About the Role
We are seeking a high‑potential Sales Operations Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional with ~4-5 years of experience who is passionate about leveraging data to drive business outcomes.
In this role, you will operate at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and revenue growth, partnering closely with Sales leadership to shape decisions through data-driven insights and storytelling. You will gain high visibility, work on critical business initiatives, and develop a strong foundation in sales strategy and operations.

Your day to day
- Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting (Excel, BI tools) to track sales and revenue performance — analyzing sales pipeline, historical, and real-time data to surface trends, develop forecasts, and inform pipeline and revenue planning
- Support sales operations, including weekly sales calls, CRM documentation, and ongoing RFP responses
- Provide day-to-day sales support to the Sales Director team, including assistance with demos, sales collateral, deal-related analytics, and troubleshooting CRM/tooling issues
- Support pricing and deal economics analysis — understand margin implications and contribute to pricing strategy for our data products
- Research emerging healthcare topics and the evolving needs of payers to translate findings into actionable insights that inform decisions across Sales, Product, and executive leadership
- Create executive presentations and sales decks with clear, data-driven narratives
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and GTM teams on analysis and strategy
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports
- Assist Sales Directors with additional sales support activities, including preparing and refining demo environments, maintaining and customizing sales collateral, and producing ad hoc deal and account analytics
What you bring to the team
- ~4-5 years of relevant experience in analytics, consulting, or sales operations
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (advanced); exposure to SQL / BI tools preferred
- Baseline financial and business acumen — comfortable with concepts like unit economics, margin, pricing, and financial reporting
- Ability to synthesize data into insights and executive-ready communication
- Demonstrated learning agility, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
- Strong communicator who can turn complex analysis into executive-ready narratives
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.

Work arrangements
- Standard hours: 9 hours/day, 5 days/week
- Location: Pune, Hybrid (3 days a week in office); must be able to work U.S. hours (Eastern Time)
- Shift: This role requires alignment with U.S. business hours (Eastern Time) to support Sales leadership and the Sales Director team in real time. Specific working hours may vary based on business needs.
