What You’ll Do and How You’ll Have an Impact

What We’re Looking For

• Experience developing solutions in various programming languages.
• Strong working knowledge of C#, .NET 6+, .NET Framework, MS SQL, TypeScript, React, MVC, and ASP.NET.
• Knowledge of web service technologies and building REST APIs.
• Enjoy building production-grade code, then supporting and maintaining it once it goes live.
• Courage to dig in, refactor existing code, and explore new technology.
• Comfortable in code reviewing other engineers’ code and participating in technical designs.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end business solutions.
• B.E. / B.S. degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Managing accounts during integration
  • Working with Products, Tech team and understand different product flow
  • Attending meetings/con calls with Merchant's Tech/Business team
  • Understanding Merchant's flow, requirements and suggesting the solution to them
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve the merchant integration Issue.
  • Taking ownership of customer/merchant issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution

Skillset required

Role Summary

We are seeking a Principal Engineer (.NET) to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable, high-performance SaaS platforms. This role merges technical expertise with strategic leadership, ensuring robust system design and engineering excellence while facilitating communication between our Pune and Boston (US) teams.

As a senior technical leader, you will oversee complex team initiatives, set architectural direction, and guide the development of solutions using the Microsoft technology stack.

Product & Technical Context

• Large-scale SaaS / enterprise platforms
• Backend: .NET / .NET Core (C#), ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework ● Architecture: Microservices, distributed systems, event-driven architecture ● Cloud: Microsoft Azure (preferred) or AWS.
