Overview
We're looking to hire for our Data side of our AI team at Speechify. This role is responsible for all aspects of data collection to support our model training operations. We are able to build high-quality datasets at petabyte-scale and low cost through a tight integration of infrastructure, engineering, and research work. We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join us.

The team
You will be joining the Commercial team which consists of around 50 team members working across markets. Our mission is to ensure that every tenant who is actively looking for accommodation can always find a home through our platform.
Your role & Impact
As our new Growth & Lead Generation Manager, you will act as the technical architect for our automated lead intelligence, finding innovative ways to acquire and process leads. Your core purpose is to build scalable and repeatable acquisition engines that generate qualified leads and convert them into bookings. This role goes beyond merely sourcing leads; you will focus on designing, testing, and scaling lead generation strategies across multiple channels to improve acquisition predictability and support sustainable revenue growth.
In this role, you will take responsibility for small projects or significant portions of larger automated lead intelligence initiatives. You are expected to show initiative, work independently to set your own task priorities, and consistently check in with your manager for feedback. You will also progressively absorb manual lead generation tasks currently handled within operations to build automated pipelines.
