Position Summary

This role involves leadership and management and is a key contributor to the SEM and social media advertising efforts, requiring a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and their applications, and people management. You will be responsible for leading a team of Associates and Sr. Associates focusing on campaign execution, reporting and optimization, while also mentoring and supporting junior team members in learning and improving digital marketing capabilities and career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• People Management.
• Stakeholder & Client Management. 
• Account Management.
• Account audit for several accounts. 
• Coach and train junior members.
• Review and sign-off of team output – activation setup, plans, optimizations, reports.
• Continuously test and optimize campaigns for better performance (e.g., A/B testing, audience segmentation).
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and enhance customer engagement throughout the sales funnel to grow sales pipeline and revenue closure.
• Formulate Digital strategy for client’s business and ensure that recommendations and decisions are consistent with client’s objectives and strategies.
• Thought leadership in Digital new age / landscape, tools & tech know-how. 
• Lead and collaborate in coaching, managing, and educating team members.
• Oversee escalation management. 
• Attend client meetings, as needed 

Desired Skills & Experience

• Graduate in any field with 5-10 years of experience in campaign creation and knowledge in various digital media buying platforms
• Must be in Leadership role with atleast a year's experience in managing small teams of size 5+.
• Profound knowledge across multiple search/social platforms - able to understand how the platform works as well as the core and optimization concepts with the ability to apply and communicate learnings effectively and efficiently. 
• Able to execute digital campaigns and report on the learnings 
• Knowledge of KPIs and formulation for cost ranges 
• Strategic planning across multiple digital channels 
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills 
• Detail-oriented, highly organized with the ability to multi-task 
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail

Position Summary

In this role, you will work closely with members of the Programmatic Team to successfully execute, manage, report and optimize programmatic campaigns on multiple platforms across the global Mediabrands.

Responsibilities

Campaign Implementation

• Manage the end-to-end process from brief through to set up, tagging and optimization to ensure report metrics are fully captured 
• Strategize and execute campaigns on our platform and ensure optimal delivery and performance 
• Analyze campaign data to develop insights and strategies for campaign optimization 
• Provide in-depth campaign insights and optimization recommendations for campaign improvement 
• Provide guidance to junior members of the team 
• Be creative: develop and share test and learn campaign optimization strategies to drive learnings and better campaign performance 
• Become a trusted advisor and expert within the programmatic trading field 
• Take an active role in developing broader programmatic strategic recommendations and best practices 
• Get the programmatic newest develop trends in global and local market to build new product and service package for local business 
• Be responsible for the client service and campaign management/operation to achieve the successful programmatic campaign delivery within KPI 
• Maintain good relationship with the partners including Media partners, DSP, Data partner, AD verification 

Strategy 

• Provide recommendations to your Client Services team for use in brief responses. 
• Present industry updates and campaign optimizations to 
• Working with Senior Campaign Manager and Programmatic to execute tests within the DSPs. 
• Update the industry benchmarks according to the Media Plans received. 

Required Skills & Experience

• 8 years professional experience in a related field with hands on end-to-end Programmatic ecosystem/campaign lifecycle and optimization experience along with Team handling capabilities
• Hands on experience and knowledge in programmatic trading • Deep understanding of DSPs/SSPs, RTB, ad exchanges, DMPs, audience targeting, Ad Verification Partners 
• Experience in campaign implementation, optimization and reporting, experience with response driven/demand generation campaigns 
• Understanding of the digital media ecosystem and technology including ad tagging and site analytics 
• Knowledge and passion for overall digital marketing crafts: digital display, digital branding, digital direct response, SEM, video & mobile 
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment - harvest vast amounts of information, news, data, and research and distil the most important/relevant information for your agency team and their clients 
• Well organized and capable of managing your time effectively 
• A good communicator with great listening and interpersonal skills
