Role
We are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to join our team located in New England. This role will report to the Sales Engineering Manager for the Americas Field Sales team.
You will be responsible for architecting technical solutions that directly address and resolve critical customer pain points.

Copper River Enterprise Services is seeking a skilled Network Security Engineer to support network infrastructure operations in Newport, Rhode Island. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, securing, and maintaining network systems across classified and unclassified environments. The Network Security Engineer will ensure network performance, security compliance, and operational continuity through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Ensure security compliance and provide remote troubleshooting via the Trellix ePO console
- Assist System Administrators with desktop and server issues, related to software installations and other requests
- Configure Trellix products, including ENS Client, ENS Firewall, Threat Prevention, and Access Protection, on Microsoft and Linux endpoints
- Manage the daily DAT cycle on SIPR machines to ensure Comply to Connect (C2C) Cisco compliance
- Installing, testing, and deploying hotfixes and patches for Trellix products to manage vulnerabilities
- Monitor and analyze security events in Splunk and Airlock Digital. Analyst on Duty: Investigate alerts that are triggered in the Splunk Console to determine if a threat or normal activity is allowed in the environment.
- Provide threat detection and incident response to mitigate risks to the Network
- Troubleshoot a wide range of issues Trellix agents maybe have on Newly Imaged machines
- Create exceptions for approved DADMS software
- Building new ePO and RSD Servers to expand the environment and ensure zero downtime in case of outages
Essential Job Qualifications and Requirements:

ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer to join our new team in Quonset, RI. In this role, you will be responsible for work inside & outside the organization to define, develop, and execute processes that deliver high quality & reliable sub-sea components, including connectors, wet cables, mechanical parts, and batteries, for Anduril missions. This role focuses on collaborating and driving early engagement with our design teams and suppliers to meet our quality requirements the first time and to evaluate technologies to assist in the design for manufacturing assessment, supplier technology assessment/development, as well as supplier quality management. Everything comes down to clarity and action with our suppliers and partnering with them for world class results is essential across the supply chain. The right person for this role has knowledge of battery, sub-sea electronics, and wet cable manufacturing, supply management, supplier development, sub-system performance criteria and metrology, and continuous improvement. If you are someone who loves to build world-class quality processes with suppliers, work hands-on with engineering, and be accountable for results, then this role is for you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Partner with our design teams to support the design development process, provide design for manufacturability feedback, and help generate product data (drawings details, BOM information, layouts, test requirements, and part requirements) for battery cells, battery systems and power electronics that lead to supplier quality success. for electrical and mechanical sub-assembly systems
- Leverage your knowledge and expertise of electronics materials, processes, design for manufacturability (DFM), and inspection/measurement techniques to support the internal Anduril design process and ideation. Offer guidance in managing technical risks and oversee the progression from proof of concept and prototyping stages through to scaling up designs for high-volume production within the design development framework
- Drive the supplier quality development processes throughout the product development stages with appropriate engineering and production teams through design reviews, supplier process development, testing, and qualification for components and sub-assemblies for sub-sea components. Review supplier processes and capabilities to ensure alignment to electrical performance & sub-assembly requirements can be achieved, including driving supplier QC processes (i.e. cell compliance before assembly, welded cell block validation, and complete module/pack end-of-line outgoing quality processes match incoming quality checks)
- Partner with development engineering, product quality engineering, Product sourcing engineering, Global Strategic Sourcing and program management to deliver predictable supply to the development programs, production programs, and manage exceptions/containments/deviations for supplier technical performance, particularly in the development phases
- Drive supplier quality readiness by analyzing key and critical characteristics for drawings and supplier specification, develop measurement systems, and supplier qualification activities (PPAP, FAIR, Audit, inspection development, etc.)
- Partner with Global Strategic Sourcing and Product Sourcing Engineering to drive overall supplier performance for cost, quality, delivery and fulfillment of strategic goals for the programs that you will be supporting
- Own the elimination of supplier risk to improve quality & reliability across the product lifecycle. Utilize audits, readiness reviews, and training & documentation to ensure compliance
- Support Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) and Material Review Board (MRB) activities, while owning containments derived from purchased goods
- Review supplier effectiveness of actions and share lessons learned across the product team. Drive supplier corrective action and response (SCAR) process
- Audit the Quality Management System at our suppliers, as it pertains to supplier quality and performance. Define and improve required documentation and activities as needed to ensure Anduril’s compliance to flow-down requirements from customers
- Prepare, support, and lead supplier onsite audits and reviews for contract deliverables for quality management and compliance
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar technical field
- 2+ years of Supplier Quality Engineering, Quality Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering experience in sub-sea electronics, wet cable manufacturing, and battery manufacturing environments with strong problem solving skills
- Experience in Electronic Top Level Assembly (TLA) and PCBA manufacturing processes, test methods & concepts, High voltage systems & Power electronics is a plus
- Experience in scaling supplier capabilities and quality from prototype and proof of concept parts to low rate production to high rate production
- Experience flowing down Source Control requirements to Suppliers
- Experience performing First Article Inspection to AS9102 Industry Standard and ensuring suppliers have control plans and inspection processes that are capable of meeting product requirements. Experience with IPC-A-610/620, IPC-J-STD-001, and MIL-STD-810
- Experience with driving supplier performance and evaluation. Experience with Statement of Work (SOW), quality clauses, intellectual property (IP), and government regulations such as ITAR, etc
- Working knowledge of product development methodologies such as Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) elements such as Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA), quality improvement techniques, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
- A strong ownership mindset with demonstrated capability to drive projects from start to completion
- Analytical skills and experiences for data mining, data quality, metrics generation, issue management systems, and statistical analysis tools (MatLab, JMP, MiniTab, etc)
- Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time to suppliers, sourcing partners, and manufacturing locations
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree in a technical field
- General understanding of engineering concepts, principles, and theory with technical experience demonstrating the application of those concepts while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance such as grounding and fault protection
- Understanding of low voltage and high voltage power electronics and control systems in order to capture system interconnect diagrams and drive cable harnessing designs with proper wire and connector selection
- Understand of Welding Specifications (AWS D1.2 etc.)
- Familiarity with common electrical bus interfaces (CAN, I2C, SPI, Ethernet, RS232/422, RS485, USB)
- Understanding of MIL-STD requirements such as MIL-STD-1275, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-810, MIL-DTL-38999
- Familiarity with standard interfaces such as Ethernet, CAN, I2C, SPI, PCIe, USB, etc.
- Competence with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, thermal chambers, current-probes, and automation of tests
- Process Failure Modes Effects and Analysis (PFMEA) experience and developing source inspection plans and qualifying the inspection process capabilities

ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a Senior Product Sourcing Engineer to join our rapidly growing team in Quonset Point, RI. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic supply network development and cost management of Anduril’s product hardware, across their lifecycles, by collaborating with suppliers and cross-functionally, including stakeholders in engineering, quality, and manufacturing.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Conduct supplier selection for a specific product, leveraging approved supplier list.
- Partner with strategic suppliers to accelerate product development via activities such as:
- Concept scoping to quickly solidify requirements
- Feature trade-off / trade tables
- Total Cost of Ownership modeling
- Joint design development, via clear statements of work
- Simulation of mechanical & electronics designs
- Drive commercial
- Development and execution of sourcing strategy via full market knowledge, supplier rationalization, commodity pricing plan and effective principles to drive efficiency and cost
- Drive the development and consolidation of a manufacturing BOM, working with Quality & Manufacturing, to ramp production internally and with our suppliers with high flexibility
- Accountable for all NPI component procurement, on-time and correctly, to scale up manufacturing operations
- Manage the request for and associated verification of supplier related CAPEX throughout NPI
- Conduct value-stream mapping to optimize supply network lead time and flexibility
- Complete the BOM risk assessment and develop plan per part analysis
- Follow through completion of component qualifications by relevant stakeholders, ahead of production need dates
- Reduce complexity of supply chain through commonality optimization & component/supplier rationalisation
- Lead all cost engineering activities to converge the bottoms-up cost curve to product cost, maximizing the total cost of ownership (TCO) across the product lifecycle
- Manage ad-hoc cost issues e.g., tariffs / import export cost, and cost inflation
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BSME, BSEE) or other related technical degree.
- Ideally has background within:
- Design & development of mechanical and/or electronics devices
- Advanced sourcing activities, including positions working as a commodity/sourcing manager
- Supplier development (technology, process, supply chain, etc.)
- Early supplier engagement, ahead of product/engineering requirement realization
- Domain expertise must include value/procurement engineering or TCO-related work at the component & product level
- Familiarity with developing high-tech products in a high-mix, low-volume environment
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our rapidly growing team in Quonset, RI. In this role, you will be responsible for rapidly iterating and building cutting-edge Autonomous Underwater Vehicles. You will own Design for Manufacturability (DFM), tool design & selection, process creation & optimization, vendor sourcing & interaction, quality planning, and work documentation.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes and equipment
- Design and optimize production processes for efficiency, scalability, and quality
- Create and review technical drawings, blueprints, and process maps
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve quality, and increase productivity
- Utilize Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to enhance manufacturing operations
- Oversee the execution of manufacturing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Quality, and Supply Chain, to ensure smooth production ramp-up for new products
- Collaborate with suppliers to improve material quality and negotiate cost-effective solutions
- Mentor and support junior engineers and manufacturing staff
- Stay abreast of technological advancements and industry trends to drive innovation within the manufacturing processes
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in a technical field such as engineering, math, or a hard science
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant field, preferably manufacturing or design of electromechanical hardware
- Demonstrated ability to creatively deliver electromechanical hardware in a fast-paced environment environment
- Demonstrated technical leadership skills with an expertise in manufacturing
- Personal experience physically manufacturing hardware via any means (machining, fabrication, soldering, assembly, etc.) Work on personal or extracurricular projects is a plus
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in maritime robotics (AUVs, UUVs, USVs, subsea sensors)
- Experience working with electrical systems up to 400VDc
- Subsea cable splicing or fabrication experience
- Experience with pressure vessels and/or industrial pressure test equipment

ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer with an electronic, mechatronic or process engineering background to join our rapidly growing team in Quonset Point, RI. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing Anduril’s manufacturing operations for best-in-class quality, reliability, speed, and asset utilization, all while meeting critical customer and internal development timelines. The Process Engineer will be instrumental in taking a data-driven approach to designing production workstations and manufacturing processes to meet these objectives. Executing on this responsibility will entail active collaboration with Anduril teams across Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Business Operations.
The right person for this role can demonstrate past ownership on solving operational challenges with creative solutions in a fast-paced, resource-limited environment. This person will be flexible to provide support wherever needed to ensure products are built and shipped under stringent quality standards. WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design, document and implement efficient manufacturing processes to meet both new product development (NPI) and full-rate production goals through the development of process workflows and detailed work instructions.
- Proactively identify imbalances and bottlenecks caused by line layout, parts shortages, staffing shortages, and other production constraints by understanding cycle time and Quality metrics.
- Provide technical guidance to the production team as well as act as a liaison between engineering, supply chain and other departments to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with the Quality team to set quality standards, implement inspection processes and analyze product specifications to ensure manufacturing capabilities align with quality requirements.
- Organize and participate in workshops to generate new ideas that solve complex manufacturing issues.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and team engagement.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety within the manufacturing environment.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years experience in a manufacturing environment where complex electrical assemblies were built.
- Solid understanding of hardware manufacturing processes for electronics (PCBAs, sensor hardware, battery power systems, cable harnesses etc.) and electromechanical systems.
- Demonstrated ability to own a product in manufacturing from start to finish; coordinating among multiple internal and external parties to achieve on-time deliveries under stringent quality standards
- Experience analysing material flow around a facility, including pull systems, Kanban, Min/ Max calculations, Part presentation to operator and line-side racking.
- Prior knowledge and interaction with a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for production operations
- Prior knowledge of Oracle, NetSuite or a similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
- Strong technical ability to read technical documentation such as electrical schematic drawings, 3D CAD files,

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our growing team in Quonset, RI. In this role, you will be responsible for rapidly iterating and building cutting-edge Autonomous Underwater Vehicles. This responsibility includes Design for Manufacturability, tool design & selection, process creation & optimization, vendor sourcing & interaction, quality planning, and work documentation associated with the hardware that the Manufacturing Engineer owns.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own a portion or all of the manufacturing value chain for a certain product or set of products
- Write documentation required for successfully manufacturing their hardware at scale, such as work instructions, quality plans, inspection requirements, etc.
- Develop process flows, breaking down large, complex assemblies into a logical part flow of subassemblies and sub-processes
- Work with contract manufacturers across various disciplines (PCBA fab, metal/plastic manufacturing, assembly, etc.) to develop repeatable, sustained processes for quick-turn development as well as at-scale production
- Work with technicians and other engineers in a hands-on fashion building prototype hardware
- Develop novel tooling solutions for fabrication and assembly of structural parts
- Contribute to end-customer hardware mechanical or electrical design, including interconnects, board fabrication and inspection, etc.
- Frequent travel between Quonset/Quincy facilities is expected to facilitate production scale-up activities across both sites
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work within a dynamic team of multidisciplinary engineers and specialists throughout the life of AUV design, integration, and test efforts
- Take on the principal responsibilities of the hands-on troubleshooting, repair, operation, and maintenance of AUVs in the field
- Lead day-to-day local operations for multiple AUV platforms, including conducting pre-mission testing, launch and recovery, vehicle tasking, and data analysis
- Deploy locally in support of at-sea AUV operations from a variety of support vessel types
- Write, review, and execute test plans during sea testing
- Coordinate test execution with 3rd party vendors, partners, and logistics companies
- Author detailed daily operational test reports to document the step-by-step execution of internal and customer facing efforts to test and evaluate AUV platforms and new capabilities
- Support software UI design for AUV systems
- Support user documentation for all aspects of AUV operations, including AUV user guide, mission planning guide, etc.
- Conduct routine design reviews of the platform under test with an eye towards improving operability and reducing learning curve for AUV at-sea operation
- Contribute to next-generation designs and features for the ANDURIL-LD, from identifying areas for improvement to leading test and evaluation efforts for new technology rollouts
- Carryout local AUV operations in Quonset, RI including supporting multiple nearshore sea test days per week
- Potential to travel and support customer facing operations up to 25% of the time
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years experience operating robotic systems at-sea in a commercial or research offshore environment
- Ability to adapt quickly and learn in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Experience with leading on deck operations utilizing ship based crane, a-frame, or dedicated AUV launch and recovery systems
- Experience with Linux and command line interfaces as well as software debugging

ABOUT THE TEAM

We are seeking a Field Test Engineer to join Anduril, working in a cutting-edge start-up environment to advance the state-of-the-possible in subsea robotics.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work within a dynamic team of multidisciplinary engineers and specialists throughout the life of AUV design, integration, and test efforts
- Take on the principal responsibilities of the hands-on troubleshooting, repair, operation, and maintenance of AUVs in the field
- Lead day-to-day local operations for multiple AUV platforms, including conducting pre-mission testing, launch and recovery, vehicle tasking, and data analysis
- Deploy locally in support of at-sea AUV operations from a variety of support vessel types
- Write, review, and execute test plans during sea testing
- Coordinate test execution with 3rd party vendors, partners, and logistics companies
- Author detailed daily operational test reports to document the step-by-step execution of internal and customer facing efforts to test and evaluate AUV platforms and new capabilities
- Support software UI design for AUV systems
- Support user documentation for all aspects of AUV operations, including AUV user guide, mission planning guide, etc.
- Conduct routine design reviews of the platform under test with an eye towards improving operability and reducing learning curve for AUV at-sea operation
- Contribute to next-generation designs and features for the ANDURIL-LD, from identifying areas for improvement to leading test and evaluation efforts for new technology rollouts
- Carryout local AUV operations in Quonset, RI including supporting multiple nearshore sea test days per week
- Potential to travel and support customer facing operations up to 25% of the time
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years experience operating robotic systems at-sea in a commercial or research offshore environment
- Ability to adapt quickly and learn in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Experience with leading on deck operations utilizing ship based crane, a-frame, or dedicated AUV launch and recovery systems
- Experience with Linux and command line interfaces as well as software debugging
- Knowledge of electronics troubleshooting and basic use of test equipment
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Demonstrated experience with subsea operational procedures and equipment
- Excellent communication and customer support skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to be in office in Quonset, RI daily when not deployed
- Ability to potentially deploy up to 25% of the time
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with software development
- Experience integrating subsea acoustic sensors, underwater navigation, and communication systems
- Proficient in reading and understanding engineering drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of offshore HSE policies and best practices
