong hybrid capabilities, with exposure to both on-premises and cloud environments.

Position Specifics
The initial base salary range for this position is expected to be between $160,000 and $210,000 annually. The final base salary offered will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, depth of experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, our compensation structure may include other components such as commissions and discretionary bonuses.
ePlus offers a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility, employee stock purchase program and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and personal leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an offer of employment is extended.

The ideal candidate will be a licensed PE in Pennsylvania, have a minimum of 6 years of experience and will work within a team of professionals designing, load rating and inspecting bridge structures preferably with PennDOT and PTC. Vestwell’s Summer Non-Tech Internship Program
Now in its fifth year, our Summer Internship Program is a 10-week experience (June 8 to August 10, 2026) offering hands-on exposure across teams including Finance, Conversion Operations, Document Compliance, Partner Success, Retirement Plan Services, Enterprise Relationship Management, Payroll Operations, and National Sales.
Interns work on real projects alongside cross-functional teams, contributing through research, data analysis, and execution on key initiatives. Each intern is supported by a manager and mentor, with regular feedback and guidance. By the end of the program, interns are expected to contribute to a defined deliverable, operate independently within team workflows, and build a strong understanding of Vestwell’s business.
