Director of Strategy & Business Operations

Home Solutions is seeking a Director of Strategy & Business Operations to own and drive high-impact initiatives across our customer acquisition business. This is a senior, cross-functional operator role at the center of the company. You will partner directly with leadership to identify where we should invest, what we should fix, and how we scale profitably. You will not just analyze the business — you will help run it.

As a Director of Strategy & Business Operations, you will lead large initiatives that materially impact revenue, margin, and long-term enterprise value. Projects may span growth strategy, pricing, unit economics, vendor performance, customer experience, new market expansion, cost optimization, process design, and capital allocation. You’ll be expected to move seamlessly between strategy and execution — from diagnosing P&L performance to implementing structural improvements that stick.

Within your first year, you will have taken ownership of a meaningful portion of the business — leading multiple high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that drive sustained P&L improvement across revenue, margin, and marketplace performance. You will serve as a trusted partner to the executive team, shaping strategic priorities and making high-quality trade-off decisions in complex, high-stakes situations. You will have built durable systems, elevated operating standards, and developed team capabilities that increase the company’s long-term leverage — demonstrating smart judgment, leadership, and accountability required to run major components of the business at scale.

What You'll Do

• Own and drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives with clear P&L accountability.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and execute new growth opportunities across channels, markets, and services.
• Set the roadmap for improving unit economics and marketplace efficiency across both consumer and service provider dynamics.
• Identify where we can unlock revenue, expand margins, or eliminate inefficiencies — and lead the implementation.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to improve funnel performance, pricing strategy, and marketplace liquidity.
• Build and oversee the analytical infrastructure (models, dashboards, KPI frameworks) that informs executive decision-making.
• Lead rigorous business cases for major investments, new markets, and expansion bets.
• Monitor core P&L KPIs and proactively surface risks, trade-offs, and opportunities to the executive team.
• Establish scalable systems and processes that strengthen operational discipline as we grow.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to increase team velocity, improve insight quality, and raise performance standards.
• Develop and mentor high-performing operators as the function scales.

This role combines strategic thinking, financial rigor, and hands-on execution. You will be accountable for outcomes — not presentations.

About You

• 4–8+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, strategy, business operations, or senior roles in high-growth companies.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable financial impact.
• Strong P&L fluency — you understand how revenue, costs, pricing, and capital allocation decisions connect.
• Exceptional structured problem-solving and business judgment.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making high-quality decisions with imperfect information.
• Experience building models, evaluating unit economics, and designing performance frameworks.

Job Overview

The Treasury Operations Associate at ATLAS SP plays an important role in helping to optimize the firm’s global operations ranging across bank account management, operational cash management, reporting and transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic role within the Lending Operations group, where you will play a crucial part in optimizing operational performance and shaping the future of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Funding Allocation & Cash Movements:
  Support execution of internal funding and payment movements across legal entities and funding vehicles; maintain and enhance LE payment routing templates; support daily funding execution and resolve payment exceptions, including bank-related holds.
• Debt & CLS Management:
  Support debt and liability activity within centralized liability systems (CLS) and related booking platforms, including booking or monitoring trades and maintaining accurate facility and economic data to support funding, settlement, and reporting.
• Cash Management Systems & Access Governance:
  Support the firm’s Treasury management platform, Kyriba, including account configuration, user onboarding, access entitlements, approval workflows, and signatory changes in accordance with internal controls.
• Reporting, Reconciliations & Controls:

Support daily and ad hoc cash and funding reporting; support monthly reconciliations between Kyriba, bank statements, and the general ledger; monitor and resolve reporting variances and transaction issues; support back leverage facility reporting for external providers

• Bank Outreach & Issue Resolution:
  Support liaison activities with banking partners to resolve account, reporting, and payment inquiries; provide functional support and guidance to internal users.
• Bank Account & Partner Management:
  Support the full lifecycle of global bank accounts, including the opening, closing, and maintenance at both the bank and in Atlas’ cash management systems; manage bank relationships and maintain account master data, and signatories.
• Process Improvement & New Business Support:
  Support new business initiatives by integrating new entities and structures into the funding framework; drive process improvements, documentation, and control enhancements to support Atlas’ increasing complexity and scale.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Treasury Operations, Cash Management, or Financial Operations within a high transactional volume organization
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems, proprietary or vendor sourced, and familiarity with bank account platforms preferred.
• Strong understanding of operational controls
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset; takes ownership and drives initiatives
• Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and project management skills

As Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), you will lead the function during a defining phase of Relay’s growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this is a tactical and strategic leadership role for a proven finance leader to serve as a trusted thought partner and advisor to the senior leadership team. What you’ll do:

You will own Relay’s financial model and the planning infrastructure that collectively inform, guide, and support decision-making across the company. As a hands-on leader, you will:

• Architect and continually advance the financial model to be a strategic tool capable of real-time decision support and proactive scenario planning. This means dialing in on the various critical drivers of our business and developing a deep understanding of how these variables change and impact our P&L.
• Drive the continuous improvement of FP&A planning infrastructure - think systems, tools, processes - to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.  
• Spearhead AI Strategy and Automation into the finance stack to automate routine reporting, streamline and unify disparate data sources, automate manual data orchestration, assist in financial modeling, enhance predictive forecasting accuracy, and identify real-time anomalies in business performance.  
• Own and establish rigor around our monthly and quarterly forecasting with clear variance analysis and action-oriented insights to improve forecasting methodologies and/or business performance.  Extreme ownership and excellence in forecasting are critical to accurately inform expectations for our board, investors, and operating plan.  
• Lead the development and execution of the company’s financial planning process, which means owning the annual operating plan (budget) process end-to-end in close partnership with the senior lead team and ultimately developing a mid-term and long-range plan.
• As a strategic finance leader, you will drive enterprise value-maximizing strategies, evaluate and recommend optimizing our business model (Hardware as a Service), and ultimately develop a mid-term and long-range plan.    
• Manage complex department budgets and headcount planning in close collaboration with cross-functional and go-to-market teams to ensure alignment against plan and efficient scaling. Ultimately, recommend cost-optimization opportunities.   
• Own company-wide KPIs and dashboards. Design and deliver monthly and quarterly business reviews with senior leadership.
• Develop board materials and investor materials, including preparing and presenting diligence materials within fundraising and diligence workstreams. 
• Scale, mentor, and develop a high-performing, world-class FP&A team.  You will exponentially increase engagement and opportunities to serve through interaction with cross-functional leaders.

What you’ll bring:

• Financial acumen: You have 10+ years of progressive experience, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, across FP&A, strategic finance, management consulting, and/or investment banking.  Strong preference to those with management consulting, investment banking, or Corporate FP&A at premier high-growth public or private technology leaders.
• Leadership experience at a B2B SaaS, or combined software/hardware company, preferred.
• Functional expertise: You have proven experience leading planning, forecasting, and reporting efforts for a company of scale with significant experience partnering with go-to-market and cross-functional teams.  You have hands-on experience with complex financial modeling and the ability to produce high-caliber visual presentations.
• Functional experience: You have significant experience in operational finance and have installed and matured financial planning processes to support high growth that are scalable to provide accurate financial capability that enables business success. You are ready to bring public company rigor to high-growth technology companies.
• High velocity operator: You have a bias for action and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, and bring a builder and continuous improvement mentality to designing processes and financial infrastructure that scale with the business.
