THE ROLE
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications using modern front-end frameworks and technologies.
- Collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Translate UI/UX wireframes into functional, high-quality code.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and accessibility.
- Implement best practices in coding, testing, and performance optimization.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging tools, and front-end development best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across browsers and devices.
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
- Proficiency in Angular (v15+) andTypeScript, with experience contributing to the development and maintenance of frontend applications
- Working knowledge of reactive programming, including practical use of RxJS and a state management approach (e.g., NgRx or Signals)
- Experience building responsive and accessible user interfaces using HTML5 and CSS/SCSS
- Ability to work with RESTful APIs, including integrating frontend applications with backend services
- Experience writing clear, maintainable, and testable code, with familiarity using testing tools to support code quality
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues, applying structured problem-solving approaches
- Experience collaborating with others using version control and shared design/work management tools

Senior Fullstack Engineer with a frontend focus (Angular)

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and reusable frontend systems that form the foundation of our UI platform, supporting organization-wide frontend development needs and directly enhancing user experience and platform reliability.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and fellow engineers to translate design concepts and user requirements into high-quality, functional code.
- Lead the entire feature development lifecycle, from initial ideation and technical design to implementation and deployment, ensuring a high standard of code quality and performance.
- Optimize our web applications for peak performance and responsiveness, ensuring a consistent and seamless experience for customers, regardless of their device or browser.
- Take ownership of key projects that directly impact the usability and security of our cloud platform, ensuring customers can safely and easily manage their data storage.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience in a full-stack or frontend-focused capacity, specifically building customer-facing SaaS or cloud platforms.
- Advanced Frontend Expertise: TypeScript and JavaScript frameworks (such as Angular or React) with a proven ability to architect asynchronous logic and manage complex module bundling.
- Modern Web Fundamentals: A strong command of HTML and CSS/Sass, with a deep understanding of layout, specificity, and accessibility best practices for building cross-browser compatible applications.
- Responsive Design & UX: A track record of engineering high-performance, responsive web applications that ensure a seamless user experience across a diverse range of devices and screen sizes.
- Cloud-Native Proficiency: Practical experience working within Kubernetes and AWS environments to deploy and manage scalable, modern web services.
- Technical Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to quickly ingest and apply new technologies, frameworks, and engineering best practices to a fast-evolving product ecosystem.
- Office Presence: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague, Czechia office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

Your Role – GenAI Engineer
- Support the development of scalable Python applications focused on GenAI

Your Role – Senior GenAI Engineer
- Design and implement scalable and production ready Python applications focusing on GenAI, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs) and vector searching, to enhance data processing and document search capabilities.
- Employ innovative methods for document chunking and embedding to achieve optimal search performance and relevance.
- Ideally develop intuitive user interfaces using Angular or React
- Ideally maintain deployment artifacts based on Docker, Terraform and GitHub actions
- Work within a cross-functional team to integrate GenAI technologies into applications, exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand client needs and project requirements, translating them into technical specifications and innovative solutions
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment, maintaining high standards of quality and security in all development activities.
Skills and Expertise
- 5+ years experience in writing enterprise-grade scalable Python applications, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
- 1+ year in developing and deploying client solutions supported by GenAI technologies
- Expertise in the application of large language models and vector search technologies, with the ability to apply these tools to solve complex data retrieval and analysis challenges.
- Demonstrated experience in applying different architectures and methodologies to extract, chunk, and embed unstructured data for optimal search results, showcasing a deep understanding of data processing and optimization techniques for GenAI retrieval.
- Demonstrated experience in applying various approaches to avoid “false positives” during retrieval process
- Proficiency in frontend development using Angular or React is considered a plus, with the ability to create engaging user interfaces that complement AI-powered applications.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure management and deployment (Docker, Terraform, Github Actions) is considered a plus
- Familiarity with Azure infrastructure (networking resources, monitoring and observability) is considered plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a creative and innovative approach to overcoming technical challenges and delivering solutions that meet client needs and project objectives.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working effectively in a team environment and interacting with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
