Position Summary

Delivery Analyst delivers data, data products, and information that drive our client’s multi-channel marketing capabilities. They understand the details of our client’s data and Acxiom’s products to ensure that our clients and / or third party vendors receive clean, enhanced, segmented, ready-tomarket data. Delivery Analysts strive daily to improve quality, and adhere to standard processes and procedures. They work with clients and / or third-party vendors to begin to understand requirements and escalate issues with a focus on maintaining a seamless process flow. Analyzes, troubleshoots and modifies/changes processes and data to ensure efficient delivery of services to Acxiom clients. Maintains a broad understanding of Acxiom's processing and product capabilities and utilizes that understanding to optimize delivery of services.

Responsibilities

Point-of-contact for clients with business solution definition through campaign management and business intelligence tools and/or processes

• Audit post-production changes to ensure service level agreement compliance

• Execute complex campaigns which may include, but is not limited to, the review of campaign specifications, working with clients to validate and obtain sign-off of client deliverables and dynamic campaign execution

• Develop, maintain and improve client relationship through increased client communications. May have campaign and/or reporting specialty and may be point of contact for some client campaigns

• Ensure compliance with established procedures, project requirements, and service level agreements through audits

• Provide consultation, support, communication and training to teams and clients on campaign management tools and / or processes

• Provide issue resolution which may include, but is not limited to, tool errors that require escalation and data integrity issues

• Responsible for application administration (extraction). Identify, recommend and document code changes or makes appropriate code changes. Construct and/or enhance data documentation as needed. Change processes for clients through established change management procedures

• Investigate and advise clients on potential processing efficiencies, redundancies and/or optimum use of data. Drive and share best practices, adoption of standards and lessons learned with internal Acxiom team

Position Summary

This role involves leadership and management and is a key contributor to the SEM and social media advertising efforts, requiring a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and their applications, and people management. You will be responsible for leading a team of Associates and Sr. Associates focusing on campaign execution, reporting and optimization, while also mentoring and supporting junior team members in learning and improving digital marketing capabilities and career growth.

• Review and sign-off of team output – activation setup, plans, optimizations, reports.
• Continuously test and optimize campaigns for better performance (e.g., A/B testing, audience segmentation).
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and enhance customer engagement throughout the sales funnel to grow sales pipeline and revenue closure.
• Formulate Digital strategy for client’s business and ensure that recommendations and decisions are consistent with client’s objectives and strategies.
• Thought leadership in Digital new age / landscape, tools & tech know-how. 
• Lead and collaborate in coaching, managing, and educating team members.
• Oversee escalation management. 
• Attend client meetings, as needed 

Desired Skills & Experience

• Graduate in any field with 5-10 years of experience in campaign creation and knowledge in various digital media buying platforms
• Must be in Leadership role with atleast a year's experience in managing small teams of size 5+.
• Profound knowledge across multiple search/social platforms - able to understand how the platform works as well as the core and optimization concepts with the ability to apply and communicate learnings effectively and efficiently. 
• Able to execute digital campaigns and report on the learnings 
• Knowledge of KPIs and formulation for cost ranges 
• Strategic planning across multiple digital channels 
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills 
• Detail-oriented, highly organized with the ability to multi-task 
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail

Position Overview

Integrates Acxiom and third party software to create solutions to business problems defined by specific business requirements. Draws upon technical and data processing knowledge to solve moderately complex marketing and data warehousing problems on very large volumes of data. A Solution Developer may: • configure or tune Acxiom or third party software • develop automation to tie components together • develop custom application code to accommodate specific business requirements or collaborate with others to add extensions to existing Acxiom software A Solution Developer may also be responsible for new development, ongoing maintenance, support, and optimization working closely with accounts teams who are utilizing the solution.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understands requirements to build, enhance, or integrate programs and processes for one or more Acxiom Client solutions and/or applications. Able to read and interpret application design and functional specifications to write application code.

• Provides input on functional requirements and participates /presents review code in code review sessions. Helps accurately estimate requirements in order to deliver client solutions within time, and quality standards.

• Utilizes standard /Acxiom methodologies to ensure overall solution and data integrity is maintained.

• Understands Acxiom solution software. Defines solutions standards, policies and procedures. • Identifies and diagnoses areas of maintenance and process improvement. • Responds to client/stakeholder problems in a timely manner, prioritizing multiple issue response based on the severity of the case. 

• Using a relevant software language, develops/ executes unit test cases and tests software applications that fulfill functional specifications using an IDE. Documents and interpret test results and correct application coding errors

• Completes application development task for duration (Level of Effort >20hours and <=160 hour task) programming requirements with limited or no assistance from peers • Balance multiple small projects and works on larger projects with minimal guidance from more experienced developers to meet due dates and deadlines.

 • Maintains Develops subject matter expertise in Acxiom technologies, verticals and lines of business in order to help align client business needs to products, solutions and services offered. • Documents and shares best practices and case studies.
