Senior Oncology Account Manager, Puerto Rico

Revolution Medicines is a late-stage clinical oncology company developing novel targeted therapies for patients with RAS-addicted cancers. The company’s R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins. The company’s RAS(ON) inhibitors daraxonrasib (RMC-6236), a RAS(ON) multi-selective inhibitor; elironrasib (RMC-6291), a RAS(ON) G12C-selective inhibitor; zoldonrasib (RMC-9805), a RAS(ON) G12D-selective inhibitor; and RMC-5127, a RAS(ON) G12V-selective inhibitor, are currently in clinical development. As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding professionals in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway.
The Opportunity:
The Senior Oncology Account Manager is responsible for the direct promotion of Revolution Medicines’ products and for building strong professional relationships with key customers and stakeholders, including private practices, medical group practices, hospitals/academic medical centers, and office ancillary staff involved in the care of cancer patients. The Senior Oncology Account Manager will act as both a clinical and business leader who exemplifies the values of Revolution Medicines by providing approved disease and product information, as well as resources, to key decision-makers and stakeholders within their assigned territory. This position reports directly to the Area Business Director.
Primary responsibilities of the Sr. Oncology Account Manager are summarized below.

Effectively markets Revolution Medicines’ product portfolio in the designated territory.

Responsible for exceeding assigned performance goals for the territory by effectively positioning the benefits and use of RevMed’s products for appropriate patients.

Exhibits effective time management by directing efforts towards engagements that drive brand value and prioritizing activities that positively impact patients.

Partners with key internal stakeholders to remove barriers to care, ensuring every eligible patient receives timely access to RevMed products.

Demonstrates the ability to flex between virtual and in-person engagements and develop business plan considering account communication preferences.

Ability to analyze key market data points and action insights into effective business planning and implements these plans by engaging key targets via call optimization and resource utilization.

Develops deep, sustained customer relationships across assigned accounts and proactively challenges customers through innovative, value-driven solutions.

Represent RevMed’s brands in a professional, compliant, ethical, and effective manner.

Exhibits a thorough understanding of disease states, Revolution Medicine’s products, and relevant competitor offerings and effectively articulates value across all communication channels (i.e. digital, live, etc.).

Possess comprehensive understanding of the reimbursement process and fulfillment pathways for oral oncolytics.

Demonstrates highly effective territory management and superior selling competencies.

Required Skills, Experience, and Education:

MA/MS/BA/BS degree and 20 years of biopharma industry experience.

15+ years prior experience in oncology product sales.
-
Proven track record of product launch success in the oncology therapeutic space.

Oral Oncolytic product launch experience.
-
Experience launching oncology products with companion diagnostics.

Proven performer in highly competitive marketplaces.

Proven performer in solo-representative selling environments.
-
Demonstrated success operating in small/midsize biotechnology environments.

Ability to meet territorial travel requirements.
-
Ability to travel to meetings/training/programs, as necessary.

Proven effectiveness in highly collaborative & cross-functional working environments.

Valid driver's license.

Must permanently reside in the territory for which they are accountable.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in the GI and/or NSCLC oncology space.

The base pay salary range for this full-time position is listed below. What You’ll Do
Location: Puerto Rico (remote)
Travel: 80% travel across LATAM, Central/South America, Caribbean
Reports to: Service Delivery Manager, Latin America
- Lead end-to-end deployments, acting as primary point of contact post-sale. This includes pre-deployment planning, hardware logistics, stakeholder alignment, on-site support, and go-live enablement.
- Deliver role-based training to customer drone teams, public safety operators, command staff, and IT teams. Tailor delivery to non-technical and highly technical audiences.
- Guide customers in creating operational policies and workflows that integrate Dedrone systems with broader agency technology stacks, including Axon Evidence, body-worn cameras, and in-car video systems.
- Coordinate and manage third-party training and integration vendors, ensuring accountability and delivery quality.
- Conduct site assessments to inform hardware placement and operational design.
- Build, iterate, and maintain deployment documentation, SOP templates, training plans, and internal handoffs.
- Provide post-deployment monitoring and escalation, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on success metrics, issues, and resolutions.
- Capture and relay customer feature requests, bug reports, or process gaps to Product and Engineering teams.
- Attend strategic customer meetings with Sales to provide technical validation and deployment context.
- Lead or assist in POCs, including setup, training, validation of success criteria, and customer debriefs.
- Support RFP/RFI responses with technical and services detail.
- Draft or validate Statements of Work (SOW) based on scoped deployment complexity and customer readiness.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in customer-facing roles (Professional Services, Field Engineering, Sales Engineering, Deployment)
- Direct experience deploying hardware/software solutions in complex operational environments
- Understanding of drone systems, airspace management, RF sensing, or UAS programs (FAA Part 107 certification preferred or obtained within 3 months)
- Deep familiarity with IP networking, SNMP, DHCP, PoE, Linux CLI, and basic system administration
- Confident training presence; able to present technical workflows clearly to executives, end users, and technical teams alike
- Experience working with public safety agencies, particularly law enforcement or security operations
- Project and stakeholder management skills; ability to own a deployment from kickoff to success
- A passion for emerging technology, safety, and customer success
- Willingness to travel heavily and adapt to dynamic customer needs in the field
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and must be physically capable of climbing ladders, stairs, and working in an elevated environment

Your Impact
As the In-Market Product Manager for LATAM & Puerto Rico, you will lead the definition and execution of Axon’s product strategy across the region — spanning our Digital Evidence Management (DEMs) and Devices portfolios.
You will be responsible for translating the realities of diverse public safety ecosystems across LATAM — including federal, state, and municipal agencies — into clear, actionable direction for our global product teams. You’ll partner closely with regional Sales and Customer Success teams to identify opportunities, shape tenders and procurement processes, and drive adoption, while ensuring Product and Engineering remain aligned to what’s feasible and high-impact.
This is a highly autonomous role requiring a blend of market fluency, technical breadth, and disciplined execution. You’ll represent regional needs within Axon, balancing the urgency of field operations with the rigor of product development.
What You’ll Do
Location: Remotely from Puerto Rico and on the road 35% of time
Reports to: Sr Director, International Product Management
- Lead Axon’s Expansion in LATAM & Puerto Rico: Define and execute the strategy for introducing and scaling Axon’s full ecosystem — from body cameras to digital evidence management — across the region.
- Core Product Discovery: Truly discover user and regional need and VoC to ideate and build out comprehensive engineering and product briefs
- Core Product Management: Work directly with distributed Engineering and Product teams to build localized features or iterations end to end to deliver market value at speed.
- Partner with Customers and Sales: Work directly with agencies and Axon’s regional sales team to uncover operational needs and translate them into clear product priorities.
- Shape Product Strategy: Represent LATAM realities in global product planning, ensuring our roadmaps reflect regional constraints (e.g., infrastructure variability, procurement models, regulatory environments) and deliver meaningful impact in the field.
- Bridge Sales and Product: Bring clarity and structure to fast-moving, multi-country deals. Align what’s promised externally with what can be delivered internally, ensuring precision and follow-through.
- Drive Tender Success: Engage early in regional tenders and RFPs to shape requirements, guide proposal strategy, and position Axon to win high-impact opportunities.
- Champion Axon’s Ecosystem: Act as the regional advocate for Axon’s technology, demonstrating how our connected, cloud-first solutions transform public safety outcomes.
Experience
- 6+ years in product management, with direct experience engaging customers and translating field needs into product outcomes.
- Proven experience building projects E2E.
- Proven ability to operate autonomously in complex, cross-functional environments and manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Experience spanning both software and hardware products; familiarity with SaaS, Cloud, or IoT ecosystems is a strong plus.

What You Bring to the Team:
- Ability to meet and exceed aggressive sales goals.
