So, what’s the role all about?
As a Specialist Automation Engineer. You will be part of a cross-functional Scrum team that develops and supports specific components of our end product. You will be working hand in hand with the other R&D people. You will be involved in new feature development; provide input to POs and developers on the correct behavior of the system. You own the quality of the product, taking full responsibility for all functional – but also non-functional – aspects, like performance, stability, security, and maintainability. Serve as the quality leader for the group and is accountable for the product quality. Drive the team for continues improvement and innovate with quality assurance practices.
How will you make an impact?
Drive an AI-first quality mindset, leveraging automation and data insights to improve testing, defect detection, and overall product quality
Design and execute AI-assisted test strategies (manual, automation, unit, integration, E2E, exploratory) for web and backend to ensure strong coverage
Own end-to-end quality of modules and releases, ensuring standards, reliability, and customer expectations are met
Identify defects early, proactively diagnose issues, and continuously improve test coverage and risk mitigation
Lead test automation efforts and define QA strategy, deliverables, and ownership across the team
Contribute to Discovery and Epic reviews, partner with stakeholders to identify risks, shape requirements, and ensure environment readiness and stability
Have you got what it takes?
B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Industrial, or Electronics Engineering
8–11 years of experience as an Automation QA Engineer
Strong experience in test planning and execution for scalable applications
Hands-on with Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript); knowledge of Java/JavaScript is a plus
Experience with AI-driven testing approaches and test management tools (TestLink, Xray)
Good understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies
Experience with API testing (Postman), SQL, and microservices architecture
Familiarity with virtual environments, Windows, and shell operations
Hands-on in functional and non-functional testing with a strong quality mindset
You will have an advantage if you also have:
Experience in web & backend testing
Knowledge of HTTP and cloud (AWS preferred)
Exposure to Telecom/UC systems
Experience in risk-based testing & CI/CD
ISTQB/ISEB/TMap certification is a plus

We are currently seeking a Security Operations Analyst to join our Information & Risk Team! The SecOps Analyst will have the opportunity to help take Addepar’s Security and Risk Program to the next level, through insights based on our current state. In this role, this person will work as part of the Security Operations function to investigate security alerts, develop new monitoring strategies, and work with the wider business as part of our Vulnerability Management program. The candidate will also work to document and analyse existing critical operational processes, owners and controls, and help find opportunities to optimise those controls, increase security and reduce risk. As a Product Owner within Employee Engagement Manager (EEM), you will help define requirements for an intelligent intraday management tool focused on innovation, automation, and empowerment. EEM Product Owners work with both Product Managers and R&D to define product requirements which will evolve the workforce management space. This role will include reviewing Private Fund statements, modifying data that has been incorrectly extracted by our machine learning models, and reprocessing the data within SLAs. So, what’s the role all about?
As a member of the Cloud Security team, a successful Specialist Cloud Security Engineer will need to be self-sufficient to collaborate effectively with multiple teams, such as Application Support, Infrastructure Operations, DevOps, Product R&D, Security teams, customers and 3rd party auditors. This role will hold the responsibility to implement, manage, and operate the various technical tools that NiCE uses to secure and protect the NiCE Cloud. A strong technical background is required, with expectations for broad experience in security controls such as Vulnerability Management, Incident Response, CNAPP, SIEM, IAM, Threat Hunting, and other similar technologies, as well as the ability to provide consulting services to other teams within the organization. A successful candidate in this role will also be able to work in a production cloud environment to collect and curate audit evidence and explain it to anyone who asks for it. Strong communication skills are essential, and experience with Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) is a big plus!

Our RUN department, international in scope (EMEA, AMER, APAC) and in full growth, is made up of around fifty experts leveraging IVALUA procurement solutions for our customers post go-live. The team is still growing in order to guarantee the satisfaction of a growing number of customers.
ROLE:
Here at Ivalua, we are currently looking for a Customer Application Engineer. You will be reporting to the RUN Manager of the technical customer support team and you will be responsible for managing the customer relationship on the maintenance of the applications in operational and technical terms. You will own enhancements, Upgrades and Application Performance Tuning Activates. You will be trained and certified on our Buyer application (SaaS Source-to-Pay software package).

About the Role:
As a Product Owner at Abacus Insights, you will play a pivotal role in bringing to market a cutting-edge cloud data platform which enables an industry leading data usability for healthcare payers, ultimately enabling them to turn their vast data into insights that drive improved outcomes. This role requires a robust background in software development or data engineering to effectively translate high-level product vision and customer needs into detailed requirements. You will be working collaboratively with engineering and stakeholders from across the organization to ensure the development of features that optimize value and meet customer needs. As a key member of the product team, you will be responsible for managing Abacus products throughout their lifecycle to include opportunity identification, demand intake, roadmap management, requirement development and analysis, story grooming, design reviews, product acceptance, go-to-market, and sunset planning. This role requires a person who can successfully manage across all aspects of product management while keeping focused on delivering true customer ROI and excelling as a technical translator of business need into technical specifications.

The RUN team, international in scope (EMEA, AMER, APAC) and in full growth, is made up of around fifty experts and is still growing in order to guarantee the satisfaction of a growing number of customers.
ROLE:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Solution Architect at Ivalua. You will be reporting to Sr. Director, RUN and you will present to our clients the new version of the application and its latest features, identify potential gaps between the client’s existing application and the targeted version for the upgrade, recommend design changes to address these gaps, and coordinate with client throughout the Upgrade phase. Your excellent functional and technical knowledge of the Ivalua application will allow you understand the impacts of upgrading existing client applications, in order to propose the best possible migration. You will also be collaborating closely with the Customer Success Manager, the R&D Upgrade team and the RUN team to help them grow the value of the Application Upgrade for the clients and ensure eventually the success of the Upgrade in Production. You will be in charge of formalizing the macro-planning and migration path of the Upgrade guaranteeing good user experience, appropriate business coverage (non-regression and innovation), change management, high performance and security levels.
