Role Overview

Role
We are looking for a Senior Threat Researcher to join our Threat Detection Group within ThreatLabz. This is Hybrid role, reporting to a leader in ThreatLabz Team . You will track the evolving threat landscape, analysing emerging threats and identifying TTPs to develop critical detection and protection signatures. As part of our world-class research arm, you will ensure millions of global users remain protected through advanced malware research and behavioural analysis.

Analyse browser-based threats, including HTML smuggling and phishing, to develop robust protections
Research vulnerabilities across OWASP, Web API, and LLM Top 10 to author prevention signatures
Conduct static and dynamic malware analysis to mitigate emerging threats and C2 frameworks

2+ years of dedicated experience in Cyber Security Research with expertise in web attack and DOM/JS analysis
Proficiency in browser security and analysing/deconstructing payloads within browser environments
Hands-on experience with malware debugging and reverse engineering using tools like IDA, x64dbg, or Ollydbg
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, Application layer protocols, and vulnerabilities across OWASP and LLM Top 10
Experience with automation scripting in Python, Ruby, Go, or Shell to synthesise threat intelligence

We’re looking for a highly skilled Platform Engineer to help scale and strengthen our Kubernetes-based production environment. In this role, you’ll take ownership of platform reliability, performance, and observability while working hands-on across Kubernetes, GCP, Terraform, and modern infrastructure automation. You’ll collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams to influence architecture decisions, solve complex performance challenges, and design resilient, scalable systems that support our growing platform. About the Role
As a Production Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting reliable, scalable systems for Veeam's Data Cloud platform. Responsibilities:

Work closely with Domain experts, Data scientists, Architects, Product managers and Product Engineers to design and implement Analytics products.
As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for writing clean, high performance and scalable code across different frameworks and languages.
Work in fast paced Agile teams and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
Work with QA teams to align on test planning and help in test executions.
Candidates must possess the following skills and traits:
4 to 6 years of experience with at least 1 year hands on experience with writing SQL queries.
Expertise in Java & Javascript & SQL.
Familiarity with AWS Cloud Data storage and processing services - S3, Glue, Athena, Redshift, RDS, Elastic Search, Kafka/Kinesis, SQS, SNS etc.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and containerization (Kubernetes).
Strong understanding of event-driven architecture and asynchronous messaging
Exposure to Javascript, GraphQL, Vert.x, Rx/Java would be preferred.
Analytical thinking and collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
Experience working in an Agile environment with teams distributed across US and India
Strong Computer Science fundamentals: Data Structures and Algorithms

The Role
We are looking for an elite engineer who builds like a hacker and communicates like a consultant. You will not just be building models in a notebook; you will be deployed to the front lines to build, architect, and ship end-to-end Agentic AI products directly for our most strategic customers.
This is a high-stakes role. You will face "tricky" customers who have vague requirements and high expectations. Your job is to translate their chaos into technical order, write production-grade code, and deploy autonomous agents that solve their actual business problems.
What You Will Do
Design and ship full-stack AI applications. You own the pipeline from data ingestion to the LLM inference layer to the frontend interface.
Architect autonomous agentic workflows (using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or custom implementations) that can reason, plan, and execute complex tasks.
Write robust, clean, and highly testable code (Python/Typescript). "It works on my machine" is not acceptable; it must work in the customer's restricted cloud environment.
Handle DevOps and MLOps constraints: Dockerizing agents, managing Kubernetes clusters, and optimizing inference latency.
Serve as the technical face of the company for our most demanding accounts.
Navigate complex stakeholder environments. You will push back on unrealistic demands, clarify ambiguous requirements, and steer "tricky" customers toward technically feasible solutions without breaking rapport.
Translate technical constraints into business value for non-technical executives.
Generate high-quality data for our customers and ability to review the data generated by other experts. This is one of the most critical aspects of the role.

About the Role
We are seeking a Data Governance & AI Trust Manager to define and operationalize the governance framework that enables high‑quality, well‑governed data to safely and effectively power GenAI agents, copilots, and analytics across the company.
As the organization accelerates adoption of Generative AI, the quality, structure, provenance, and clarity of corporate operating data have become critical enablers of AI performance, trustworthiness, and value. This role exists to ensure that the company’s operating data ecosystem is intentionally designed, consistently governed, and fit for AI‑enabled use cases, rather than fragmented, ambiguous, or ad‑hoc.
This role reports to the CISO & CIO and operates as a cross‑functional data governance authority across all company content. It does not own or manage the data itself; content ownership remains with business and platform owners. Instead, this role defines the standards, policies, and operating expectations under which data is created, managed, shared, retained, and made eligible for analytics and GenAI use.
A core responsibility of the role is to set the vision for the company’s internal data ecosystem—including how platforms such as SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, Slack, Teams, and related systems should be used together—and to establish clear operational standards (for example, when content belongs in SharePoint versus Confluence, and how that decision impacts AI use).
Governance is expected to be operationalized through native platform controls and existing enterprise tooling, rather than through standalone or heavyweight governance systems. The role translates governance principles into practical, enforceable standards that improve data quality, reduce ambiguity, and materially improve GenAI outcomes.
This is not a traditional data engineering or compliance analyst role. Success requires strong program ownership, the ability to drive cross‑functional alignment without direct authority, and sound judgment at the intersection of data quality, AI trust, security, and business operations.

Overview
The Ad Exchange development team at GumGum is responsible for the technical development and operations of our Ad Exchange technology. The Ad Exchange software handles a high volume of requests (40 million requests per minute) and is a highly distributed Java web service. Our team currently uses technologies such as Java, Spring, MySQL, Kafka, Aerospike, ScyllaDb, Memcached, and more.
This role works with product managers and various engineering teams to deliver on priorities for the company, making a significant impact on a key revenue stream for the business. You’ll be expected to take ownership of complex features, mentor engineers, and influence technical direction while collaborating with cross-functional partners across Product, Design, DevOps, Data Engineering and other teams.
