What You Will Do
- Design, implement, and evolve infrastructure systems that support scalable, high-velocity live operations, including CI/CD pipelines, build automation, deployment frameworks, and observability tooling.
- Own and maintain live technology platforms used across engineering teams, ensuring they are efficient, secure, and aligned with the evolving needs of a large-scale live mobile title.
- Develop internal enablement tools that streamline developer workflows, optimize build processes, and reduce friction across disciplines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with backend, client, QA, production, and operations teams to define and refine workflows that improve build reliability, deployment speed, and live stability.
- Drive technical excellence by identifying and delivering infrastructure improvements that enhance performance, reduce cost, and strengthen system resilience.
- Architect solutions for Unity-based development pipelines, optimizing for build performance, cross-platform support, and rapid iteration.
- Enhance live system observability and monitoring, integrating best in class tooling to provide actionable insights into performance and reliability.
- Champion automation and long-term system health, ensuring that infrastructure and live systems evolve with product and organizational growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a senior individual contributor focused on infrastructure, build engineering, or developer tooling within a high-scale live environment.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and build automation, with hands-on experience in GitHub Actions, TeamCity, Bamboo, or similar tools.
- Strong programming proficiency in C# and a solid grasp of Unity build systems and challenges specific to live mobile development.
- Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or equivalent), including deployment automation, scalability, and cost optimization.
- Experience designing and maintaining systems that support continuous delivery and live release processes for mobile games.
- Familiarity with observability and monitoring platforms such as DataDog, Kibana or Bugsnag.
- Demonstrated ability to drive technical initiatives across teams, influencing architecture and process without formal management scope.
- A focus on reliability, performance, and developer enablement, with a passion for delivering exceptional player experiences through technology.

Scopely is looking for a Principal Security Engineer to join our Information Security team in Spain/Portugal on a hybrid basis.
Our security team is dedicated to ensuring the security of our top games. This involves collaborating closely with game studios to develop and implement comprehensive security strategies throughout the game design and development lifecycle.
In addition, this role will drive the application of AI to transform how security is delivered across Product Security, Security Operations, and Security Engineering, improving efficiency, scalability, and impact.
What You Will Do
Game & Product Security Leadership
- Partner with game studios to develop comprehensive security strategies for game design and development
- Conduct threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and security audits across all phases of game development
- Design and implement security controls and countermeasures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and industry norms
- Collaborate with game teams to advocate for secure coding practices and integrate security at every level of the software development lifecycle
- Coordinate and participate in penetration tests and game feature security assessments
- Provide expert-level technical guidance to game teams to assist in securing games and backend infrastructure
- Translate business priorities, technical constraints, and threat intelligence into actionable security roadmaps
AI-Driven Security Transformation & Automation
- Identify and implement opportunities to apply AI to:
- Vulnerability triage, prioritization, and remediation
- Security operations workflows (alert analysis, investigation, response)
- Product security processes (code analysis, findings analysis, pentesting support)
- Build AI-driven workflows, tools, and agents to reduce manual effort and improve speed and accuracy

What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in Product Security, software development, or cybersecurity
- Proven track record in securing large-scale software applications and systems
- Strong experience building automation and security tooling
- Hands-on experience applying AI/LLMs to operational workflows, including designing, evaluating, and safely deploying AI-assisted systems is highly desirable
- Ability to effectively communicate business risk and technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Technical Expertise
- Expertise in modern programming languages such as Python and C#
- Strong understanding of:
- Application and product security
- Vulnerability management and pentesting methodologies
- API and backend security
- Experience with mobile application penetration testing, including traffic interception, runtime analysis and API security.
- Experience with modern development ecosystems, CI/CD pipelines, APIs, and developer platforms.
- Strong, hands-on experience with cloud computing environments including:
- AWS shared responsibility model
- IAM and access control
- Network security in the cloud
- Strong understanding of securing cloud workloads including configuration, deployment, and auditing
- Deep knowledge of Linux security practices

How you will make a difference
As an Android Software Engineer II on the SDK team at Iterable, you’ll contribute to our Android and Flutter SDK and related mobile integration features that enable customers to send billions of personalized messages to people around the world each year. This includes adding new features to our existing integration channels such as SMS and Push Notifications, and helping build out support for new mobile and device channels we may add in the future (for example Roku, Messenger, WhatsApp, Android Auto, and others).

You’ll get to
- Own Android SDKs and associated functionality, ensuring they are robust, intuitive, and integrate cleanly with our Flutter SDK and other cross-platform environments.
- Influence technical strategy to build SDKs and integrations mobile developers will love, with clear APIs, reliable behavior, and thoughtful support for Flutter use cases.
- Drive team discussions on system architecture and component design, with an eye toward cross-platform usage patterns (native + Flutter).
- Design intuitive and performant APIs that feel natural to Android and Flutter developers alike.

- Ship code frequently in an iterative environment, balancing quality and speed.
- Collaborate with a small, nimble team of engineers that values ownership, autonomy, and learning.
- Partner with Product and other Iterable teams to deliver on the team’s technical vision for mobile and cross‑platform channels.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to help support our customers (currently about once per quarter).
We are looking for people who have
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in mobile development, with a strong track record of building and shipping Android applications or SDKs (SWE II level).
- Strong knowledge of Android and its core frameworks, along with solid understanding of mobile platforms and constraints.
- Expert-level proficiency in Kotlin or Java, and modern Android tooling and libraries.
- Solid computer science fundamentals (threading, memory management, performance, and testing best practices).
- Experience building and maintaining public-facing APIs and/or SDKs, ideally for external developers.
- Hands-on experience with Flutter in a production or near‑production context (for example, shipping features in a Flutter app, building a Flutter plugin, or integrating a native Android SDK into a Flutter codebase). This experience is strongly preferred and will be used day‑to‑day in the role.
- Passion for learning and continuously improving yourself, your team, and the developer experience you create.
Bonus points
- Examples of shipped applications or SDKs on the Google Play Store.
- Experience with mobile build systems and automation (e.g., Gradle, CI pipelines).
- Experience with testing frameworks for mobile and/or Flutter (unit, integration, snapshot, end‑to‑end).
- Involvement in the local or global Android and/or Flutter developer community (meetups, open source, speaking, writing, etc.).

• Implement and style interfaces following Figma layouts and branding guidelines
• Work closely with designers to fine-tune and resolve design nuances
• Customize and style key website components, including login and registration pages, dashboards, game halls, sports pages, and navigation elements
• Update and manage core framework versions across brands
• Ensure code quality through code reviews and release management
• Support live brands, handling styling updates, fixes, and feature rollouts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences
• Introduce creative ideas and contribute to continuous improvements in design implementation and performance
✅ Requirements:
• 5+ years of professional experience as an HTML/Markup Developer
• Excellent knowledge of HTML (Pug) and CSS (SCSS)
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility
• Proven experience building adaptive layouts and maintaining pixel-perfect visual quality across devices
• Solid knowledge of CSS/JS animations, transitions, and motion best practices
• Experience working with Figma / Sketch / Photoshop for translating design systems into production-ready interfaces
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (Sass/Less) and version control tools such as Git
• Understanding of web performance optimization and accessibility standards
• Strong collaboration skills with designers, QAs, and developers in multi-brand or large-scale environments
• Attention to detail, with an eye for visual precision and consistency
• Intermediate or higher level of English
✅ Nice to Have:
• Experience with frontend build tools (Gulp, Webpack, etc.)
• Knowledge of template engines (Pug, Handlebars, etc.)
• Experience working with CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.)
• Understanding of HTML email templates
• Familiarity with Canvas API, WebGL, ThreeJS, or GSAP for advanced visual effects
• Basic knowledge of Angular (for integration purposes only)
