How You'll Make an Impact:
Cloudbeds is looking for a Product Manager to own and evolve the core accounting and financial operations systems that power the Cloudbeds platform. This role sits at the intersection of hospitality operations and accounting, shaping how tens of thousands of properties worldwide handle folio transactions, record money movements, close their books, and integrate with downstream financial systems.
You will be responsible for defining the product vision and execution strategy for the financial backbone of Cloudbeds, ensuring accuracy, auditability, and scalability while supporting diverse operational workflows across regions, property types, and accounting practices.

What You Bring to the Team:
- Own the strategy and lead the execution of our financial operations & accounting products within the Cloudbeds Platform
- Lead accounting integrations from end to end, with a focus on platform extensibility, clear documentation, and an excellent developer experience for partners and customers
- Drive user discovery to deeply understand workflows, constraints, and pain points
- Translate business and customer needs into concise and detailed product requirements
- Use data to validate hypotheses and to justify product decisions
- Define success metrics and track progress throughout the product life cycle
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and integration partners to deliver world-class products
What Sets You Up for Success:
- 5+ years of product management experience with SaaS products in finance, accounting, payments, or other high-trust systems
- 2+ years of experience collaborating with fully remote, international multi-disciplinary teams
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals
- Strong critical and analytical skills to solve real customer problems
- Ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences
- Demonstrated ability to use AI thoughtfully as a force multiplier, while applying sound product judgement for final outputs
- Curiosity to learn new things and challenge the status quo
- Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field
Bonus Skills to Stand Out (Optional):
- Prior experience in the hospitality or travel industry
- Knowledge of hospitality-specific accounting software ecosystems and integrations
- Experience building PMS, ERP, or accounting products

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Cloudbeds, your goal is to constantly improve and scale our SaaS platform to deliver an exceptional experience to hoteliers and their guests worldwide. You'll own the creation, monitoring, automation, and support of our cloud infrastructure and delivery pipelines — enabling product teams to ship high-quality software with speed and confidence. What You Bring to the Team:
- Architect, improve, and scale Cloudbeds' cloud infrastructure on AWS, with a focus on reliability, security, and performance
- Build and evolve our Kubernetes (EKS) platform, driving adoption of containerization best practices across engineering teams
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD) that enable fast, reliable software delivery
- Partner with product and engineering teams to drive projects to production, sharing DevOps expertise and ensuring strong environment configuration from the infrastructure side
- Maintain and improve monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure platform health and rapid incident response
- Participate in on-call rotation to support production environment stability.
What Sets You Up for Success:
- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer working hands-on with AWS (networking, compute, storage, databases, queues, cache, permissions).
- 5+ years of strong Kubernetes and Docker experience, including implementing and scaling EKS platforms at production scale.
- Deep expertise with Terraform for infrastructure-as-code and configuration management.
- Proven experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
- Strong knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Loki, or AWS CloudWatch.
- Working knowledge of web application servers (NGINX, Ingress controllers), databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Aurora), caching (Redis, Memcached), and queue technologies (SQS).
- Ability to write Bash and/or Python scripts to automate operational tasks.
- Strong Linux system administration skills and solid networking fundamentals.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; comfortable working asynchronously across a globally distributed remote team.

As a Software Engineer on the Payments team, you'll contribute to the infrastructure that powers billions in annual transaction volume across nearly 10,000 properties worldwide. You'll investigate and resolve issues across payment processing and reconciliation systems, improve test coverage and automation, and tackle the steady stream of fixes and improvements that keep a high-reliability platform running. - 2+ years of PHP/Java web application software engineering experience.
- Solid working knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL - you can write efficient queries and understand indexing basics.
- Exposure to event-driven architectures and/or microservices concepts; hands-on experience is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with modern infrastructure tooling (e.g., DataDog, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS).
- Understands the value of logging, metrics, and monitoring, and actively contributes to observability in the systems they work on.
Bonus Skills to Stand Out:
- Familiarity with PCI-DSS, GDPR, or other compliance frameworks - even if just operating within a compliant environment.
