IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking a Marketing Manager, Regional Marketing Strategies to lead a team of Regional Marketing Associates. In this role, you will drive the development of high-impact marketing tools and regional initiatives that support our K-12 sales team and strengthen IXL’s presence with districts across the country. #LI-CC1
IXL is entering a new stage of growth. As our platform expands into core curriculum and assessment, and as we pursue more complex district opportunities, regional marketing plays an increasingly strategic role in supporting the field.
As a Marketing Manager, Regional Marketing Strategies, you will lead the field marketing team in developing and executing programs that directly support sales pipeline and revenue growth. You will be a strategic partner to the sales organization, helping adapt national marketing strategy and sales priorities into targeted regional campaigns that resonate with district leaders. In this role, you will guide your team in supporting sales reps with effective marketing tactics while also identifying regional opportunities, shaping messaging, and bringing insights from the field back to the broader organization. Your work will support sales pipeline development, strategic district opportunities, and adoption of IXL’s expanding platform. The ideal candidate is proactive, strategic, collaborative, and passionate about helping educators succeed.
This position requires you to be in our Raleigh, NC, area office.

About the Role
We are hiring a Marketing Programs Manager to execute marketing initiatives across content, events, and campaigns. This role focuses on turning plans into launched programs that support pipeline generation and brand credibility.
You will coordinate campaigns across email, social, web, and conferences while ensuring projects launch on time and are measurable. Events are one channel within the role alongside content publishing and marketing automation.
This is a high ownership role for someone who moves quickly, thinks in systems, and uses AI to work smarter rather than harder.
