About the Role:

Forget about acronyms like SEO, GEO, AEO or AEO, we care about impact. We're seeking an AI Search Innovation Strategist obsessed with digging into how LLMs build their answers and defining how to measure it. You'll be focused on testing new tools, MCPs, and platforms, evolving SEO discipline to maximize our brand's authority in the next era.

• Own the strategic evolution of core SEO practices by integrating methods to secure our brand’s authoritative presence across all major LLMs and AI search results.
• Lead testing and measurement: Design and execute testing to decipher how established SEO signals influence LLM citations and generative presence.
• Design and maintain the analytical framework to measure AI visibility performance. Proactively integrate new data sources, external and internal, and provide methodologies to ensure accurate reporting.
• Collaborate intensively with Product and Engineering to ensure our data schema, site architecture, and API feeds are optimally engineered for seamless ingestion and prioritization by AI models.
• Continuously evaluate all new LLM releases, AI models, and emerging platforms (including MCPs), translating industry developments into actionable testing strategies.
• Design and execute PR and community conversation strategies to accelerate and measure LLM perception.

About You:

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics or Big Data (STEM degree)
• You bring to the table 3-5 years of relevant experience on SEO, demonstrating ownership, attention to detail, and a proactive, self-motivated approach to problem solving
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills as well as a strong bias towards data-based decision
• Your exceptional written and verbal communication skills enable you to excel in cross-functional collaboration and effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences with varying backgrounds
• Working knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages is required and familiarity with SQL is a plus
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English is a must, while knowledge of additional languages is a valuable asset.

About this Role

We  are looking for a motivated graduate or professional in the early stages of their career, from an economics, statistical or other quantitative discipline, to join our team of Financial Economists and make a positive impact to the global financial market from day one. This role will work in a project team bringing advanced quantitative and data driven techniques to highly complex disputes involving financial markets and securities litigation.

Key Accountabilities

The Financial Economist will work on financial projects that require econometric, statistical or other more quantitative/qualitative financial analysis techniques. Some notable responsibilities will include: 

• Conducting detailed qualitative and quantitative financial analysis of allegations of financial misconduct as part of the delivery of Fideres’ expert consulting mandates
• Data extraction, cleaning, processing, manipulation and management for data heavy projects
• Writing comprehensive reports that summarize the key findings of our analysis in a simple, succinct manner
• Verbally presenting key findings to clients in a manner that allows them to understand both the results and how they impact their own clients
• Communicating with clients and stakeholders in a timely, clear and concise manner
• Taking the initiative in suggesting ways to strengthen the quality of our analysis; with progression to proactively developing new business opportunities
• Keeping on top of market developments to generate new case ideas

Key Skills and Attributes

The successful candidate will have:

• A keen interest in financial markets and a strong belief in fair and transparent markets
• A strong record of academic achievement with a relevant degree(s) in economics, financial economics, statistics or other quantitative subjects (data analysis, mathematics etc.)
• Proficiency with data analysis software and programming experience (e.g., Python, R, Excel)
• Some hands-on experience in complex/big data manipulation, management, and analysis. Experience of database programs (e.g., SQL, Postgres) is a plus
• Solid understanding of data analysis techniques, and statistical inference
• Attention to detail and a commitment to going the extra mile to produce rigorous, accurate work, within the constraints of the time and resources available
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including experience of writing reports and presentations
• Strong communication skills and enjoys building relationships with key stakeholders, has the ability to explain economic concepts and quantitative results, as well as their implications, to non-specialists
• Integrity, and a creative, curious mind
• A high level of accountability, and not afraid to express and opinion and offer new solutions

Interviews

For the majority of our roles, we have a three stage interview process. The main purpose of our interviews is to further assess your technical skills, your communication skills (team and client) and make sure that you have sufficiently researched what we do and the role itself. More generally it is a chance for us to get to know each other better.
